Here you will not be easily deformed by the order (it is difficult to go through the list and collect it), here they will quietly forget about your order (it is difficult for the "ADMINISTRATOR" to make sure that all orders are collected gradually). The food here is also of the lowest quality. It is enough to remove the bun of your burger from above and see one stale and therefore terribly salty cucumber and a strip of ketchup, and they don't even put onions anymore, the potatoes are sluggish without leaving the cash register, as they say. In general, the lower quality of employees is faced with the lower quality of the purchased ingredients multiplied by the greed of Victoria restaurants and it turns out such a PITALOVO as mac buy. They have a business with a margin of 200-500% for various positions.
It's better to go to Burger King, because at least the taste of the burger remains there, and not the meat buns like in mac bye.
P.S. You can not crucify in the answer that customers and their opinions are supposedly important to you. We all know that only profit is important to your parent company, and customers are just intermediaries who bring it in. If customers were important, there would be a different quality in accordance with the price, or at least adequate prices for pitalovo. There was an order by coupons and a couple of items separately. 2 times I had to approach the girl in the window to return the money because all the positions that were on coupons were punched as separate positions and of course the amount came out 10 rubles more expensive. Moreover, we have clarified several times that we have a coupon, here you keep your mobile. After two approaches, the mood is not very good, okay, we are all human. We're going home. The kids are asking for a cheeseburger. Look in the bag, but there are none there. Neither one nor the other. We make a circle, come back. Naturally, the potatoes are already cold, and the burgers are too. We parked the car and went to a fast food cafe, because there was no desire to deal with the McDrive operator. The receptionist replaced the entire order, was polite, and apologized. There are no problems here, but the mood was already spoiled after 3 times, so they left a complaint. At most 6 tables were occupied in the cafe. There were only 2 orders on the scoreboard, there was not a single minion from the delivery. The workers walked on the light. Are you relaxed? By the way, while we were standing, 2 people have already filed a complaint about their order. We were given a new one, we are about to leave and another girl comes up with a check. There's something wrong with the order again. The staff had a retrograde mercury yesterday, or it turned out to be such a shift, I don't know... You have to deal with it now. Cashiers are slow. Especially in the morning. There are no people, but they manage to assemble a queue. I noticed that Mac doesn't know how to count money at all. The heat is not very big these days in the evening, but the cashiers are messing up. Both last times, half of the order is given away, the second is asked to wait. Someone has already eaten everything in 10-15 minutes, and you are still being fried. This is for a fast food restaurant... Adults were served coffee and juice, and the New Year's coke was forgotten for the child, although the cashier clarified the size of the cola, they had to strain the queue and pay for the cola separately. The cashier forgot to put a straw for the juice - another trip to the checkout... In general, I don't want to come here anymore until the modernization is carried out.
