I have been using it for a long time, and there are constant delays in departure, one position that came on December 31, we searched for 2 weeks! Phones don't answer in Moscow, so think what you want.The website says that working days from December 3, in fact, from 10, and then you can't get through!!! As a result, I will receive the parcel in a month! it takes a very long time to collect the parcel, flights are not regular.
I have been using the services of the guys since the 18th year and during this time there were no incidents with delivery and any misunderstandings with the weight of parcels and delivery times. Everything went smoothly. I read reviews on the feedback and here, and I don't understand how you can suspect the guys of weight manipulation or resent the delay of a couple of days of the parcel, due to the workload in the warehouse or the fact that there is no round-the-clock technical support. Something incredible has been happening for the last two weeks (with a minus sign). Parcels from stores arrive at a warehouse in the USA and that's it, they are not displayed in personal accounts. Some of the sent packages are two weeks old, and they are still not registered.
