A good hotel, the breakfasts are excellent, but the audibility in the rooms is terrible. I recommend ordering Adjarian khachapuri and homemade white wine)) the sea is clean and warm right across the street. As it is, there is no entertainment.

The dining room is located in the middle of the hotel. You should be ready from morning to evening for the smell of food in all rooms and when chairs are moved and talking, the echo throughout the hotel. Forget about sleeping in the morning. There is no place to hang toilet paper in the toilet - you have to store it on the tank and in your hands, and there is not a single shelf and hook for soap accessories in the shower stall. We almost did not understand this hotel, it was expensive for the price, but we did not have enough for small things. The door to the toilet and the room closes with an effort, probably audible to the whole hotel. We had a two-room suite - the attic floor. There is no slit ventilation on the windows. For this price, I do not recommend it

The best hotel in Lidzawa in terms of price/quality of accommodation and service. Everything is cozy and civilized. The staff is polite and friendly, the rooms are always clean, the food in the hotel restaurant is delicious. Another plus is the sea is a minute's walk from the hotel, literally cross the road, a great beach. I want to go back there again and again.

We lived in this hotel for a day in July 2021, came to Pitsunda for 2 days, because we rested elsewhere in Abkhazia, the room was booked a couple of months in advance at the Booking Office. I liked the whole stay. As far as I understand, the hotel is owned by Turkish citizens, so it is very different from the Abkhazian ones. Among the advantages: internal air conditioning in the room, a pretty good room environment, and in the atrium of the hotel and restaurant - generally super, fine linen and a bed, the location is the territory of the Fish Factory beach *Pitsunda, Lidzava village). If you like a quiet, sparsely populated holiday - you are here, in July of this year there were very few people, the sea is always warm and clean here.
Of the minuses, the hotel territory is small, in the evening you can sit and have dinner on the lawn near it, but the view in front of the hotel is depressing, you will not see gloss and comfort on the territory of this beach (this, of course, is not a question for the hotel, but), in the hotel itself there is quite cheap plumbing in the room, as well as - breakfast is included, but the breakfast service is terrible, something was running out all the time, the choice is very small - in fact, from 3 dishes. It is clear that this is not easy for Abkhazia, but the service could have been much better, the staff worked "hard" at breakfast, not to mention observing hygienic standards when in contact with food - without aprons, without gloves, in ordinary street clothes. Overall, the impression remains good, but it does not hurt to improve the service!

Good evening, everyone. We were at the hotel from 07/28/2019 to 08/19/2019 . Of all the hotels in Abkhazia that my wife and I visited, I liked this hotel the most. It's big , warm , and spacious. Its territory is well -groomed , cozy but not big . The rooms are also comfortable, which have a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, there was even a floor lamp, as well as its own bathroom and shower. The hotel has its own restaurant with a very decent menu. Thanks to the chefs for making a good meal!! Everything is fresh and delicious!! The staff is very friendly and kind. In the evenings, there were dinners at tables that stood on the territory . There was an evening menu where dishes cooked on the grill were served . Two waitresses Milena and Julianna worked at the hotel restaurant. They are very nice girls, thank them for their very good attitude towards visitors. There were good breakfasts and lunches. Nearby there were cafes that were with other hoteliers, where you could eat, but we still ate at our hotel. Everything was very good. Thank you all very much. If we come to Pitsunda to rest, then only to you!!!

The hotel is new and clean, and this is one plus. Poor sound insulation, they knew everything that the neighbors did and scolded the children for. There is nothing to eat for breakfast except delicious cottage cheese. There were two breakfasts when they gave boiled eggs and watermelon for hot :)). The entire hotel has a split system, instead of individual air conditioners, either blows strongly or does not blow at all. At the same time, the smell of either sewage or kitchen constantly passed through it. There is no sea view, only a ruined building. The sea is 3-5 minutes away, but the beach is semi-wild, there is no infrastructure at all. On the third floor there are small windows, since this is the attic floor, on which there are no mosquito nets, there are a lot of mosquitoes. P.S. a delicious inexpensive dinner, friendly staff, though who does not solve questions from customers. The price is very high, for this level of hotel.

At first glance, everyone is happy to see you, but this is far from the case, the manager does not like children, the staff is vindictive, they can ignore your request to the point of absurdity, floating prices (the price list for services was not shown to me) in short, something is wrong with their staff. The hotel itself is not bad, comparing with most local establishments of this type, there are pros and cons, everything is relative. Until the staff and attitude towards the guests are completely changed, this place is not attractive to me personally. I had enough for a day and I got out of this place. I settled on the same street at 16 Rybzavodskaya, and believe me, the difference is huge, the prices are slightly higher, but this is a different level of service, etc. Not an advertisement! 2018
