I was invited to the clinic after calling an ambulance. I waited for an hour, the mess is complete, some by appointment, some by turn. As a result, those who came in alternately, with and without a record. Having missed the guy who came later, but was on the record, I went into the office. It should be noted that for the first time in my 40 years I turned to a free "specialist", the level of service is generally a shock. I go to this so-called doctor Zhaganova Makpal, to which she tells me that she has clients by appointment, asked for my IIN and refused to take it. The question is why she is sitting there, and why the State allocates money from the budget to a clinic that does not monitor its service, and hires it is unclear who. I went to the reception, I explain the situation, to find out if the specialist from the call center told me incorrectly. The girl found out the situation, explained that the call center told me everything was correct, and that the doctor refused to take it. What is this supposed to mean?! She offered to come at another time or on another day. If you cannot provide services, why do you take on such obligations and why should we waste our time on this! Perhaps the doctors of this clinic work on a paid basis, but there is no service at all!

The administrators made an appointment with the surgeon at my request. The first appointment went well, although they delayed him for 20 minutes, and sent him for an additional examination. And then the kindergarten began. 2 I waited a week for the reception, because there was a queue. I arrived, waited 40 minutes, the doctor is preparing for surgery, says there will be no reception, it's better to re-register with another surgeon. (at the same time, no one warned that there would be no appointment) they can't rewrite me for the next few days because all surgeons have a schedule packed a month in advance. After the scandal, they find a place in 2 weeks. I arrive in 2 weeks, I wait 45 minutes again, and the surgeon says he won't take me, it's better to go to another clinic altogether. Why I waited 2 months is not clear. The result is that the money was returned for 1 reception, but only on the trail. one day, I had to go to the clinic 4 times already, take time off from work, spend money on taxis, since buses from my work go there with 3 transfers. It is not clear who will return the time and money. There is no understanding of what kind of service the clinic staff has, nor basic respect. For my money, the surgeon said, "you need it, not me."

They didn't warn you when the doctor would return - no one knows! Mothers with children go to the procedures, turn around and go home. I'm not an adviser, but is it really difficult to teach a nurse to put electrodes in such a case?

Poorly organized process, rude police officer, talking loudly, rude. The messages that are sent to WhatsApp are ambiguous. You can interpret it this way and in another way. Weak leadership. Do not allow the state to transfer your insurance contributions to this medical center. But if you have no choice, you are a pensioner and do not want to travel far, or you have a child, then I sympathize. Some specialists (therapist, endocrinologist) are weak. I didn't go to the others. Doctors have to wait for an hour or more.
