The location is for those who appreciate the silence and birdsong in the morning. The view from the windows is amazing. The staff is helpful and it feels like I got to my friends' hotel. The breakfasts and the terrace are awesome. Cleanliness in the rooms is guaranteed. Linen is changed every 2 days.
In general, the most suitable place for people with a refined nature.

We visited this hotel, we only had enough for 1 day, although we originally planned for 8, we did not hear about the service here. To begin with, there was no Internet for a whole day, and we needed it for work. After that, we already read the review that there are problems with the Internet in the order of things. There is only one iron for the entire hotel, it is issued on request, that is, when one of the visitors took it, you will have to wait. Upon check-in, 2 small bottles of water are issued, there is no cooler on site, water can only be bought. Breakfast is a separate story: it starts at 9.00, takes place outside under a canopy, flies and wasps crawl over the food, there is no choice of dishes. It rained that day, accordingly, some tables were wet, the staff reluctantly approached and wiped the table at the request of the guest, that is, not on their own initiative, but only on request!!! There is only one chandelier in the room, there are no bedside sconces, it is very inconvenient. The duvet cover is double, despite the fact that the blanket is small. There is also no safe in the room, bathrobes are provided on request. Okay, if it was an inexpensive room, but its cost is 12 thousand per day!!! When they voiced all the comments at the reception, they just shrugged their shoulders, did not offer to solve the problems in any way. When they decided to leave, they additionally withheld the cost of accommodation per day, although they did not leave on their own initiative, but because of the huge number of problems at the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to visit.

I've been living here for a week. The thought I caught myself on when I left-it's better here than at home!
I am a very annoying and demanding person, especially when it comes to a hotel room. My assault was enchantingly sustained and fully worked out!) My delight to the girls at the reception
At first I booked for 3 nights, then I moved to Gagra and on the trail. I came here again for another 3 days. I was accepted as my own!
The rooms are large, clean, and have EVERYTHING! The terrace is a separate love! Perfect for morning practice!
Mattresses, pillows, bed linen-everything is new and pleasant.
It feels like it was done for people.
There is enough food (unless you plan to eat all the dishes of the world at once))) they cook very tasty!
The staff is like a big family, very open, kind and caring people.
The pool is cleaned regularly (this is monitored), warm (in cold weather, just top!) I swam steadily in the morning and evening.
The hotel itself is located in a non-passable place, so it is always quiet there.
The views from the rooms are very pleasing!
I was not too lazy- I edited a video of my week-long stay.
I definitely recommend it! You won't regret it. I plan to come back in a couple of weeks. And of course, only in the Loft!

I'm resting at the LOFT hotel for the 2nd time. Just a place of power, such a reboot, joy in my soul. A calm and quiet place, surrounded by the most gorgeous nature, mountains. The view from the balcony is stunning - the New Athos Monastery, as in the palm of your hand. Admin Violetta, spinning like a bee, will do everything, will prompt. The owner is a very nice man, he will say hello to everyone, talk. I really hope to come again. Now we are resting in Adler and warmly remember the LOFT hotel!!!!!

I was at the hotel in March 2024. Room with a balcony overlooking the monastery and the fortress. It's just a fairy tale. A warm pool is a separate plus in the off-season.
There are few tourists, because of this, accommodation is much cheaper than in season. But you can watch everything calmly.
I would also like to thank Danil, Vika and Lyuba for their hospitality. They helped with everything, suggested everything, made a Friday buffet, called to the campfire. “thanks. I really hope to come again!

The hotel is generally clean because it is new, cons, repairs on the roof are noisy all day, although they said it would be noisy one day. Next, if you have included breakfasts that take place from 9:00 to 11:00 and you decide to come at 10:30, be ready to finish eating the leftovers, cook according to the principle of who managed to eat (((room cleaning, towels are changed and everything is not suitable until you say even soap is not put, the pool is not they clean until you say that the glass would also be removed when the children broke the glass, so it lies all day. Administrator Elena does not know anything at all, it's just some kind of horror. Due to the lack of information, we lost 14,000 thousand that were not returned to us, respect to the administrator Elena. You won't get any information from her. A new modern hotel. Well-groomed territory, cleanliness and order in the hotel itself. Among the disadvantages: the absence of a safe, there are no lamps by the bed (only a chandelier from the lighting), the lack of shelves in the bathroom and most importantly, the fact that the air conditioner in the room does not cope with its task of cooling the air at all. We checked into the hotel in the middle of the day, the room was incredibly stuffy. The air conditioning is not turned on for the arrival of guests, the curtains are not drawn. They turned on the air conditioner, went to the sea. When I returned in the evening, nothing had changed in the room, as it was +30, and it remained so. They offered to move to a room with a view on the other side (there is sun only in the morning). It was a little easier, although the air conditioner did not cool below +28. Air conditioners, of course, will not be changed to more powerful ones, but at least blackout curtains would be nice to hang so that it does not bake through the windows. Breakfast, which is included in the price, takes place in the guest house, not far from the hotel. We went once. That day for breakfast there was a plate of oatmeal, one boiled egg, a cheese sandwich and tea. Somehow it's not serious for a hotel, the cost of a room in which is 10000 rubles / day. The next time we had breakfast at the SunRise coffee shop, also not far from the hotel. Nice place, good coffee. Overall, the hotel would not be bad if everything was thought out. And so, the hotel does not correspond to the stated cost at all. For the same money in Abkhazia, you can relax in the beautiful Garden Resort hotel in Gagra with a huge park area, a private beach, with good buffet breakfasts, working air conditioning and a range of services. We vacationed there in 2022, where we moved this time.

I really liked this place. Very polite staff! Daur and Daria, you are super! As for the rooms: there is no shelf in the shower, all things had to be put on the floor (washcloths, gels, shampoos), all the laundry is wet and smells rotten, probably because it does not dry out. The sea and the beach are very clean and not crowded. Beautiful evenings with live music..

A great new hotel. Large rooms, balconies overlooking the Athos Monastery. Parking lot. Great pool. Great cafe. It's not far from the beach, But! away from all the hot and noisy places, roads. Music doesn't scream, people don't run around, cars don't chase. Quiet! in the evening. The cafe has a young diligent guy who owns it. In the evening, delicious trout on the grill, you can also have a barbecue. Cocktails. I recommend it, although the price tag is not small, but it is clear for what.

I liked the view from the room to the sea, the room was shabby, to be honest, it doesn't cost that much money, we settled in because of the view of namore and within walking distance from the sea it attracted, if there was a lower price we would have put 5. The furniture was shabby, the wallpaper was peeling off, and so on. If we are in N.Athos, I think we will still stay in this place for a short time, it is very pleasant there, thank you!

Excellent hotel, good location with mountain views. There is a heated swimming pool, we swam with a child, the water is warm. The breakfasts are delicious, several types of cereals, pasta, sausages, vegetables, tea, coffee. The room was taken with a terrace. The bed is large, it was not crowded with the child. We cleaned every day, the linen and towel were changed 1 time in 5 days. There are bathroom accessories, shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes are available on request. We rested with friends, gave neighboring rooms, it was very convenient. I liked the hotel very much, the staff is friendly. There is its own territory, you can sit outside on benches, or by the pool. You can order food directly at the hotel, kebabs, pasta. We definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. We were out of season in April and there weren't very many people. No one lived in the neighboring rooms, but they say the sound insulation is lame. Good repair, everything is fresh, but the door does not open well in a room with a terrace. Breakfast is monotonous, pasta, buckwheat or rice, sausages, porridge and sliced sausage, cheese and vegetables.

I didn't rest at the hotel, but I rested in the next one and saw the territory. The territory is decent, there is a swimming pool not small on the street, there are sun beds around. The electricity was cut off in the city. Why is there no generator in the hotel? A strange saving on customers who pay for their stay in full. There is no light, cold and hot water, internet, food and swimming in the pool. The cleaner was not working and the water in the pool was dirty. Flush the toilet to collect water from the pool. No discounts, full payment for life as in a tent. The staff is very pleasant and welcomes you. But this does not cover the living conditions.

We rented a room with a terrace. 13000. We just lived on a construction site and a parking lot. Smiling Uzbek builders look in with interest from the counter, a trash can is three meters away, a wonderful view and access to the parking lot. I will modestly keep silent about the administrator. Boiled sausages, scrambled eggs, porridge and watermelon were served for breakfast. In a word, I liked it. I am attaching a photo.

I booked a room with a terrace, in which I specifically discussed that there should have been a sofa and a double bed. I arrived, and the receptionist says that there are no such numbers, it is very unpleasant to receive such news after 12 hours of travel. They gave a room without a balcony and a terrace, promised to make a good discount, as a result, their discount turned out to be zero percent. I set the minimum score, as they immediately spoiled the mood, the rest was no longer so important. Be careful, the manager may promise you one, but the administrator may not be aware.

The rooms were designed by a man who had apparently never lived in a hotel.
The light can only be turned off at the entrance, there are no switches by the bed. There are not enough towel racks in the bathroom, there is no dryer, dental kits are not provided. The door to the balcony does not close from the outside, the handle is missing. A dead cockroach was found in the shower. There is no safe in the room.
If you get into the rain, there will be a queue at the tables for breakfast, since there are not enough of them under the roof.
The breakfast itself is extremely meager. One type of cheese, one type of sausage, two porridges, omelette, casserole, chicken nuggets, bread.
There is no juice or water. Of the drinks, only tea or coffee.
The hotel is surrounded by an active construction site. It's already noisy at 9 a.m.
For the same budget, we lived in a much better hotel in Gagra.

We really liked this hotel!!! How good that we divided our stay in this country into two hotels!

A calm, quiet, pleasant-looking place to relax. With a huge TV in the room, a great thick mattress. The courtyard of the first floor with a view of the mountains and the New Athos Monastery deserves a separate plus. The kitchen at breakfast is very excellent, the main thing is not to miss the time.
Of the minuses, perhaps there were not enough towels, at least to put on the way out of the shower, and the offer of a dental kit by the administrator upon arrival. So far 4 stars. Maybe then there will be 5. There is no food yet. The pool is under construction. The hotel itself is new and everything is good, clean and new, everyone is polite. There are unusual things: there are no nightlights at the bedside tables, light on the balcony (although not all hotels have it either), the views are not as in the photo, but in general they are bright and you will see the sights (either the Anakopian fortress or the New Athos Monastery). A nearby construction site can wake you up at 8 a.m. A microwave for the whole hotel would not hurt yet)). There are a lot of channels on TV, there is a smart TV. They gave me bathrobes-plus. It seemed a bit expensive for a hotel without food, but we got used to it))...I am pleased with the new renovation, the hotel, swings in the courtyard, places for smoking, conversations, silence (at night), courtesy of the staff. In general, I am pleased with the news!!! There is no dilapidation and despondency. The hotel has recently opened, we believe in the best and wish good luck to the staff. Worthy of a choice!

Minuses:
1) There is no cleaning of the room, only garbage is taken out every two days. When asked to get out, they changed only towels and vacuumed. Change of bed linen, cleaning of the bath - alas, by. For such a price, this pancake should be done at least once every three days.
2) Breakfast. On the third day, I don't want to eat the same thing anymore.
3) The feeling was that the hotel was for "their own". I think they had cleaning there every day, they know how to negotiate.
In short, in Abkhazia, for such money, you can find a much better service.

In general, everything is not bad. We rested from 15.05 to 18.05.
I'm lowering my rating because of the disadvantages (which are very critical for me).
- There is high humidity in the room, because of this it is cold. Even the toilet paper was damp.
- The choice of breakfast is small.
- They can turn off the water without warning (according to the administrator, as it turned out, this happens often). I was standing with foam on my head, I couldn't wash it off. I had to wash it off with bottled water. Unfortunately, the hotel is not prepared for such moments.

We stayed at this hotel from August 27 to September 6 with my sister. I really liked the hotel, everything is new and clean.We chose the poke method and were lucky to be satisfied. It was quiet, peaceful, the room had a balcony and a view of the monastery. The owner is a very nice friendly guy running around in shorts and a T-shirt with hard workers doing everything himself.Over time, they will have their own pool, and it will be cool in general.The administrator Violetta well done will always prompt and tell you everything. In general, it is a very decent hotel for Abkhazia.

At the beginning of August, my wife and I were vacationing at this hotel! We have been in New Athos for 3 years in a row, but we have not seen this hotel before either on booking or on maps. And that's why. This is a new hotel! I liked the appearance in several photos, but I was alerted, but I was booked.
When we arrived and drove up to the hotel, I realized why there were few photos. There is a construction site around the hotel and some angles spoil its appearance. However, the hotel itself looks great, loft style, beautiful facade, neat, from the front entrance it already looks very cozy. Inside, we were greeted by the coolness of the air conditioner and the receptionist. We arrived in Athos ahead of time on the day of check-in, but we were found a room and checked in 4 hours ahead of time. While we were going up to the floor, we looked around, it was cozy and cool inside the hotel. We went into the room, it has a balcony. View of the New Athos Monastery. When the construction is over, it will be very cool! We went into the room: it is clean, cozy, everything is new, air conditioning from the main room, TV, table, armchair, balcony. Opening the balcony door, I noticed that its handle was not working, I went down and told the administration that the balcony should be closed. Then we went to the beach and to our favorite cafe. When we returned, everything was fixed and the door was closed! Now the coolness of the air conditioner did not go away! The rest of the days we rested without adventures, cleaning when necessary, everything worked and most importantly very quietly!!! You can only hear those who walk past on the floor. Silence through the walls!! A good bed, a moderately hard mattress, a smart TV connected my smartphone to it. Quite adequate wifi. A safe is made of small things, we need separate lamps, night lights on tumblers. And what I liked: We went to breakfast, so it is held in another related hotel until 10 am, when we arrived at 9:30 there were only leftovers and a lot of people. After looking around, we left and did not come back. The level of breakfast at the time we entered does not correspond to the hotel.
