I went to a trial session for strength training ... there are no words how disappointed everything was. The coach was late, finished 5 minutes earlier. I say, I'm new, and the answer is "yeah" and that's it.… She didn't introduce herself, didn't ask anything, didn't tell me. The training was supposed to be strength training, I specifically read what it is, because there are small problems with my knees - I didn't want to overload them. As a result, there was a smell of strength training for the last 5 minutes on the stretch, the rest of the time we were doing on the step!!! If I wanted to step, I would sign up for step aerobics, thank you. As a result, by the end of the lesson, my knee was already hurting, I regret that I did not leave. Natalia (judging by past reviews, that's her name) didn't ask anything after class, didn't do sales, just put up a payment and that's it. A person is indifferent to absolutely everything that is happening around ... Extremely disappointed - I wanted to go there all the time, since it is close to home. Now I don't know... if everyone there is led by SUCH coaches, then it's scary to think…

I've been going to fitness yoga for several months now. Classes help you relax after a day at work, the body becomes more flexible, and a lot of clamps are gone. The trainer is attentive, corrects the position of the body and helps to do the exercises correctly. A great place to put your mind and body in order))

If you are a pensioner, go there! The coaches are very mature, everything is outdated. Natalia is on strength training, this is a separate instance, it seems there should be strength training with a coach, but in fact training, as you do it yourself, is good. He doesn't do anything, doesn't take dumbbells and stuff during training, only shows an imitation, like you have it in your hands, you do it, it's creepy, the first time I saw this, I left during training. About Natalia, he's rude, he's late, he doesn't train, I do everything myself, because they probably know...and what should those who don't know do? Conclusion: if you don't want to, don't work where you are not interested, but for us consumers of the service: go where it is pleasant and comfortable, but not to the fox and not to the peaceful.
