Tasty, relatively inexpensive, clean, cozy, there is a toilet with handwashers. For 8-9 rubles . You can have a hearty meal there. During the day, a lot of young people sit at tables, buried in smartphones, but not critically. You can always find a place.

Very convenient location! Lots of tables! There is a shopping center nearby, where everything is available :)
The staff is sullen, where's the smile?! The Soviet times are over :)
The visitor is the main thing!
And ... mushrooms are fried — there is a super flavor! And mushrooms cannot be bought separately, only with a dish where there will be few of them : (if you have large vats of fried mushrooms, then it should be on sale for visitors, and not as an additive!

The impression of going to the LIDO is simply disgusting (to Yakub kolos).
I came with my sister, our table and we cleaned it ourselves. We went to get food, came to a table, and it was occupied. That is, people came, threw off our things and sat down. The conflict began. The administrator was called. But a certain girl came and began to say that she was not an administrator and that reservations were prohibited in the Lido.
1. Please explain to your staff what a reservation is.
A reservation is an order for something. I called and booked plane tickets, train tickets, even a movie, a place in a hotel. (as if you had booked them for yourself) then you come at any convenient time for yourself and buy these tickets, and if you have booked a place in a hotel, then you settle in this one without any problems. Note: we didn't book anything, but actually took a table. And our stuff was just thrown to hell. Most of your visitors leave their belongings and go to get food.
2. Why did not the administrator come to the analysis of such questions, but it is unknown who? The staff is not competent.
3. Things are missing from the jacket. Maybe they just fell out during "transportation", but nevertheless no one had the right to touch someone else's. According to the cheeky people, our things were touched by the administrator. We are very sorry that we did not call the police for Article 205 or 206 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

A good restaurant. There are a lot of people all the time. A huge selection of dishes. But I would like the passage in the hall where you choose a dish to be made in one queue, as in the dining room. People are rushing back and forth with trays like crazy.

only the French fries look beautiful, but you eat solid fat!
even self-service soups are given the grounds to the first customers, from the middle of the barrel only the broth remains.
and what is delicious?
all meat, all fish, salads and herbal tea!!! pancakes with stuffing! there are many things that cannot be enumerated! the atmosphere of the halls is wonderful. You guys are great! Just fix the French fries, seriously!

I would like a more diverse menu, I visit often, the dishes are the same, I would like to see cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers, dishes with eggplant, more diverse first courses, for example pickle, cabbage soup, sorrel, pea soup. In the Lido, every day there is a hodgepodge, a cold brew, mushroom and chicken soup- and this is every day.

When the Lido was a great solution. A self-service restaurant and, accordingly, with reduced prices actually due to self-service. But now there are competitors who offer tastier and cheaper dishes. Apparently, Lido does not know about this and still thinks that it is the only one on the market.

The music has become disgusting!!! Russian Russian pop music and terrible Russian rap ((This is unacceptable! The level of the institution decreases from this. Previously, the music was excellent, calm, unobtrusive, as it should be in a cafe. We have contacted the administrator several times with a request to change the music, but it seems to be useless.
