I liked this place more than on Ya Square.Kupala. The food was delicious and hot, the halls were pleasant and clean, there was no noise, the queue at the ticket office was small, so there were good impressions. Besides, it was an interesting trip through the floors.

We arrived at 10:10, the queue was not to say that it was big, but it absolutely did not move! The workers are not efficient, as if they are asleep. We sat down to eat at 10:45! I wanted to take an omelet for breakfast, they took the last piece in front of me and said there was no more. You just opened, and the omelette is over. The food is mediocre and cold. The prices are not cheap. I do not recommend it.

People with disabilities can use the elevator, there are 2 small steps at the main entrance. The staff speaks foreign languages, just ask and they will help you.

After reading rave reviews on specially designated sites about how well they cook here, what a great choice, and the first, and second, and dessert, we decided with our family to feel similar emotions and came to the restaurant. It was about 8 p.m. on the clock. For restaurants, this is the peak of attendance, which means that the choice should be varied. But, alas, a couple of pieces of meat and fish were smeared on the window, soups were missing, as the girl behind the counter told us (but as it turned out, looking at the people who left the counter after us, there were soups, and the girl was just not aware, for some reason). When ordering a dish, everything is put on one plate. That is, you voice: chicken + side dish, cutlet + side dish, etc., it is probably clear that this is for different people. But everything is put on one plate. You need to beg to be given another plate and put a portion separately.
The room is nice and pleasant, but a similar style is more suitable for a bar.
The taste of the dishes is decent, they ate everything without disgust.
But there is no desire to return here anymore.

We decided to stop by with our family for a snack after reading the positive reviews. In fact, they left terribly dissatisfied and in a bad mood. The service is terrible. They stood in line for 30 minutes without receiving a single dish, since only 2 chefs work at the distribution, who completely fail to cope with their duties. As a result, they took dessert, which are more freely available and hurried away.
I only give two stars for the desserts, they were delicious.
