The sanatorium is really not bad, but I want to draw the attention of the administration to several points and, if possible, take response measures:
1. A large number of cats, a lot of vacationers are outraged;
2. Tea is served in kettles for breakfast, which ends very quickly, replenishment is not timely. We went by ourselves several times and asked the staff to pour tea
3. In cottages, it is impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower in the morning, very sudden changes.

The best place we've ever visited! Comfortable houses with excellent repair. Friendly staff. The dining room and kitchen are decent. I was pleased that you can choose what to eat, the portions are large and very tasty. Parking for cars on site, under guard. The nature is amazing, the amazing lake is literally 2 steps away!

Procedures for 10 meals for 8, the staff is friendly and unobtrusive, there is no ATM, pharmacy. The air and nature at 10 is a wilderness. It is ideal for treatment and relaxation. The restaurant has pancakes for 10 points.

The Russians will never set foot here. The most disgusting place of all the sanatoriums I've been to. The treatment is not bad. The doctors are great, but the calculation of the voucher is a deception. I ordered it in more than 90 days. They gave me a 10% discount on the website. I paid 50% of the ticket price. I was billed for which I had to pay an additional 24,779.52. Together with the resort fee, however, upon arrival I pay the amount almost 4,000 rubles higher. I'm starting to figure it out, for me: conversion, etc., etc. crap. Me: I don't care what the conversion is, but the difference of almost 4,000 rubles is a completely different amount, and not the one specified in the contract. The result of the proceedings is 0. Where does the tax Service of the Republic of Belarus look at all? In all other sanatoriums, they billed in Russian rubles - they paid without any money. There is some kind of surreality here. Then they make a 10% discount on the site to members of the Russian trade union, then they do not. I was in the Pines and in the Lake and in Narochanka - there was no such shamelessness anywhere. They look into my eyes and talk about conversion. I don't need your conversion. I have an invoice issued in Russian rubles.- be kind enough to calculate me for this amount. I'll give you one star for the treatment. The treatment here is not bad. I understand that there are scandals with Russians from time to time because of a higher amount. I will not shoot the employee, but he laughs at me: "Well, have they started to blame the exchange?" The miser pays twice. Not a foot in a sanatorium of this type anymore.

I really liked the sanatorium. We had a rest in the month of June with the whole family. Everything was fine, except for a small flaw. The room was on the ground floor. It would be nice if you could specify the location of the rooms right away. The children had a suite, they were very comfortable.

Good afternoon. I would like to thank all the staff of the sanatorium. We had a rest in September 2021. We had a great rest. I will recommend it to all my family, friends, and acquaintances. I liked everything, the procedures, the staff service and just the reception. We arrived early in the morning and were immediately given the keys to the room. The nature is wonderful, the air is clean, the lake is clean as a tear. Evening leisure is generally super. You can write a lot and for a long time, but it's better to go there yourself.

A very good sanatorium. Of all the Belarusian sanatoriums where I have been, this is the best. But it should be noted right away that this sanatorium is for people with low or medium incomes. And not for young people. A very convenient website of the sanatorium - I chose everything right there, and the time, and the dates, and the room, and I paid for everything there by card. Very good living conditions - a single room with a huge double bed. Very good internet connection - I taught classes in ZOOM directly from the room and no problems. Gorgeous nature, near the forest, lake. A new, newly built nice swimming pool. The polite staff, especially the nurses, were nowhere in line. There were a lot of free promotions, a lot of procedures, and it was especially pleasant - it was a free transfer from Polotsk, the driver from the sanatorium met right at the train station. The food is the most usual, as in other sanatoriums. The biggest advantage is the small number of people in the sanatorium and, therefore, it is quiet and peaceful.

I rested in the sanatorium three times. I am in awe of these places. My sister and I were satisfied with everything: room service, nutrition, medical procedures, and infrastructure. If you decide to go there, by all means visit the Museum of the Great Patriotic War in Ushachi, and if you drive a little further from Ushachi ..... there is such a wonderful memorial complex "Breakthrough"! A week later we are going to our favorite "Forest Lakes" again. I can't wait to plunge back there and literally and figuratively into the lake "Long", take a walk along the forest paths.... In short, if you go, you won't regret it!

There is no service for vacationers on a professional trip. Food for people with a bad stomach is apparently all steamed. Cleaning the rooms 1 time in 2 days with a vacuum cleaner, the floor in the toilet has never been washed in 18 days, the shower was wiped 1 time in which it is not possible to make water either cold or boiling water, the TV in the rooms is snowing according to the prof, so it is not possible to watch.
But the territory is a 5c plus and nature
There is not a single outlet on the territory. The nearest rural store is half a kilometer away. Parking is 3 rubles a day. It is not very convenient to get to the sanatorium and leave because there is nothing except one bus with 16 seats once a day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

It's a good sanatorium, we just came from there. A decent medical base, a wonderful place, clean air. Small disadvantages🤔 - the pool has not been launched (there is a delivery to the pool in Ushachi, but it's not very convenient 1. Only 2 rubles per week, 2. the bus may break down and then you definitely won't see the pool, well, 3. in winter it's not very good to go somewhere after the pool, it's better to go straight to room to go); cultural events, i.e. leisure, mainly for an additional fee.the fee. the price is not much 300 rubles., but if it is a family of 3-4 people ..., besides, the organization is very lame. The ideas don't seem to be bad, but ...; there is no physiotherapist, the doctor at the first examination asks the patient what he himself would like, and I would like the doctor, according to my diagnoses, to suggest the procedures himself, besides, there are clearly not enough nurses; well, the nutrition is normal, they did not stay hungry, I would like to add a little variety and pastries to the kefir. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back here!

A nice, cozy, small trade union sanatorium. The nature is beautiful! The sanatorium is located on the shore of a wonderful lake. There are mineral water springs on site. The rooms have everything you need, clean and cozy! The cuisine is delicious and varied! We advise you to relax and improve your health here for sure!

We had a rest and underwent a course of treatment in this sanatorium several years ago. Magnificent nature, excellent service and the attitude of the staff. The procedures really help to restore health. There is Parking for private transport, at any time you can go to the nearest cities of Lepel, Ushachi, Polotsk and even Minsk. Of course, the rooms are not deluxe, but they are quite cozy, clean rooms. They are cleaned regularly. The medical staff is highly professional. In general, the best impressions remained. I recommend.

We were in January for the New Year. 10 days . 2021.
Weak points
1. FOOD. This is something (a custom menu). I'm not picky about food, but what we were fed was practically not edible, cabbage salads were terrifying every day. It is because of the food that we will not go a second time.
2, There is nothing to do in the evenings! However, the animation team is trying, it amuses the people during the day. and ONE evening we had a picnic with the artists and a bonfire, it was fun. But it was only once.
POSITIVE - nature, forest, lake, skiing. The New Year's banquet (the food is delicious and varied) and the festive program is excellent.
Now a mini pool has been opened there. They built a small house with us. It was supposed to be a swimming pool.
Excursions.
The sauna is super, the steam is great!
They took me by bus to a swimming pool in a neighboring town. The pool is large, but not very warm, and the SAUNA is PAID AND must be BOOKED in advance.
The room was great with an electric fireplace which is large and cozy.
