Disgusting food is disgusting everything. No entertainment of any kind. Children have nothing to do except swing.

A very good sanatorium with a beautiful territory. The attitude of the staff, the medical base, the food in the dining room, entertainment, everything meets expectations and even more. I have been choosing from a large number of sanatoriums in Belarus for a long time and made a choice in your favor! Which I am incredibly glad about. We went for the first time with a friend, and the second time with our husbands. Everyone is delighted!

Well-groomed territory, a good gym (closed on Saturdays and Sundays), a good kitchen (not counting the drink, which
is called "tea" here). The pool is normal for a small number of people (however, it is difficult to enroll in it, having coordinated with all the procedures, the changing rooms are microscopic with one shower, and the groups are too large). Recording is like in the last century, you have to go through the queue in every treatment room. At the same time, paid procedures are scheduled for a week in advance, so it is unrealistic to complete a full course of anything in 2 weeks. Some of the services stated on the site are actually missing. There is no additional manual massage, consultations of specialist doctors. There is no barbershop. Shampoos are not provided, containers with liquid soap are empty, and there is nowhere to buy personal hygiene products: there is no kiosk with small things, there is also no pharmacy, take everything with you. Because the village store is empty, you will have to go to Ushachi for every little thing. Despite the fact that the guard has to constantly leave without replacement, and you will have to wait at the turnstile, not having time for lunch or the procedure. The Internet is terrible, you have to log in several times a day, no matter which browser you use to log in. At the same time, the staff of the sanatorium tries to please you, does everything possible that depends on them to make your stay comfortable. But the high sanatorium authorities apparently have their own ideas about the convenience of customers.

A very good sanatorium, price-quality ratio is the best option. Natural beauty, tranquility .The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is polite and friendly. There are a lot of procedures, we went on a wellness trip, chose the procedures that we wanted and which the doctor advised. The food in the dining room is delicious and varied. We will definitely go again.

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Lesnye Ozery sanatorium. Leisure time for vacationers is very well organized, it will definitely be boring. Good delicious cuisine, but you need to understand that this is a sanatorium. The nature is simply amazing, it's a pleasure to walk. The medical building is very pleasant. I came here again after 5 years, but in winter.
The sanatorium is located in a very beautiful place.
Snowy and beautiful nature. The magnificent winter air of the pines.
Everything is fine: the pleasant staff is always ready to help, friendly doctors and nurses, everything is just right - very friendly, attentive, friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day.
There was only one negative, but a significant one! Vacationers are disorganized. We gathered only the second time for the evening around the campfire, and there were no people at all on the tour.
Who needs: silence, forest, lakes, springs with healing water and amazing air, You definitely need to visit this sanatorium!!!

A wonderful place, the pine forest is beautiful!
Cottage 8. The rooms are cozy, there are dishes, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, ants)) the shower was poorly tuned, there was no sound insulation!!
The view from the window to the forest is gorgeous. We cleaned well every day. The bed linen is changed once a week.
The procedures are not bad, they are cheap! But there is no systematic record, which is very inconvenient! The doctor was not impressed, it is better to choose the procedures yourself in advance.
You can get to the cosmetologist only a week after arrival, respectively, you do not have time to complete any course. ----
Canteen. Custom menu. The food is not delicious. The food is good, but it's not delicious! A minus for the cook.

For the first time in a sanatorium in Belarus. We chose "Forest lakes" and did not lose. The nature is gorgeous, entertainment for every taste (ski rental, cinema every evening, billiards, tennis, theme nights, etc.) thanks to the organizer Anna. I also liked the medical procedures. This is the fourth time in this wonderful place. The service and staff are top notch: everyone is so attentive. I visited the cosmetologist's office, I really liked it: Natalia is a master of her craft. The territory is well maintained, the snow has not had time to come off, but everything is already being cleaned and put in order. The location is excellent: on the shore of the lake in a pine forest.

A very beautiful descent to the lake with a sandy beach. A very good manual therapist, to whom you go from all over Belarus and not only. I really enjoyed my stay at the sanatorium. Pleasant and helpful staff, delicious and varied food, gorgeous territory, cleanliness and order in the territory and in the room. Everything was wonderful, the time flew by unnoticed. Thank you so much for the rest. Among the disadvantages: this is an early breakfast at 8.30 and despite the large number of light bulbs, there is little lighting in the room (although maybe this is not a disadvantage...but always beautiful)))).

The best sanatorium in Belarus. Everything is at the highest level. Three meals a day, wellness treatments, fresh air, various events, excursions are held. How cool it is here! 25 degrees, sun, swimming pool in the morning, massage, inhalations, salt cave, herbal tea, lake in the afternoon, table tennis, walk to the forest to the spring for mineral water, cinema in the evening (Chernobyl was shown yesterday, Cheburashka was reviewed before that). Silence, rest, mode. There is no need to cook. I'm already holding back from eating, everything is so delicious!

I returned from the sanatorium just the other day. I share my impressions:
1. Very beautiful and well-groomed territory, stone to stone, Christmas tree to Christmas tree, gazebo to gazebo.
2. Very beautiful nature, especially in summer, especially on warm sunny days.
3. Good quality of treatment, basic procedures that are included in the package are few, do not expect that they will be "thrown" to you in plenty. But, as they say, Any whim is for your money ;) the cost is affordable, especially in terms of Russian rubles
4. Good room stock, I had new furniture, laminate flooring, clean and comfortable mattress and pillow. I pumped up the shower a little, especially the watering can and the mixer.They need to be replaced, because they spray in all directions.
5. Good customized meals. There are many Belarusian national dishes. Everything is balanced, no overeating. If you wanted something delicious (cookies, ice cream, - I went to the local store in the village.
6. Friendly staff.
7. Excursions, kebabs, disco for those who are sad.
7. A fabulous clear lake.
Will I come back? It is quite possible ;)

The service and staff are normal. The food is ordinary Belarusian sanitary. No frills, but varied, nutritious and not "harmful". The territory is well maintained. There is a volleyball court. A children's playground with different climbing slides and swings. The sanatorium is located in a pine forest by the lake. The water in the lake is clean. The beach is small, but you don't need more for such a small sanatorium. The standard rooms in the buildings are typically Soviet-style with varying degrees of renovation, with a gaudy design and shabby furniture. There is no air conditioning. At 28g in the afternoon, it was comfortable in our room on the second floor (south). But it was hot in the room on the third floor. The roof was heating up and the warm air was rising there. There are new wooden houses on the territory. I haven't been to them, so I can't say anything about them, As for treatment, that is, all sorts of different things. I didn't do it often before, but I've been to sanatoriums of the same level. It's neither better nor worse. It is a very good place for a relaxing family holiday and wellness.

One of the undeniable advantages of the location is the stunning nature, clean territory.. Otherwise, everything is not clear.. Old buildings with it is not clear when and how repairs were made. Food: a lot, but not tasty.. Meat-free soup, semolina cutlets - in the best traditions of old canteens. Leisure - there is a tennis table, but it is dead, and two new ones are next to the "do not touch" sign, I'd better keep silent about the rackets. I still can't forget the massage, after I asked to massage my muscles harder. For the second session of MANUAL massage, they worked on me with some kind of tool with spikes and a roller that my back still cannot heal..
The pool is a children's "paddling pool", If my memory does not change the size of 8 * 3, 10 people are allowed to attend the session ...
In general, I know for sure how wonderful the nature of that area would not be, I will not go there anymore...

However, there are disadvantages, for example, for a period of 11 days, visiting the pool only three times. There is no pharmacy kiosk. In addition, the sanatorium is located a little far from the cities of Vitebsk 140km and Polotsk. And at our Ushachi point, the bus runs only 3 times in the afternoon until 15 o'clock. And you won't be able to come back later. There is also a beach on the lake, to which there are more than 170 steps down the stairs, which causes inconvenience for the elderly with sore legs.

The attitude of the "managers" in the booking process has also changed - arrogance and disregard have appeared. It seems that demand has begun to exceed supply and there is no point in straining, vouchers will still be snapped up 🤷♂️

My vacation is coming to an end and I wanted to leave a review... The staff is wonderful, but I didn't like the massage... I spent 11 minutes going into the office, undressing, taking the procedure, getting dressed and leaving the office!!!! The food is good, at the beginning of the arrival there were some dishes on the buffet, but then they were removed... My room was a single room in 3 kurpus, cozy, cleaned daily, but the wallpaper is very tired... There are walkways between the buildings, and you don't need to go outside in bad weather. The spa complex is also connected to the buildings by a passage, but for some reason it is closed. The territory is very well maintained, there is a Playground, the road to the springs is tiled, there are benches and lanterns all over, it's a pleasure to walk along it.... There is a beach and a very beautiful staircase leads to it. Leisure leaves much to be desired... There is no cultural worker.... Nobody goes to discos.... If you want to dance, the Lily of the Valley cafe saves you

We had a rest in July 2024. Overall, the rest is not bad! But there were also unpleasant moments . We had a massage at Elena Pavlovna Kovalenko's, room 20. Massages on the "fuck off", instead of the prescribed 20 minutes, does 10 minutes, manages to still "sit on the phone" with a businesslike look. I strongly advise against going to this nurse for a massage. Reduces the authority of the sanatorium!

The staff treats the vacationers very well. We have only encountered good service. The treatment has become much better, there are more procedures. The pool is very nice. The food is decent, you can choose what you want from the menu, there is a choice. Fruits and kefir are given every day. The nature is gorgeous, the lake is beautiful, you can walk through the forest. There is mineral water, two wells - for the stomach and kidneys. The wells have been improved. What I didn't like, the audibility is terrible, the TV is working in the next room, or they are talking loudly, it is not possible to sleep. We had bad plumbing- the toilet was wobbling, the faucet was falling apart in the shower, and it was leaking from under the sink. Otherwise, everything is fine, you can always negotiate with the treatment rooms and adjust the time.

An excellent sanatorium. We celebrated the New Year here . Thanks to the management for the New Year's program. Everything was at the highest level. The prices are adequate. All the staff is positive. We took wellness vouchers. We were satisfied. Good nutrition. Excellent SPA with hand massage. It's a pity we were unlucky with the weather. It rained almost every day, all the snow had melted.
Maybe we'll come back here next year.

We had a rest on New Year's Eve from 2024-2025. Well, I can say that I fell for the positive feedback and I regret it. We lived in a double room on the second floor, these rooms are all dead, the wallpaper is peeling off, the furniture is all chipped, the shower cabin is mildewed in places, the bedding is gray-blue like in a pioneer camp, the towels are dark, colorful and old, unpleasant, the water flows rusty (sometimes), with a strong smell of iron, sewage it (always) makes me feel sick, the same water is in the drinks in the dining room, the smell in tea and compotes is the same, disgusting, drinks were always left, except for coffee, you can't feel it there. The food is not bad for 3+. I have never seen such an abundance of cabbage, carrots and beets in different variations three times a day, almost every day!) They know how to cook meat, but the portions are correspondingly small (this is not cabbage)). The medical base is not bad, as in any sanatorium in Belarus, but there are not enough procedures included in the package compared to other sanatoriums. Parking is paid, for many it is free. Upon arrival, it was very cold in the room, we slept in our clothes, in the morning we asked the reception to solve the problem, the plumber did not say anything intelligible, the maid told us to go to the administration and ask for a heater, to which we were outraged and demanded to solve the problem, eventually they brought us a heater and then they only saved themselves, although people said, It's very hot in the rooms on the third floor, so it's not clear what's wrong with their heating system. I was pleased with the nature, but the weather was windy and rainy, and we couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. There was no desire to visit this sanatorium again, although I have heard that people have been happy to come for several years in a row, it is a matter of taste.

We have already visited twice with a break of 2 years. The difference is huge, a lot of work has been done with the staff and a lot has been done, repaired, and improved the service. If we had done more cultural programs of an outbound nature (excursions, travel), it would have been great. Of course, everything is aimed at the older generation, but 30+ has something to do.
