I've been to this place. A half-baked rubber duck was served. It was the first time I had this with a duck, I asked the waiter about it. They said that if you fry more, it will dry out. Well, I don't even know which is better, dry duck or raw rubber, which is impossible to chew, everything is veined, like chewing gum. If you don't know how to cook duck, don't serve it.

We randomly came to this place when we were looking for a place to have breakfast in Minsk. As a result, we had breakfast for three days in a row. A very pleasant calm atmosphere, competent customer-oriented staff, and, of course, the food, which is "5" points here! We tried almost all the menus in three mornings and there was nothing we didn't like. Especially bombic rice porridge with coconut milk (additives can be varied to your taste), poached with tongue- a dump of the head, for dessert I can recommend mango tartare-passion fruit and pancakes (a very interesting variation).
Oh, and if it's important to someone, the coffee is excellent.

Which undoubtedly added solemnity to the serving of dishes and to the overall service. The waiters, who apparently got up from the "right foot", served immediately. However, as in any institution, different people approached the table, so I had to leave tips in a common piggy bank.
There were no complaints about the dishes until I got to breakfast. To serve a "boiled, sandwich" sausage to a sandwich turned out to be a shock for me, knowing that the co-owner of the establishment is a chef-there was a residue. But in general, the waiting time for the dishes and their quality are more than satisfactory. Unfortunately, the drinks are of the same type, there were no highlights.

We came in on a weekday, all the tables were free. Friendly staff, take the outerwear to the wardrobe. Onion soup, duck ravioli, rib eye steak, mango passion fruit dessert were taken from the meal. The soup is mostly not bad, the problem with the croutons (they are kind of incomprehensible and everything has softened) and the lack of a normal amount of normal cheese (there was a small spot of cheese from the so-called "cheese cap"), as well as some incomprehensible bacon (although maybe it's the croutons that got soaked there, but the structure was strange). The ravioli portion is sick, but there was not enough brightness in the taste. By roasting the steak, we hit the spot (the medium asked for it), the meat is juicy, served cut into 4 parts, each lies on mashed potatoes. Demiglas sauce also goes with the steak, as for me, it lacked a lot of taste. The dessert is bright and pleasant to the taste, all 10 points. It is also worth noting the large and delicious cocktails, bright and rich taste. The staff needs to learn the sequence of serving dishes. There is nothing more to add.
