We still need to look for a worse provider. This is especially true for support staff. If there is an Internet connection, but it does not load sites or services at regular intervals, then the provider will not do anything. If there is no Internet, then "restart the router". There are stable network outages several times or twice a day. If you want to pay the tariff online, then get ready to pay a commission as well.

About technical support: I understand that setting up a router costs 160p, but you can't wait for the masters. In order to configure the router yourself, there is enough information on the site, but only for a certain number of manufacturers. This, however, is understandable - there is not such a large range of routers in Lugansk. But the service itself is tinny. I had to persuade a tech support employee for 10 minutes to help with setting up the router. And only after realizing that I had done everything correctly in all the steps and the problems were most likely on their side, he agreed to help and re-configure the router over the phone. In general, the problem turned out to be on the side of the LDS.
Bottom line: you need to understand that they will try to shake off money from you and it will be impossible to play online games.
