Thanks to Marina Vladimirovna! The guest house is wonderful! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a dining room with a kitchen, large refrigerators, an ironing board and an iron, a washing machine for common use. We lived in a comfort room, so in addition to the bathroom and air conditioning, which are in each room, we had our own small but very powerful refrigerator and a TV with Wi-Fi. And the best thing is the house is a 5-minute walk from the sea, and along the way there is a beautiful view of the mountains. In general, the rest turned out great.

We haven't reached home yet, but we already miss you. Guest house "Lana" is for those who love peace and comfort. The rooms are clean and cozy, there is everything for a comfortable stay. Located 300 meters from the beach, there are few people on the beach, sun beds for the whole day are 200 rubles , the sea is clean and warm. On the way to the sea there is a wonderful dining room "By the stream", in a picturesque place, with very tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Many thanks to chef Lyuba for the delicious dishes she bakes pancakes...Mmmm, and pot roast is a masterpiece!!! The service is fast, polite. Special thanks, of course, to our wonderful, delightful, tactful, intelligent, kind, beautiful hostess Madonna. Her whole family are very hospitable and polite people. During the rest, they all became our relatives, we thank them for taking care of us. Our whole noisy company will remember a wonderful vacation with you!

We stayed in September with a large company. We were satisfied. Conveniently located, next to the sea, between the active Gagra and Pitsunda.
The beach with cows next to it did not scare at all, we walked a little towards Gagra and swam there, the relaxation from civilization is complete. Also, the owners have a cafe with a veranda 100 meters away, they ate only there, they did not cook anything. Everything is homemade, without semi-finished products, outdoors.

We rested here at the end of July, booked rooms at the Marina, the rooms are clean, there is everything you need to stay. There is a kitchen, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an iron, a barbecue area, a trampoline for children. 5 minutes walk to the sea. There are many shops and canteens in the vicinity. Marina (the hostess of the guest house) gave us answers to all our questions, where to go, what to see and so on. We are very glad that we rented rooms from Marina. I have been spending the second summer in a row in Abkhazia. This time I decided to stay in Alakhadzy village and found this wonderful guest house. It was from July 28 to August 7)
A cozy house and its own good territory, there is a shared kitchen, but my favorite is the barbecue (I attached a photo of my gorgeous meatballs against the background of the mountains)
Comfortable rooms and, most importantly, YOUR OWN SHOWER AND TOILET!!!
It's a 5-minute walk to the gorgeous sea, and this endless coastline, and these mountains that are visible from the sea, and from the guest house!!!
I was delighted, it's a pity that I didn't come for a long time ...

The location from the sea is 300 meters as stated. It is located a little away from the main street where there are canteens, cafes, shops, but it's wonderful! Hello, we are a family with two children (5 and 2 years old) we had a rest in the guest house "Lana".
The room is clean and tidy, as is the surrounding area.
The hostess is a polite, responsive woman, always answers your questions and helps in any situation.
It is 300 meters to the sea, the sea is clean, the beach is not crowded. On the way to the sea there is a cafe-dining room with very tasty homemade cuisine.
We really enjoyed the rest, we will come back again!)

Quiet, clean, new rooms, very hospitable, kind hosts, own cafe with homemade food and a wonderful chef of Any, the kitchen is shared. 300 meters to the sea, a semi-wild huge beach, boarding houses with people and parties on the right, neighboring tourist streets, with shops, cafes. Bus stop nearby. Cows and dogs are part of the interior, anyone who has been to Goa will understand. How did you visit your grandmother in the village! In two days we had a rest like in two weeks in Sochi! We will definitely come back!

The holiday home itself is great, we went to a clean room, the room has all the amenities! The territory is well maintained, children have a place to spend time. There is only one disadvantage, you need to be prepared for the fact that there is not a large selection of products within walking distance, only to leave by car. We stayed in this guest house with a large group of 7 people from September 9th to 17th. We were checked in as soon as we arrived, at 7 a.m.We were greeted like family, it seems that they were just waiting for us! The house has two floors, double and triple rooms, clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is an outdoor kitchen under a canopy with a stove, a good kitchen set, dishes, three refrigerators, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a barbecue. in short, everything matches the description on the site. We only had tea in the kitchen in the evenings. And we ate in the dining room. The dining room is located nearby, on the way to the sea and also belongs to Madonna (or her family). The dining room deserves a separate description!!! They will feed you at any time! And it's so delicious, and such large portions, and everything is always FRESH, only cooked in front of you. And inexpensive! Thanks to all the employees of the canteen. Words of great gratitude, of course, to Madonna! She is a great worker: in the morning she receives guests in the guest house, cleans up - you come to the dining room, she is already there. He will offer dishes, accept the order- and everything is fast, dexterous, with a kind smile. It will help with any question.
The beach is close, pebbly, the pebbles are small, it is comfortable to enter the sea, even for children. You can take sun beds for 200 rubles. (There is no such price anywhere else) The water is light. And of course, cows and dogs, but they don't go into the water.
We liked to relax here, as if we were visiting relatives. Thank you, Madonna!
And finally, in order not to experience the frustration of rest, you need to clearly imagine what you want to get. It's a rural area here! If you are used to another vacation, you are not here. And for a calm, spiritual rest - to Madonna in the guest house "Lana "

We had a rest in August of this year. This is not the first time we have come. I really like the place, next to the sea, the beach is great, there are a lot of places on the beach that are not packed with vacationers. The guest house itself is nice, the rooms match the description and photos. There is a lot of space and all kinds of dishes in the kitchen, there is enough for everyone. If problems arise, Mistress Madonna solves them quickly. From the guest house to the sea is 300 meters, it is a leisurely 5-7 minutes walk, along the way there is a cafe from the same guest house. If you want a 10+ day vacation in terms of comfort, etc., then you should choose hotels instead of guest houses. Because many people are looking for great comfort for little money. Personally, we liked everything and got high. We had a great rest. I recommend.

The guest house itself is on weak 4, its location is on 3, the second line of Shahumyan Street, in some kind of swamp, surrounded by abandoned buildings, mud, a broken road in cows and cow cakes. I do not recommend it. Well, the Abkhazian coast, of course, is 5!!))

The perfect price/quality ratio! A spacious room that can easily accommodate 4 people if desired. A double bed and two single beds. Conditioner. The shower does not work at the time of a power outage, but this is a problem for any hotel in Abkhazia. We didn't use the kitchen in the yard, but I think people were there all the time. The car was inside the territory, this was our mandatory condition.
The washing machine was used once, there were no problems with it. Next to the dining room \ cafe from the same hotel, which is without frills, but easily covers all the breakfast \ lunch \ dinner wishes. It's a five-minute leisurely walk to the sea, if you admire the trout in the stream along the way. Well, the main plus is, of course, the hostess Madonna. Maximum kindness and hospitality. All wishes are fulfilled easily and quickly without any usual fees. Have a good rest!

In August 2022, we rested in the guest house, the hosts are hospitable, the kitchen is very good, everything is always fresh, they cooked at the request of the guests.The garbage was cleaned in a timely manner for the residents (although there were residents who did not respect the work of the owners), a change of bed linen.If someone didn't like it, they had to rent a hotel room for 7,500 per day, and technical problems can be everywhere, in the same hotel. Thanks a lot to Madonna, Vadim, Venus and everyone else for a good rest.There is a desire to repeat the rest in the same guest house.

If you are planning a vacation, then I definitely do not recommend this place! I would like to warn everyone! Enough time has passed, but I decided to share it anyway and warn someone. We planned a vacation for 2 families in January 2023, (we stayed in this guest house at 21m, everything was fine) we decided to return to a quiet place. We wrote off Madonna on 22.91.2023, made an advance payment on 29.01.2023, and waited for a long-awaited vacation that had not been for 2 years. It was vacation time, I wrote in advance and warned that we would go 10 days and 1 day before departure.
We are 2 families with children aged 11 and 12. We booked 2 triple rooms. The road was difficult because a friend's car broke down on the road, so the plans all shifted and stretched. I warned Madonna all the way, I WAS IN TOUCH all the way, I also wrote about compensation that we pay for all the days that we planned to shoot without any problems. The road stretched for 3 days, due to a car breakdown, we arrived at the serpentine in the evening when it was dark, we did not take any chances and went into the night. Madonna is also aware of everything about this, I am in touch all the time. We spent the night in Dzhubga, and continued on our way, as Madonna informed me, to which the answer shocked me. We are traveling for the 3rd day on the road exhausted as hell with breakdowns. And then they tell me that they are not waiting for us!!!!!!! I'm panicking!!!!!! We are going with families with children to no one knows where and how!!!! The connection disappears along the serpentine to find housing, everything is not really packed, the season is in full swing. The money was not returned, if you are planning a vacation, then look for more reliable people. We eventually checked in at 19:30 figs knows where and figs knows how! In general, the vacation was spoiled by such joyful hospitality. Alakhadzy is an Armenian village with a terrible attitude towards tourists, don't go there anymore! So take care of your nerves and don't let your holidays spoil because of such business people!

I recommend that anyone who has chosen this accommodation find another one... There are more than 20 rooms on the territory, all with one washing machine that does not work!!! As the hostess Madonna says - because of the low electrical energy! Of course, the lights are turned off there often.... From this there is no water and nothing works accordingly, but the machine is just ancient, which does not stretch, blunts the brain, the fast mode does not work, gives an error on the washing floor, and you have to put a rinse, because another 20 families are waiting in line to wash.... This is a tin! The microwave is a prop... that is, it does not heat at all, it does not work and that's it. The refrigerators are such that the cheese is thrown away on the second day!!! You can't store anything there!!! The lights are turned off very often, the pump does not work and there is no water!!! And when it is there, it's not really possible to wash your head at all!! There is no pressure from the word at all!! Sometimes it just doesn't go)) The shower starts to flow a little bit))) Just tin!!! I conclude that we are not collecting small amounts of money, but we do not want to invest!! Down the street there are rooms with a pool for 5,000 a day with its own generator, i.e. if the lights are turned off... You will have a conder working, water to wash after the sea, and so on.

We arrived, the hostess was not there. We booked rooms for a certain period, but for family reasons we had to return home a little earlier. We were checked in and after 5 minutes the hostess called and said that people were coming to her place and we needed to move out, while she did not give the prepayment. Our booking preferences were not taken into account, as they said in advance that they needed rooms nearby and preferably at the end, to which the hostess first said "of course", but in the end it was all wrong. There are only 3 refrigerators on the street for 24 rooms! A towel, as if they had not been changed since the opening of this hotel. The sea is also quite far away, not like in the description. I do not recommend it!!!!!!!!!

I had a rest in August in this guest house, initially the address of another holiday home was indicated, which was much closer to the sea. In fact, the guest house was located much further from the sea. Upon check-in (considering that this house was found independently with God's help, so to speak), there was no hostess on site, fortunately there was a cleaner who tried to solve the issue with our check-in, the impression from a long road is so-so let's say. Further, upon check-in, it was found out :
- the air conditioner works with such noise that it is difficult to sleep
-a mattress that springs into the back
-turning off the water is a separate story (soaped up and standing for 10 minutes waiting for someone to run off to turn on the pump and this is if you are lucky and there will be light)
-The TV does not work in the room
- The kitchen is completely unsanitary, garbage just falls out on the floor just like outside the hotel..
It is not surprising that during our stay there, many guests were sick with rotavirus.
For comparison, I moved to a place on the same coast for the same amount much closer to the sea, with a clean kitchen, with a working and quiet air conditioner and a bunch of advantages compared to this guest house in the same price category.
