We visited the recent restaurant "Skullion" and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, as if we were in a hospitable Belarusian house. The service was top–notch - attentive and friendly waiters, always ready to help with the selection and answer questions. But the main thing, of course, is the food! We tried draniki with different fillings – just delicious! The dumplings with meat were tender and juicy, and the salads were fresh and original to serve. Even the morse reminded me of my grandmother's, so homemade and delicious. The portions are large and satisfying, the prices are quite adequate. We definitely recommend Kuchmister to anyone who wants to get acquainted with real Belarusian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. Let's come back here more than once!

If you want to try real Belarusian cuisine, "Kuhmistr" in Minsk is an excellent choice. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail here: a cozy interior in the style of an old Belarusian house, live music and, of course, amazing food.
The menu pleases with a variety — from classic draniki and sorcerers to unusual meat dishes. And branded self—made tinctures are generally a separate kind of pleasure. I especially liked the currant one!
The service is beyond praise: the waiters are polite, friendly and always ready to suggest something to your taste. It feels like every guest is taken care of here.
In general, if you want to have a delicious meal in a cozy atmosphere and experience the Belarusian gastronomic traditions, "Kuhmistr" is exactly the place to look. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I will be happy to come back again!

A visit to this institution can be described in one word: delight! Moreover, everything that we ordered together was original, satisfying, a lot and incredibly delicious! Some combinations of flavors were a revelation to me, for example, pickled beetroot with cottage cheese from their production - a delight! And it is impossible not to mention the waiters and the receptionist: excellent in all respects! The girls know the menu from the capital letter M to the circulation and the printing house! They know the composition of the dishes, how they are cooked, for me, as a diabetic with cholecystitis, this is just a godsend!

We love Belarusian cuisine. We have visited various restaurants, but there are no dishes like yours anywhere. We visited the Kitchen three times, tried almost all the dishes. Delicious pancakes and dumplings, wonderful salads, delicious food, friendly, customer-oriented staff. Cozy, restrained interiors.
One of the best was a salad with stewed beetroot and homemade cheese with a masterpiece serving! I was struck right in the heart by a duck leg stewed in confit sauce called Important drake. Upon arrival in Minsk - only to you!

It's incredibly delicious. I want to try everything. We ordered different dishes and tried them from each other. All the dishes were interesting and delicious. The room is small, but very cozy. We definitely need to book a table in advance, but we were late and we were lucky, we were seated almost immediately. I highly recommend you to visit. And I will definitely come back on my next visit to Minsk.

I really liked the restaurant for its atmosphere and interior design. And the food is delicious, and the waiter girls are just a bomb. They remember all the menus by heart, without leaves, they remember what the guests ordered. And a liqueur, just lick your fingers. The meat is the most tender, the desserts are on fire. Just mentally, the only drawback is a little expensive, but it's worth it. Everything is at a high level and the service, the kitchen, and the interior. Kuhmistr is one of my favorite restaurants. Every time we visit Minsk with family or friends, we are the guests of the restaurant. Great atmosphere, polite and professional staff. We came to Minsk on business for a day from St. Petersburg. We stayed at the Prizedent Hotel. This restaurant is a 5-minute walk from our hotel.
The service is excellent. Finger-licking dishes! Well, very tasty dishes and tinctures. We took a mix of shingles, it's good that the waiter warned us that this is a 1 kg dish, otherwise we would have burst, because we wanted to try a lot of the menu. As a result, they took blood, shingles, lard and tinctures. I highly recommend this restaurant. They are heartily fed with high-quality and delicious food!

Secondly, the staff is excellent, there is a wonderful man working there, with a large build- blond. Unfortunately, I didn't ask his name. He knows the menu by heart, knows what the dishes consist of, how they are prepared, remembers the dishes that you ordered, and brings them exactly to the one who ordered.
Always answers the question honestly. And when you take food with you, he will say, "Here's your little one." There would be more such workers (and people in general).
Also in the summer, it's very cool there, on hot days it's the best place to sit.
I was with my parents at this place, my dad noticed homemade kvass (by the way, they make it themselves, it is not purchased) and a fillet with gratin (this is the most expensive and most delicious dish in this institution)
To say that he was in the 7th heaven of happiness is to say nothing.
I liked tartar the most with the unusual addition of wild cherry instead of capers. Unfortunately, now I can't eat tartar anywhere else....
In general, I recommend this institution to everyone.

We looked into this establishment, attracted by its convenient location, the ability to park without problems, and, of course, the numerous rave reviews. And in general, we didn't regret it! The service turned out to be unobtrusive and pleasant, without too much fuss, but with attention to the guests.
The menu was pleased with a large selection of dishes of Belarusian cuisine – everything is cooked delicious, satisfying and with original notes. The portions are generous, and the prices are quite adequate for such quality.
However, there is still a small disadvantage: the establishment itself looks a bit shabby – the design needs updating. And the main drawback is the toilet, which, alas, leaves much to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
Overall, it's a solid "four" for the kitchen and the atmosphere, but if it weren't for minor flaws with the interior and hygiene, I would have put all 5!

I had lunch and dinner several times in February of the 25th year. A cozy restaurant of national cuisine, I liked all the dishes that I ordered.
Borscht is five minus (minus only because I'm still in search of my ideal), lard is five, and I liked the black puddings too. The waiters are polite, attentive and quick. The price category is above average, but cheaper than in Moscow.
The restaurant itself is decorated in a national style, but it does not catch the eye, without excessive pretentiousness and is quite cozy.
I would certainly recommend this restaurant for a hearty and delicious lunch or dinner.

I've been wanting to visit this cafe for a long time, I really liked it!! The interior is pleasant, it is interesting to look at objects, the music is perceived ambiguously but fits the atmosphere well. The service of the guests is courteous and welcoming. I wanted to try the national cuisine for food. Expectations were met: I really liked the black pudding with vegetable sauce. The sausage is served right drowning in the most delicate puree-like sauce, which successfully sets off the taste of the sausage, adding sophistication to it. The Grand Budapest cake also made an impression, it is gorgeous in its set of ingredients. The zeppelins seemed a little dry, but the minced meat sandwiches were very good, mustard and pickled onions add piquancy to the snack.
It was nice that on my birthday I was given a compliment in the form of an amazing curd pie. I was all the more pleased with the coincidence that I really like cottage cheese and blueberries.

Sorrel cream soup tastes as good as it looks. The draniki tasting set confirms the reputation of the institution. The pancakes are not greasy and at the same time very juicy. The additives are delicious and perfectly cooked. Wizards with mushroom gravy just melt in your mouth.
Lemonade with birch juice is bright and refreshing. The perfect harmony of taste.
There is one "drawback" - the portions are very large. There is no physical possibility to finish everything. I advise you to take several dishes and share. Then you will be able to try the maximum.
