It's a pity that you can't give grades with a minus. I have been using their services for 5 years now and the company is becoming less and less customer-oriented. The "Exchange" type of ad was removed due to its UNPOPULARITY, as if such types of transactions had disappeared like endangered animal species. SMS confirmation does not work, therefore it is problematic to attach the correct number and the problem is solved only when contacting the "Care Service" (a nice name, isn't it, which sometimes can only apologize that they can't change anything, like the psychological support service, and reminds Medvedev's winged words: "There is no money, but you hold on"). After publishing on the site, I could not edit the ad in order to still attach the correct number, since they were removed from the ad during moderation. There was confusion with the accounts that I have different accounts on the website and on my mobile, and now I have to solve this problem on my own, that is, fix their shortcomings, which for the most part I am not to blame. TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! They have a large base, so far their only advantage, although I think we need to think about creating an alternative platform so that decisions are made not by would-be managers, but still by the users themselves.
