PLEASE READ IT IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE CARPETS TO THIS "DRY CLEANING".
On 28.03, three carpets were handed in. This company was recommended to us by friends, we passed it once and liked it. They came for the carpets, they came, they took them away. They left a receipt and said it would be delivered in a week. A week later, they called me, apologized and said that they had problems with the light and the carpets were delayed. Well, it happens.. Another week passes. Silence. I'm calling myself. The young man apologizes, says that there are problems with the equipment and the carpets will be ready in a couple of days. A week later, I call again, already swearing. To which I am informed at the other end that the company is in COURT PROCEEDINGS. There is no light and my carpets are lying, waiting for their turn, as only one generator is working. To which I reply that we will come and pick up the carpets ourselves, of course, without payment. By the evening of the same day, they called me and said that my carpets were ready.
It arrived today. We refused to pay the full price and did the right thing. The carpets are dirty!!! Just covered in dust!!! You swipe your hand and there are specks on your hands. And when shaking the children's carpet on the floor, the sound of crumbling debris. It is clear that they tried to wash them. The white carpet became lighter. But most likely, after my call, they just brought me from "x" unwashed.
My husband met the courier, and I packed the kids. I regret that I didn't come out to check. Otherwise, there would be no payment! The company is unscrupulous! Don't get involved if you value your time and money.
Quick acceptance, everything is clear without unnecessary movements. They give it back even faster)).
There are inconveniences with parking, but it does not depend on Carpet Cleaning, the city should take this into account when approving and developing a road plan near such buildings.

This is not the first time we have contacted the organization (we have been regular customers for many years), but we have never met such rudeness. When the carpet was taken away, we were charged an additional storage bill, which was not mentioned during the transfer of the carpet for cleaning and payment. When we said that we had not been warned about any paid storage, the staff simply put their fingers on the receipt with the words "everything is written there." There is zero customer orientation. When the carpet itself was taken away, they simply threw it on the table (without unwrapping the carpet, without showing that it had been cleaned and without saying anything). By the way, the carpet was cleaned disgustingly, fine hairs, dust and a musty smell are visible in the pile of the carpet, which was the main reason for cleaning.
