Three weeks ago, I sterilized my dog at this center.
I want to say a huge thank you to the staff of the Kotopes clinic! I took a very careful approach to choosing a clinic for pet surgery and was not mistaken. Everything went according to plan, the doctors gave answers to absolutely all questions, and the dog itself was rehabilitated without complications and after a couple of days was running happily)
This is not the first time that we have trusted the doctors of this clinic with our animals, and we have always been satisfied with the service.
Thank you again, I can be calm with you for ponytails.
The best veterinary center with modern facilities! Professionals in their field work here, who can provide qualified assistance, make a correct diagnosis and help the pet.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Tatiana Martynova and the entire clinic team!We treated our aggressive cat, Simon.Dr. Tatiana Martynova listened attentively to our concerns and conducted a thorough examination.
She explained in detail all the stages of treatment, answered all our questions.
I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a qualified and responsive veterinarian!
Before that, we went to another clinic, but they couldn't even examine our cat. Tatiana Martynova is a professional, and we would like to thank her and the entire clinic staff once again!
Thank you for your work!
Deeply disappointed. The qualifications of the staff have decreased, both in the level of work with animals and in the ability to work with clients.
They often "float" in diagnoses, leaving the decision entirely to the client himself. "Is it possible for you, or is it possible, is it possible to do this or this, what are we going to do?" - a regular situation.
Customers are not heard, they do not delve into the details of the appeal. When they feel that the client is not one of those who listens silently and obediently does what they say, they refuse under an obscure pretext ("now this procedure is not performed here")
I will not underestimate the equipment of the clinic - in general, it is not bad, but the level of employees is only for simple typical cases. Any abnormal situation - and they will either start composing something on the go, or treat you "as it is written in the instructions", or come up with excuses not to take it at all.
In short, "we're stuck."
My dog is being monitored at this clinic. We are vaccinating and undergoing treatment. It's expensive, but there is all the necessary equipment. Good polite specialists. Convenient location.
A wonderful veterinary clinic. A huge range of services, which is important for making a correct diagnosis. Excellent staff, where everyone knows their business and copes with their task perfectly. Affordable prices. I definitely recommend it!
We were satisfied with the visit to the vet clinic "Kotopes". Many thanks to the doctors, and in particular to Anastasia Andreevna Yurchenko! With her quick and competent actions, she saved our dog Zlata, who developed severe shortness of breath. The dog got so excited on the road that he began to suffocate. The doctors of the clinic
quickly and without unnecessary actions performed the necessary manipulations with her. Thanks again to the entire staff of the Kotopes clinic!!!
The staff does not know what they are saying , they record it , then they say that there was no recording , sorry , I'm putting it on because of the cleanliness of the room and that they said hello
This is the best clinic at least in the area, and maybe in the region. There is all the necessary equipment for diagnosis and treatment, excellent specialists in their field!
Many thanks to the KotoPes team for your professionalism, attentiveness and care. The attitude towards patients and the quality of work are at the highest level.
I sterilized my kitty "Alice" and was very worried. But the guys patiently and intelligibly told me everything, answered all my questions. The operation was quick and easy, "Alice" went to the bowl after a couple of hours and ate with appetite.
We were satisfied.
We are glad that we have reached out to you. I recommend it to everyone.
KotoPes, you are the best!
I was at a reception with a dog, we had a very serious problem, we were taken urgently, provided assistance, did everything to alleviate the condition of my pet.
I express my great gratitude to the doctor Martynova Tatiana Valentinovna and the girl who was at the reception on October 5, 2023 (I didn't remember the name from excitement, I'm sorry).
We have been helped, thank you very much!!!!
We have not recovered yet, but we hope for the best and if we have to apply again, then only to Kotopes!!!! Thank you very much for your work and help!!!!
Excellent veterinary clinic, responsive doctors, pleasant staff. For many years, we have been contacting this veterinary clinic with our dogs and cats. The store also has many advantages, an extensive range of goods, in the absence of necessary goods, can be ordered with delivery to the store. I highly recommend all cats to the owners for their pets.
They have repeatedly saved my cats
They literally dragged me out of the world
I trust only the doctors of this clinic
The attitude towards the pets and the owner is good
I highly recommend it
My pet and I went to the clinic in critical condition..Immediately, the forecasts were extremely sad...But only the right treatment and a caring attitude towards the pet helped us...Gabriella is alive and for this we are IMMENSELY grateful to Tatyana Martynova, Anastasia Yurchenko and all the medical staff who have been babysitting us like children for almost a week.We love you...
We have a Schotlanka cat, they brought us for an ultrasound examination, they refused us, the diagnosis was made of neoplasia, the diagnosis is incorrect.
The treatment was prescribed incorrectly.
It turned out that the cat was pregnant, and the prescription of drugs simply ruined the kittens.
I advise you not to contact them for the help of your pets.
Words cannot describe how grateful we are to this center and all the working staff, especially the doctor Martynova Tatyana Valentinovna, for saving the life and treating our beloved dog Rocky!I bow low and wish you good health! There are more such professional doctors! We definitely recommend only this center!
The seller's very unpleasant attitude towards customers in this clinic. The payment receipt was not punched and, accordingly, was not handed over. The girls who inspect the animals are somewhat indecisive, doubt everything, shift decision-making to the visitors, perhaps this is due to lack of experience. I would like a more firm position of the veterinarian on all issues.
It's a good clinic, my cat Levchik was rescued here after he was run over by a car. Probably, veterinarians no longer remember him, because many animals pass through their hands. But I'm still grateful to them.
They are treated normally, there are no questions. However, the cost of admission is growing very quickly, it seems that I recently went to the reception and gave 15 rubles, now the reception costs 20... and the service is the same. It's a pity salaries don't grow like that
Excellent veterinary clinic. We saved our pug twice. A wounded eye and terrible dehydration with vomiting were cured. I am very grateful to them. I recommend. The price is normal and the specialists are EXCELLENT!!!!
I want to tell you about our Unsuccessful trip to the CAT and DOG center, to put it mildly.
We bought a dog 2 days ago. Vaccinated. The dog was settling in the apartment. We walked her every 3-4 hours (since she was not accustomed to a leash), everything was fine. In everything, an ordinary dog, playful, cheerful, ate and drank well, went to the toilet normally. And yesterday, after another walk, the dog came home, started burping and the stool was bloody, while the appetite did not disappear, the dog just felt discomfort from what was happening to her.
First of all, we went to the veterinary center "Cat and Dog". They explained that the dog was vomiting and that she had a bloody stool. The first thing they asked was, "Was there a tick on the dog? " To which we said no, because we did not see him ourselves and did not find him when bathing either (the dog was bathed after each walk). I was asked for permission to collect general analyses (verbally). After receiving the result, the doctor said that the dog had elevated white blood cells and that a special analysis should be done. Naturally, worried about the dog, I agreed. Before receiving the result of this analysis, the assistant began to put a 400 ml Ringer-Locke solution drip. After that, the doctor announced the diagnosis of "Parvovirus infection", "Viral enteritis". Or, in simple words, coronavirus.
She immediately explained that there is a high probability of death. And it was also revealed that the dog has untreated worms, which further aggravates the situation, and the dog may not live to see the next day. They offered treatment in the form of droppers to replenish the body's fluid supply (But as I previously stipulated, there were no symptoms of lethargy, dehydration, refusal to eat and apathy. And the stool was normal until the morning). She also explained that it is necessary to repeat the procedure at home, giving everything you need with you for 3 days 2 times a day. And forcibly feed and water the dog. (At the same time, our pet ate and drank independently and willingly) And at the end of the drip, my pet was injected with 3 injections unknown to me.
Going to the cash register, the girl gave me a doctor's statement, which contained the names of the injections, the final diagnosis (pseudodiagnosis). And she said that she had to come tomorrow morning.
After paying for all the services, I went home.
After reading the statement, I was confused by such lines as "Complaints about a sluggish state", "no appetite" although I did not say this, and this did not actually happen, and the pet's name was not correctly indicated.
When I arrived home, I turned to a veterinarian I knew, as I did not know what coronavirus was. Telling all the symptoms that are in the center. He immediately explained to me that it was far from a coronavirus, but said that it was a Tick. I also said at the clinic that it was not found on the body. To which, he replied that it was not necessary. He could bite and jump off (or we could wash him off while bathing). And immediately he offered me a course of treatment that was categorically different from the one offered at the veterinary center.
Then I began to doubt, because I thought that the dog was examined by "qualified specialists" there, but the friend did not see the pet. But the veterinarian strongly convinced me that it was a tick, He also convinced me that the dog would be fine in 2 hours. And I decided that I needed to act. I bought drugs that a friend told me. I followed all his instructions (deciding that if it doesn't help, I'll put on a drip in the evening, which was given at the veterinary center).
And literally 2-3 hours after the drug I administered (which was recommended by my veterinarian friend) the dog's "coronavirus symptoms" stopped (vomiting passed, feces returned to normal). After that, we leafed through it (also on the advice of a friend), as worms were detected (medicines at the center refused to be administered immediately, they said they would be administered the next day if the dog survived)
The next morning (today) I went to this center. And he asked me to explain the presence of the lines that confused me in the statement, and the reason for the incorrect diagnosis. Explaining that the treatment they advised could have killed the pet. To which I received an answer, they referred to the analyses. But the symptoms of parvovirus infection are similar to those of a tick bite (dehydration refers to coronavirus, and the presence of blood in the stool refers to a tick bite)
CONCLUSION: Unqualified specialists made the wrong diagnosis, therefore prescribed the wrong treatment, which could lead to the death of our pet. As a result, I will go to court in order to bring them to justice. And I will insist on re-certification or revocation of this institution's license
In early November, we went to the vet clinic "Cat and Dog" with our pet Adele (black Labrador, 7 years old). The day before, the dog refused to eat and could hardly move...in the morning, they found a tick and ran to the clinic. They let us through in the queue. Immediately at the reception, a blood test was done, the tick turned out not to be contagious, but the inflammatory process was on the face. Next, an ultrasound scan... and there is already a diagnosis. Pyometra is a purulent inflammation of the uterus. It cannot be treated, only the animal's condition can be stabilized with medication. In general, it was necessary to decide on an operation. Honestly, I doubted it very much, but MANY thanks to the doctors of the clinic, they explained everything in an accessible way, approached with understanding and at the same time felt the core of professionalism. The operation was scheduled for Saturday at 17:00 beginning of the sixth. I was shocked, because the working day is until 17:00!!! That's what it means to be dedicated to your work! Before the operation, they told everything in detail, voiced the risks, and in particular about the anesthesia itself and what will be done as sparing as possible (Adele is not small - 43kg).
Later, when they took Sobanya away (it was already eight in the evening), the doctors told them that there were difficulties with the heart and stabilization measures were carried out. As a result, the affected, removed uterus weighed about 2 kg!!!!
And then we went on the mend and now, a month later, we do not have a 7-year-old dog, but a frisky puppy!))
From our whole family, we express our great gratitude to the entire staff of the vet clinic "Cat and Dog" for your professionalism, clear coordinated work, golden hands, endurance and just a human attitude. thank you!
We would like to thank the doctors of the vet clinic "Cat and Dog"! For 2 years now, we have been treating our pets only here. First, they came here with a cat with tumors. At another clinic, she was advised to be put down. But we decided to fight for our pet. At the Cat and Dog, we were carefully examined and an operation was scheduled. She was successfully carried out, at the same time she was sterilized, Sonechka felt great a day later.
They also treated their Toy terrier here, he had diarrhea and vomiting. After the examination, the doctor offered to take tests and make an IV. The blood was taken immediately, and when I did not come for a repeat appointment, I got a call from the clinic and asked how my Archie was doing. Now we are fine and the problem does not bother us.
I have never seen such a sensitive and kind attitude towards animals as in this clinic. Although I had to go to medical centers myself. We express our gratitude to the doctors of the vet clinic "Cat and Dog" and wish them to continue to please the owners of the animals with their work.
