A cozy, clean, modern hotel, consists of 2 buildings.
Of the advantages: the sea is nearby (1-2 min walk), rooms with a balcony for 5+, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, safe are all in the room. An extra place with a good mattress.
Excellent water pressure.
There is a dryer, a table and chairs on the balcony.
There is a spacious gazebo with a large number of tables on the territory.
There is no stove, there is nowhere to cook an egg or pasta with sausage even minimally, although there is a dining room in the white building on the ground floor and a decent cafe on the sea, with very adequate prices - Sea breeze.
The lack of a cooking place, for a hotel of this level, is probably very logical, we lived for 9 days and were never saddened by this fact, since on vacation we need to rest from cooking, otherwise these eternally cooking aunts in guest houses of the south are a little unnerving))). There are dishes, a microwave, a kettle, and cutlery in the common area.
Everything is within walking distance: the sea, shops, pharmacies, local market, cafes, canteens, etc.

We had a family vacation this year in July. We lived in a new building. The rooms are spacious and bright, air conditioning, TVs, refrigerator and kettle. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. On the second floor there is an ironing board and an iron, there is a hair dryer, on the floors there is a dustpan with a broom, you can take it to your room at any time to clean up the garbage. The territory is clean, well-maintained, there is a small kitchen with various dishes, appliances and a microwave. Recreation area with tables. There is also a mini slide-car for kids. The hostess is a good-natured, friendly woman, you can also wash their clothes, 300 rubles, give it to the hostess of the hotel and get everything clean! The hotel has a dining room, everything is delicious and homely, a distribution line, a large assortment, reasonable prices, we had breakfast and lunch there every day. From the hotel to the sea 3 min., to the center 5. The local market is 10 minutes walking distance. All the shops are groceries, fruits, everything is nearby. People are sincere and friendly. Let's go back there again. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very decent for Abkhazia, the room is large, bright, with a balcony. The railway is nearby, but trains rarely run, it didn't bother us. The sea is 5 minutes away, the beach is not equipped. We had breakfast in the dining room in the new building of the hotel, had lunch and dinner in the Sea Breeze cafe by the sea.
We stopped here on 08.07.23, it was on this day that the real apocalypse began - showers, thunderstorms, a storm at sea. And immediately on the first night, the electricity and water were cut off! Only later did I find out that this hotel does not have its own generator and water heater boiler, and as a result, there are constant blackouts of light and water! FOR THIS, A FAT MINUS TO THE HOTEL. We were without electricity and water for almost 3 days! Moreover, there was light in the neighboring hotels, but not in ours! And for Abkhazia, as I later realized, power outages are common! There are a lot of mosquitoes, but we couldn't even turn on the raptor for 2 nights, because there was no light!
If it weren't for the constant blackouts of light and water, I could safely recommend the hotel! I really hope that the owners will install a generator!

Nice modern hotel. We lived in building 2. The room has a refrigerator, wardrobe, TV, bedside tables. The balcony overlooked the territory. There is a railway nearby, trains run 3-4 times a day, not critical but noisy at times.The walkway is right below us, people have been going to the beach since early morning-it's noisy with the window open. If you close the window, there is complete silence-the sound insulation is perfect. Here the air conditioner comes to the rescue. Downstairs, the dining room is for an amateur. But in the area, there are plenty of canteens and cafes within walking distance, you will find them to your liking! There is nowhere to cook, only there is a microwave in the shared kitchen.

We have vacationed in Abkhazia more than once (before that we lived in Gagra) and this guest house is just a paradise! (if we take the price-quality)
The lights were turned off a couple of times in 10 days, but there was a terrible hurricane and the guest house has its own generator, which provided electricity to the territory. The water was always hot, the water pressure was super. Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels - everything is as stated.
The room (standard 2-bed) is clean, bright, spacious, with all necessary furniture (bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, table, bathroom in the room) and a gorgeous panoramic window overlooking the sea/mountains (with access to the balcony).
The mattresses are very comfortable!!! It's a separate huge fat plus! Of course, the pillows would have been changed, but in general the neck did not hurt - this is the main thing))
There is a kitchen area and a dining area on site. In 10 days, there has never been a need for cooking, so it is difficult for me personally to assess the equipment of the kitchen area. There is a microwave, I don't remember the stove, but maybe I just didn't pay attention.
Responsive receptionist Marina, who very delicately solved any issues that arose during the stay.
To the sea, a maximum of 5 minutes on foot, a lot of shops and cafes nearby, 7-10 minutes on foot to the center, 10-15 minutes to the market.
We took a tour without food (thank God!), because of all the places where we ate during the vacation, this dining room turned out to be the worst both in terms of cuisine and service.

On the balcony with a gorgeous view there is a table and 2 chairs, a clothes dryer. A deposit (3000₽) is charged for the room. The administrator Marina, not a very hospitable woman, is always dissatisfied with something, constantly makes remarks to children. The entrance to the central gate was by cards, 2 pcs were given to the number, but if you forgot it and rang the bell.... There was a scream. The hotel is big, and the service. the staff of 2 or 3 people, of course, is not enough. Hair dryer, iron, there is on every floor, paper was also put up, but no one told us about it. In 9 days, we cleaned 2 times and changed the towel, bed linen 1 time. There are also brooms on the floor, very convenient, they swept themselves every day. A basin was requested, washing 300 rubles. We took a ticket through bibilio globus, the only guest house that was available and suited the minimum conditions for our vacation. The hotel is good for its money, the rooms are well maintained, clean, we were moved into a new building, there are only two. We had a view of the mountains - the birds are singing, it's a pleasure to wake up in the morning with such a view! Thanks to the Hotel!!! By the way, there is a suite on the 3rd and 4th floor, there is a balcony that is 10 meters round - huge - it has a view of the horizon with the sea. The only negative is the dog barking at night and the beach itself. But this does not apply to the hotel, these are the problems of this place. The wish for the hotel is to make your own beach. If you leave the hotel and go left to the sea across the river, then there is a beautiful, large beach where no one goes. But he's covered in garbage. If the hotel rented a piece of the beach for the summer and took care of it, it would be absolutely fine, because there is still such a fat minus on the common beach as pooping dogs. This alone covers all the advantages of this place, nature, etc. There are a lot of dogs in Tsandripsh.. And they go to the toilet almost on top of people lying on the beach. It's a pity if it weren't for this - the place would be perfect. We went to the beach at 13 Primorskaya Street, the owners clean it themselves, I recommend it.

Before leaving, we got sick with rotovirus (many tourists get sick in Abkhazia), the house manager told us that there were a lot of rooms available and we could stay until 14.00, as a result, another one came the next day and said that we could stay in the room until 12, and then we would have to pay for every hour...But we didn't have to wait long and at 14.30 a bus came for us (we had a paid transfer to the airport), but somehow this moment was not very pleasant...In general, the impression is not bad, we tried to maintain our mood, since we came to rest!

We had a rest in July 2023. Initially, we booked a standard with a cot 2 adults + 1 child through a travel agency, arrived at night, settled into a chic two-room room, two balconies, one of which is huge with comfortable chairs and a table, two air conditioners, two TVs, a refrigerator, towels, a hair dryer on the floor, spacious and simply gorgeous, thanks to the hotel for this all without extra charges, maybe we were just lucky. Cleaning 1 time in 6 days, there is always water, the light was turned off a couple of times at night. The hotel itself is certainly a bit battered by time, but not critically. We had a view of the sea, 4th floor, there is a minus here, there are railway tracks nearby, the train runs every morning and it is impossible not to hear it, because it buzzes endlessly, because tourists walk along the tracks all the time. We also heard neighbors behind the wall in the morning, in the evening we can hear vacationers sitting at tables under the windows. If you need perfect silence 24/7, the hotel will not suit you. But we were very satisfied. Nothing was cooked or eaten in the shared kitchen, there are many cafes on the beach nearby, but some do not even have a toilet. We went to the cafe and to the beach to the left of the hotel, if you stand with your back to the hotel. Walk a little along the railway tracks through the river and there is a great beach without fuss, catamarans, sun beds, few people on the beach and just a great cafe, very tasty and civilized, both afternoon and evening, foam parties for children, I recommend. I recommend the hotel, but ideally, we should immediately agree on which room we need, it would be extremely uncomfortable for us on the 1st floor. The village itself is a village and there is nothing to do there, to go to old Gagra, there is gorgeous nature, a park and a cafe, but everything is much more expensive. Although we were nearby, and we all went in together, why was it necessary to scare the children??? As a result, they were kicked out, they were not allowed to sit at the table with us. No outsiders allowed!!! Although the male guard himself sat there every evening with a lady in his arms, who is also an outsider🤷♀️ This situation is very disappointing. The rooms are normal, on a solid 4. There is no kitchen. There is a common area on the street where there is one microwave and some dishes. There is no stove at all. The cafe from the end is also at 4, if you don't want to go anywhere. In short, we don't set foot there anymore. I don't recommend it. And upon arrival, we took a deposit of 3,000 rubles, although we had a tour and nothing was said about it anywhere. But I didn't want to spoil my vacation from the first days, so we gave it away.

I don't know who these people are who write reviews with a rating of 5.We settled into a triple room, one double bed, a second cot. Room for 4. Equipped with a "kitchen" with a prehistoric microwave and one kettle, few dishes, no stove, but there is a dining room, apparently from the same hotel, everything is not tasty from the word at all. The TV worked sometimes, as well as wifi, when asked why, Marina did not know who it was, the administrator or the viewer, replied that she was showing everything on the ground floor. The most terrible thing happened when the lights were turned off for a day, no ice cream, no water, and the mosquito is so evil, it's just creepy. When asked who he was, a security guard or a cleaner, a boorish man of unknown age said that we were too spoiled. The beach is just one solid dump, since 2015 we have been going to Abkhazia, we have been everywhere, but we have not seen such dirt. I'm not even surprised that people with rotovirus are lying down for the first three days. I do not advise anyone to live in this hotel, interest in you will end completely after payment.

We stopped by in the evening, we were met by a wonderful hostess, she told us everything, there were no problems, we always went to a meeting throughout the rest, answered all questions, a very good hotel, we had a view of the mountains, the room was clean, there was no noise, I recommend it!

We had a rest in June 2023. We were given a room on the ground floor, opposite the kitchen/gazebo. The noise from children's screams outside the window and conversations constantly interfered. The room itself is simple, in principle everything is there. It's a pity the photo didn't survive. The bathroom is not very comfortable, there is a distinct mold on the shower wall, the mirror was all stained. It would not hurt to arrange a general cleaning. The receptionist is not very friendly, she was constantly talking on the phone when checking in. You could take a break for 5 minutes to meet the guests and then go about your business. Some kind of disrespect or just indifference.
Pros: near the sea, go down and you are already on the shore. There is a dining room, I did not like the food there, half of the coveted dishes. Prices are average, as in other places.
In general, out of 5, I put -3. I think we can look for an alternative.

Stay at this hotel in July. The room is clean, the renovation is good. If something happened, they immediately corrected it. The territory is small, but cozy. There is a microwave and all the dishes. There are tables where you can eat. The territory has its own dining room. The food is delicious, the prices are excellent. The sea is very close. There is a wonderful cafe breeze on the sea (mega tasty beef). We had a good rest, thanks a lot to all the staff. We hope to see you next summer.

I was here for the first time and immediately spoiled the impression by the fact that we cannot move into our room, because some kind of overlaps occurred, although we booked back in January, made an advance payment, clarified if everything was fine. Ie, you are preparing in advance for your vacation, hoping that everything will be OK, you come, they tell you this room was occupied by other people who arrived a day later than us for a moment, but for some reason we were pushed into a completely different one. The service is terrible, for some reason such a disaster did not happen in Sochi, probably because they approach their business more responsibly there. I don't advise anyone to stay here.

We ordered a triple room and one 2-bedroom bed, gave a room with two separate beds and a cot. That is, they did not fulfill the conditions of the reservation, but they did not return the money for the day. Do what you want, but like this.
