This holiday home is a complete disappointment. There's nothing in the picture, but inside. They put one family in different buildings, an age person on the 4th floor and rudeness, rudeness... the money will not be refunded, they will not talk to you. It doesn't matter how or what. We ordered a triple room and one 2-bedroom bed, gave a room with two separate beds and a cot. That is, they did not fulfill the conditions of the reservation, but they did not return the money for the day. Do what you want, but like this. And this is Abkhazia, something can be done, but for a long time.

We rested for 7 days, we liked everything, the sea is nearby, the dining room is on site (prices 🔥) everything is delicious. The rooms are decent for these 💸. I recommend it!

A nice modern hotel, although it was built in 2014. The staff is helpful. There were no problems with the water. The bed linen is good. It is located next to the sea. The railway next to the hotel does not bother. Trains run rarely and quietly. There is a very good dining room at the hotel. Our Soviet food. It's not scary. Parking on site.

we rested in July in the room for 8 days, we never changed the linen, only once during the entire rest period they swept the room, upon arrival there was confusion with the rooms when they chose a room, they set conditions with a balcony and for smokers they eventually got without a balcony, and according to conversations with vacationers, they throw every second room

From Biblio- Globus was from Abkhazia. Upon arrival, there were problems with check-in, they wanted to take me somewhere to another hotel.
After a call to Moscow and a lot of noise, the number was found.
Everything else is not bad for this place. Courtyard, dining room, sea nearby.

We had a vacation with our son in July 2022. A wonderful mini-hotel. Very cozy. Excellent staff. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. We will definitely go back there again.

We arrived to check in on 06/29/2023 .
I didn't like it right away. Instead of 3 beds, there were two *made a double* and a cot. You see, they don't have beds anymore. There is no stove. Although they said it would be. The Internet does not catch at all . The TV is too.
