The hotel is good, pleasant staff, convenient location 5 minutes to the wild beach, where there are fewer people, we went mostly there. There is a cafe nearby. The hotel has a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The only drawback is there is no kettle in the room , I had to go down to the 1st floor every time to drink coffee. There is a room for eating , you can also take everything up to your floor and eat while enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. There is no daily cleaning of the room, only the garbage is taken out. Towels have not been changed for five nights . There were disposable slippers and liquid soap in the room (no toothbrushes, shampoo) there is also a hair dryer. Overall, I liked the hotel.

wonderful hotel, lovely Larisa (the hostess of the house), wonderful Bagheera (the friendly dog who met us the very first)!
we had a rest in August 2024 together, a calm atmosphere, responsive people nearby (helped when she was ill)
Larisa told everything quickly and clearly upon check-in, advised places and excursions (hashupse canyon and jeep tour 5 in 1 are the best!), was always there and in touch on any issue ❤
We were very satisfied holidays in Abkhazia, the beach, prices (cheaper than in Russia)
I hope we will come back again and more than once!

A wonderful hotel! Hospitable hosts, a hotel with all amenities, clean, nice to relax! It is enough in a nice quiet place, 5-7 minutes to the sea at a calm pace, 10 minutes to the market, stops are also close. The view is beautiful, excursions/taxi/transfer the hotel provides recommendations. They will tell you everything and advise you. Nearby there is a dining room / cafe "Mikhalych's", as well as the nearest restaurants, canteens, cafes in the market side. The hotel has a large, clean, spacious kitchen where you can also cook by yourself. I recommend the hotel!!!

A wonderful hotel!!! It is located in a quiet, cozy area.
The room is clean, comfortable, linen is changed, the room has everything you need to relax. Beautiful view from the window, a cozy balcony in each room.
The beach is a five-minute walk from the hotel, the water in the sea is clear, the beach is equipped with everything necessary. The market is also nearby, 7-10 minutes. Attention and caring attitude on the part of management and staff to vacationers. I recommend it to everyone!!!!

We rested here together in September. I really liked the hotel, the hospitable hosts, special thanks to Larisa, for the reception and responsiveness. 5-7 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the market. The beach is sparsely populated, which was important for us. I would also like to note that there are no children in the hotel, for which special thanks! There are a lot of excursions, it is impossible to visit everything in the 10 days that we had, which gives us a reason to definitely return here next year.
Regular and high-quality room cleaning. Peace and quiet, just great. We have never been to Abkhazia before, we fell in love with the country, the air, the sun, the sea, and the cuisine. It is impossible not to note very reasonable prices in canteens, cafes, restaurants. We have been to many places before, but here we were pleasantly surprised.

We had a rest in July at the Continental Hotel. It's a great place. The hotel is new and well maintained. Everything is clean and tidy. The room is very nice, with all amenities. Linen and towels are changed. Beautiful balconies with mountain views, where you can sit in the evening. It's great that there is a place to sunbathe with sun loungers. The manager Larisa is a very pleasant woman, special thanks to her. The place is wonderful, I recommend it!

A great place to relax with adult children, newlyweds, age, because there are no small children (they do not settle in). Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, comfortable bed. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a dining room, if you have a desire to cook something. There is a private parking, a barbecue area with a seating area.
Very friendly and hospitable hostess Larisa, will advise and prompt everything.
By the way, the rooms are cleaned every day 👍
Two steps away there is a cafe where you can enjoy delicious homemade freshly prepared dishes.
10 minutes from the sea, clean😍
You can also walk to the market, where the locals sell everything. Minibuses also run from there, very convenient!

A good hotel, good staff, special thanks to Larisa, she helped out a lot when she caught rotavirus, the room was clean, there was everything you needed, 10 minutes to the sea, the beach is clean, not like near the market, where there is a large pile of garbage right in front of the entrance, also all excursions can be ordered through the hostess, transport from excursions comes straight to the hotel which is very convenient.

Clean, cozy, suitable for a quiet and peaceful holiday. The rooms are well equipped, we lived in a two-room family room. We did not have enough of a swimming pool on site. The sea is about 500 meters away by a straight road, the beach is not crowded.

Everything matches the description, the room is new, clean,the air conditioner worked fine,there is a shared kitchen where you can cook and eat by yourself, everything is new, clean. The location of the hotel is not bad, it is convenient to walk to it, walk to the sea in the private sector for 7-10 minutes. There were 5 days, we were immediately warned that the change of linen was only from 5 days and would not be changed, although in such heat we would like it to be changed every 3 days. They did not refuse about cleaning, they said as soon as you need it, tell me and we will do a wet cleaning. The trash in the room was cleaned every day. For 5000 per day, the service could have been done better, but in general everything is fine, the staff is responsive and friendly. I take off a star for the rules of changing linen and towels (for such a large guest house they should be in abundance, not 1 set for 5 days in the hottest weather) and it's not difficult to clean the room once a day, at least vacuuming, the price per day without food is not small after all. By location, keep in mind this is novaya Gagra, as an urban-type settlement, there is 10-15 minutes by taxi to Gagra itself and there is generally nothing to see in this village! There's not even much place to go for a walk! Beaches are sad.

A very cool hotel. We are resting now on 06/15/2024. The staff is excellent, the service is also excellent. All amenities are at the highest level. There is only one minus if you arrive early , check-in is only at 2 o'clock . But even then we went to a meeting, our luggage was removed and we walked along the embankment. So everything is fine, I recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come here again.

The hotel is nice and new. Location in the private sector. Yes, you can hear dogs barking and roosters singing, but it's not particularly deadly. In general, there is silence all around. The territory and rooms are clean, everything you need is there. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook something without any problems. The staff is good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea, a beach with pebbles. We were in June, not to say that there were a lot of people, we didn't sit on each other's heads. There is a market, a cafe, a pharmacy, shops nearby. I liked the balconies where you can sit in the evening. It is possible to book excursions, come directly to the hotel and pick up. Bagheera, a good and kind shepherd dog, lives on the territory, she loves everyone. Overall, the rest turned out to be good. I recommend it!

We came from the Crimea, we have something to compare with and I want to say that the rooms are very clean and fresh, the air conditioner works well, I caught Wi-Fi everywhere, the lights were not turned off, the mosquito net even on the balcony. The administrator is a jack of all trades and will order a transfer, I even poisoned myself with medicines, and washed my clothes (for only 200 rubles)
There are many terraces and places to sit and relax, a well-maintained courtyard.
Yes, this is not the first line, but the sea is 10 minutes to walk on a flat road. We were satisfied

The hotel is new and comfortable. It is located in a convenient location. 5 minutes to the Dolphinarium, 10 minutes to the sea. Clean and cozy room. The room has everything you need.

I give it 4 stars. I was missing something. Whether it's a homely atmosphere, or so that frogs don't croak around the territory at night, or there are more territories where you can stay by the water and have dinner by candlelight... I love beauty and aesthetics.
In all other respects, the place met my expectations. They took it late at night - the plane was also delayed. The room is small and comfortable, but I lacked a table and a mirror in the room itself. The bathroom is small, there are no shelves.
The balcony is large, clean, comfortable, but I had access to the territory of a neighboring private house. The dog often barked loudly at night. The TV and WiFi worked poorly. I didn't need it, but it might upset someone.
There is a refrigerator and a hairdryer. It's comfortable to sleep.
I especially liked the barbecue area, but did not have time to ask the staff to make pilaf. We found out that this is possible only on the day of departure.
A nice, clean and well-thought-out kitchen. Cooking on it is a pleasure!
The manager Natalia is a professional.
I recommended this place to my friends - they are already going to rest.

And by the way, this is almost the outskirts of Gagra, camping is already going on.
The sea is 7-10 minutes away. But we always went through the market, through pyaterochka ( bought))) to the equipped beach . It's about 15-20 minutes.
Cleaning : it was done 1 time in 10 days , towels were also changed 1 time . The garbage was taken out every day . And toilet paper is also not carried to you every day, so make sure that the embarrassment does not happen)))
Now the room : ladies, the mirror is only in the bathroom , small . He's not in the room. This is of course kapets . How is that )

To summarize . The hotel is great for your money. The price is 3500, well 4000 no more. If you declare that the hotel, well, be kind enough to provide service, cleaning more often, change of towels (I'm not talking about bed linen), at least put a shower gel.
Oh, I completely forgot, the biggest plus of this hotel is always the availability of hot water and light.

Vacationed with my husband in July 2023, booked a room with a sea view. We were accommodated in a room with a courtyard view and a side view of the mountains. When I asked that we had another room booked, they replied that there were no such rooms with sea views at all, only a penthouse. The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of Gagra. The croaking of frogs and the barking of dogs keep you awake at night. The hotel itself is new, clean and pleasant. The staff is polite and attentive. The attitude of the local population towards tourists is normal, restrained, there is no question of any Caucasian hospitality. Of course, the beautiful nature of Abkhazia and the warm sea, sparsely populated beaches leave a positive impression about the rest.

The room has a shower, toilet, balcony, refrigerator.
Absolutely clean and well-maintained communal kitchen, which has 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 sinks. There is a large dining room next to the kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking.
There is a barbecue area with skewers and a grill on site.
On each floor there are tables with chairs that can comfortably accommodate.
There are sun beds on the 4th floor of the hotel, you can sunbathe on them without leaving the hotel.
The hotel staff is very pleasant, helpful and sociable. They will always prompt you and help you solve your problems.
The view from the balcony of the room is to the sea.

There is a kitchen and a dining room on the ground floor of the building. The kitchen has 2 stoves, 2 sinks,2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves. The furniture is new, the appliances are good, all kitchen utensils are available.

Each residential floor has an open veranda with tables and chairs. On the 4th floor, you can sunbathe on the sun beds without leaving the hotel. The sea is a 7-10 minute walk away, near a cafe (not expensive) and 2 grocery stores.

The terrible attitude of the hotel manager named Elena. It probably seems to her that if the word hotel is from the word guest, then the visitors of the hotel are her guests who stayed late. And she can be rude. I think it's 3700r. For a day, this is not a small sum for a hotel in Abkhazia, although it is a new hotel with normal repairs and furniture. During the 11 days of staying at this hotel, Elena was once persuaded to clean the room and change the bed.
