A wonderful zoo. I often go there, the child is delighted. My respect to the employees: it's not a fact who is sometimes more difficult, with animals or with people. There are many interesting animals. I especially remember the Siberian fox, igruns and meerkats. Children, of course, like to feed rabbits. The atmosphere is friendly, the animals are well kept. I will be happy to come again.

The whole mood was ruined by the manager at the reception. My child has a certificate of disability (cerebral palsy), according to the price list - there are discounts for disabled people and their accompanying persons (with musculoskeletal system). However, I was refused a discount as an escort, arguing that the child is not in a wheelchair. They also emphasized that this is a "private office" - at the discretion, not everyone is given discounts, even if they are provided for by the price list. At the discretion of the manager, we were not worthy of this discount, even despite the disability certificate. Not pleasant memories and feelings remained from the visit. There is no desire to visit this place again. The manager does not know how to communicate with clients: rude, harsh, incompetent. I have left a complaint and I am waiting for a written response to it on time. Thank you.

It was very sad to visit this place. All the animals look exhausted and tired. Of course, what would it be like to hear the screams of children every day without a break and feel someone's eyes and touches constantly on you. They are not things. and the animals. And they are simply kept in incredibly small cells. 5 hamsters per small cage. 3 goats, where they already have nowhere to turn around, and all the time we were there, two of them did not move from their place. And moms with children all decided to touch and cuddle them rather. It's just terrible towards animals, they just survive there or they exist. A hedgehog that's pounding, a raccoon that's mad at everyone. They should at least have air, not tiles and artificial trees. Awful.... There are no words

We took promo codes on the cream, the administrator at the entrance was upset that they do not work, only on certain days. It is difficult to call a contact zoo, because you can only touch rabbits and Goats, and it seems like guinea pigs, all other animals are in cages.

Today we visited this petting zoo. Many animals are taken out and you can go in and touch them, the main thing is to ask them to get an animal or come in to pet it. From 18.00 they have animal feeding and you can't go in and touch them for half an hour.
In general, I liked everything, we got a lot of pleasure from the beautiful animals. The animals are well-fed, healthy in appearance, the staff is polite. We will be happy to come again!

I agree with the previous review----the zoo is really contactless....
We visited it on weekends, in the afternoon. Having paid 15p per person, 95% of all living creatures "admired" the fifth points.... The only ones awake were the porcupine, which constantly threw the bowl on the floor, guinea pigs and a peacock. Everyone else was sleeping in their houses.
The room is stuffy to the point that there is nothing to breathe---barely lasted 30 minutes there, the smell is so pungent that it instantly eats into hair, skin, clothes. Animals of an untidy appearance (especially sheep, goats, rabbits and raccoons), with matted greasy hair. I do not know how the animals themselves and the workers themselves stand there. There are signs on all the cages: "do not enter", "do not feed" and "do not touch" :) Employees prefer to spend time in aviaries with animals themselves, but they practically do not pay any attention to visitors---during our presence, the girl came up to us twice for a couple of minutes, and the guy generally decided that it was much more convenient for him in an aviary with goats and rabbits and visitors can just "see" everything on their own, Since you've come.
In general, there are zero impressions, money is wasted for nothing, I feel sorry for the animals and I feel sorry for the time spent. So then I had to wash off this suffocating fragrance several times.
It would not hurt to put things in order and carry out general cleaning during breaks, somehow ventilate this room.
Don't set foot here anymore:(

They can let you go to raccoons and peacocks, but it depends on the mood of the aunt, who is either friendly or ignores you. It is also unclear with the photographer, whether it is an employee of the institution, or not? Very intrusive. With all this, the children liked it very much (at bezrybye). Conclusion: unreasonably expensive.

He went and photographed them. After that, the children came up to ask if they could send them these photos, share them, and for the photos in electronic form, which were taken at the initiative of the employees, the children were asked for 20 rubles. There were no 20, and they agreed to 15, but then not all the photos would be, but only the most beautiful, they were told at the zoo.
The photos were sent raw, to Viber, without even a document, which ate up the quality. as a result, the question! What is the money for? And aren't you ashamed to breed children like that? and please tell me where paid photography is generally prescribed in your services, I did not find this information anywhere on your website, that is, is it the amateur activity of employees?
