Very worthy! It is valid to serve in a disposable dish with plastic appliances and one napkin. The portions are small. The prices are average. But for the food court, this is all a normal story. How to cook is visible behind the glass (inspires confidence).
The main thing is that there are no comments on the taste. Various noodles and vegetables with tofu or chicken, or shrimp, or fish. Also with rice. Plus soups.
I really like to take something spicy here. There is also a very spicy one, which they dissuade, in the future I will try)

In general, it is delicious, you can choose the level of sharpness. The soup is a little strange, as if the broth is too fatty for such a kitchen, the noodles are delicious, but the portion is not very large.

On December 9th, I went to cocos (Gallery), took ramen with chicken, ate some noodles and a couple of spoonfuls of broth, and discovered that something was floating in the broth.I took it out on a napkin and it turned out to be an insect's foot!!!I took it to the girl at the checkout, and she assured me that it was soy sprouts!It is impossible to confuse this (photo attached) with soy sprouts!And to assure me that it's not part of an insect is stupid!I did not see any reaction or solution to this situation from the staff!Result:Your appetite and mood are ruined and money is wasted!I won't come here anymore, and I don't recommend it to others!

3.07.2024 we went to the food court of the Gallery shopping center after a long walk, we were in a great mood after the museum and very hungry (this is important!). We planned to take some Asian soup to make it satisfying and delicious. Podurgy and I are very familiar with Asian cuisine. We have been to establishments in more than one country. The choice fell on KOKOS and Pho soup (a classic for us) and it became a fatal mistake.
The soup is greasy, there are large nasty onions lying around, there are no greens. GREASY BROWN broth, which is just disgusting to eat. My mouth is covered in grease. Beef in huge, hard chunks (must be slices). I emphasize once again: we were very hungry and, in theory, we would have liked anything that was edible. But we didn't finish it. Serving in some kind of white containers, like charity for beggars. Although the menu shows normal dishes. No one had previously warned that the serving would be a la "food for the poor." Interestingly, the soup cost 14.90. Yes, yes. 14.90, not 4.90. What is disrespect for? Is it possible to overpay, but eat from normal dishes?
I will also clarify that the girl at the checkout saw that customers approached her, while continuing to communicate with some of her colleagues on personal topics, telling everyone that she was an hour late for work. We didn't pay much attention to it at first, but after this fat SOMETHING, we decided that it was worth saying about it.
Spoiled mood, spoiled holiday, stress and suffering. And it would be fine to just spend the money. But it is insulting to realize how people who have decided to engage in cooking and selling food are so disrespectful and irresponsible about their business. I advise them to come and try what they sell to their customers.
Although there was still one plus: beef without veins.
I'm sorry for being emotional, but this is a really disgusting situation.

Pho bo is just terrible, tom yam is sour, glass noodles with shrimp are just terrible, onions and carrots are overcooked, everything is greasy and not tasty! I ordered pho with beef . The cashier clarified whether to add spice and additionally charged money for it. It is not specified or spelled out in the menu or in the price list. This fact is a violation of the law, and it is also confirmed by the cashier.

Once I went to the food court in not the warmest weather and decided to try soup here, and eat and keep warm.
It is difficult to pass by and not find this court, it is located almost at the very beginning from the elevators.
The kitchen is open, everything is perfectly visible how and what is being prepared, there are a lot of ordinary places and tables nearby, as well as places for two or to sit alone, where there are ornamental plants nearby,
Immediately at the start, a bright girl politely and culturally served me, explained to me the difference between fo and ramen, told me how and what to taste, and guided me by time, I did not wait long for 10-15 minutes.
Personally, then I ordered ramen, but no matter how gently I would like to describe the situation, this is far from ideal, because the photo in the account and the menu are very different from ramen in reality (I attached the photo but do not rush to look, finish reading).
The menu itself is very diverse at first glance, and I hope it is more plausible than what I got.
The prices are average in Minsk, not expensive and not cheap, but for me personally, for what I received, it is expensive.
Probably the main feature is that you personally see for yourself who is telling you what, because everything is done in your sight
I personally can't recommend it, for several reasons:
1) The taste of ramen itself is far from rich broth, and everything was worsened by the very sharp aftertaste of canned corn, I felt more like a preservative from a can of bonduel than broth
2) Hair, this is of course something that I definitely did not expect to see and then my appetite was completely spoiled.
3) I could still understand, and show that same empathy, keep silent and not mention it, if it were a girl's hair, tired of a bunch of people and a ton of orders and she would be alone. But it was the hair of a man (xs what, there were three of them in the kitchen) and they didn't have much hair on their heads, the hair was only in a long beard (well, you know what I'm getting at) and the beard is the main accumulation of bacteria if it is not properly cared for
In general, I am personally upset that such a "hat-trick of disappointments" got into my plate, if it were not for the cultural and ethical service of the girl, I would put 1 star at all.

The most terrible Phobo in my life! It feels like a doshik with the aroma of Phobo has been steamed with boiling water. Instead of large thin tender slices of beef, finely chopped hard pieces of it is not clear what. Instead of soy sprouts, mint and kindza, small dried greens (as from a poultice to a doshik). They haven't even heard about sriracha, vinegar, laoghanme with chicken and chili in the cafe! A terrible greasy broth, not at all like Phobo! And everything is not in a large glass bowl, but in a plastic cup!

That's horrible.
The rice is dry, Tom yam is terrible. All that was nutritious was the apple juice in the bottle.

I like everything to taste, it would be one of my favorite places on this food court, if not for one "but". It is already extremely inconvenient for me to order something there, because I use mostly cash, and their positions have a fractional value in rubles: 13.9, 18.9, etc. And every time I hand out 15-20 rubles, a circus begins from the cashier: "Look for something smaller, but I don't have change, etc." As a result, they find the change, but with the appearance as if they are doing me the greatest favor by deigning to accept my pathetic order. So I like the food itself, but the service... As a result, I won't go there anymore.

I was in this place today, ordered tom-yam soup, where they brought a small portion in a plastic container for 16 rubles, where there was water with tomato paste, a couple of mushrooms, 3 shrimps and for some reason a bay leaf + 3 rubles for rice. It tastes like a disgusting dish, apparently they don't know the true recipe of tom yam, and also that there should always be rice in the composition, and not for a fee.
I give you 1 star, because you can't get less.

The place is disgusting. Tom yam is absolutely tasteless. There was no cherry or cream. The rice was like for pilaf. It was also only at the checkout that they found out that rice comes for an additional fee. The udon is not bad, but the shrimp are disgusting and tasteless.
