By the way, the words of the staff almost never coincided with reality. Upon receipt of the car, the master's review in words, what was done on the car, does not coincide with the ordered outfits (from the words: "everything is replaced", the situation is completely different on the order) After they took the car, we found flaws that they have no desire to eliminate. I eliminate myself and on Feloct - they won't drive me at gunpoint. Customer orientation, service, and the skills of the masters - they simply do not exist. The head of the department who drove our car - I got the impression that he did not go to work, but simply pointed his finger at the sky.
Now feloct sells Chinese cars, I'm even afraid to imagine what awaits the owner when contacting their service in case of warranty.
I liked everything - maintenance, car repair, found the cause of the malfunction, although I had bypassed 3 service stations before that. Prices are almost the same everywhere now.

My Octavia 2013 received a full diagnosis in 2.5 hours at the same time for a reasonable price. Быстро и качественно. Лишнего не взяли с пенсионеров. Зря сомневались раньше. Больше денег заплатили в "шарайках". И ладно бы толк был. А нет. Приехали как в последнюю инстанцию. Не могли техосмотр пройти. И в итоге нашли причину за 40 минут. За 20 исправили. Всё проверили. Через день прошли техосмотр с оценкой "идеально". До этого 6 раз не могли пройти... И каждый раз платили, крутили, натраивали "частники". В итоге те запчасти, которые ставили частники, в центре были сняты за несоответсвие... Вот и думай. Однозначно поедем к ребятам на Куприянова, если что теперь. После ремонта второй месяц катаемся, о былой проблеме не вспоминаем.Спасибо!

Обслуживание мне понравилось без важности, с уважением, выслушают и делают то что вы просите ничего мне не навязывали если я что то и пропускал по регламенту ТО, качество работы хорошее, вежливый персонал, во время ожидания можно удобно расположиться почитать журналы, смотреть телевизор и выпить чашку другую кофе, кстати бесплатно и после обслуживания всегда положат влажные салфетки или ручку, водичку с собой, мелочи но они приятные.

За два года ни одного нарекания по гарантийке (тянут все обязательства даже в это не простое время). Огонь !
