We used the services of the companies twice, first we transported tires for the car from Novosibirsk to Almaty - everything was great and they arrived quickly. But from Almaty to Novosibirsk, 3 cars were detained at customs and there was already a 1-month delay in cargo delivery.

Terrible attitude and incompetence
The first time I placed an order for the delivery of CCTV cameras from Almaty to Moscow, they were picked up and delivered without problems (0118399712). This is the end of the one-time good delivery promotion.
I applied again in March (0118555539) - I was sent to ***:
1. They did not respond for a long time
2. Then they said: give me the receipts and invoices for things, otherwise we won't be lucky, but I don't have them (although the law clearly states for FL that it is necessary to provide "if available")
3. They tried to impose a cargo crate
In the end, I gave up on it and issued it through the SDEC. Yes, it's more expensive. But no questions and minimal paperwork. Everyone knows the rules and regulations: arrived, picked up, delivered.

The exact amount of the shipment is always known in advance and does not change along the way. I am pleased with the large selection of packaging for any purpose, but in Kazakhstan it is almost impossible to achieve normal communication and ask to pick up the cargo from the address, I always bring it myself. Despite all this, I give credit for the safety and integrity of things. Dishes, a monitor, a video card, glass shelves from the cabinet – everything always came intact and untouched, despite the fact that things are checked and printed at the border. If you know 40 swear words, then he searches quickly. Don't forget about the voice either.
You receive the cargo on a roll. No one will help you put it in the back of your car.

Just a good transport company if you need to send cargo from/to Russia and the CIS. Low prices, otherwise everything is very sloppy. A dirty office, a dirty warehouse, a minimum of automation, mechanization is completely absent. They "pull" only at the expense of people. It is clear that the team is friendly, the people are friendly, attentive and hardworking.
