The tour operator highly recommended and praised this hotel as one of the best in its price segment. As a result, it is a complete disappointment. The hotel positions itself as a 5-star Premium, I would give it a maximum of 4.
A very small area, which in high season means a huge number of people per square meter, the hotels next door are located so close that in the evening it was even unclear where the music was coming from: from our amphitheater or from the neighboring one.

This year, due to the high prices for tours, I had to choose a hotel more remote from Antalya airport in order to "meet" the budget. A tour for 2 adults and 2 children for 8 nights from 06/7.23 cost 4,300 euros.
It is 92 km away from the hotel, so we ordered (in advance in Russia) an individual transfer - $ 70 for everyone , delivered in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Transferiya company.
As soon as we got out of the car, a hotel employee immediately approached us, took our suitcases, escorted us to the reception, offered drinks. 10 minutes of waiting for the room flew by unnoticed. The service here is beyond praise.
Room -family siute -excellent ,32 m ,with new plumbing,rain shower, bede . There are tiles on the floor , sea view, split system - the temperature cannot be adjusted, 24 degrees is preset. The bed creaks a little and the pillows are stiff. The room is cleaned daily, everything is clean, the swans were constantly spinning. The bathroom is full of cosmetics - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, washcloth, hats, razor with foam, toothbrushes and pastes. Bathrobes, slippers, a shoe sponge. You don't have to take anything. In the mini bar everything is as usual, chips, chocolate waffles, beer, water, soda.
The hotel is small, the territory is compact, very well maintained and clean. Entertainment all day long, the animators are funny. I liked the large number of outdoor sporting events under a canopy. There is a good gym, the exercise equipment is cool. There is a mini club for kids . Our teenagers hung out in the game room- air hockey, basketball, consoles -all for free. The food was good, ice cream all day. High-end alcohol and cocktails even at the beach bar. Evening shows, live music concerts every day. There is a night disco and a night restaurant, there is also alcohol after 00.00. Our vacation was a success! The perfect price-quality ratio. The children said they wanted to go to this hotel again. I would like to mention Kimran's personal manager separately. Promptly solves all problems, always in touch, coddled us like children. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

We rested in Kirman from 17.09.23. to 26.09.23. newlyweds (yes, it happens after 23 years of marriage), the room was taken specially with a beautiful view of the sea and it was worth it, the newlyweds were given the 5th floor, no one on top except the sun and sky. We had an early check-in, right from the doorstep we were picked up by caring managers from the reception and sat in chairs, waiting for registration and information about a free room. Literally immediately, a top manager for working with guests Camran Bay came up to us, and so our 10-day high vacation began. We were greeted as expected, with champagne and a compliment to the room, and even it was more than once ...
We exchanged contacts with Kamran, we left for breakfast, at 11-00 we were already enjoying a gorgeous view from our room on the 5th floor, and at 11-30 we were already splashing in the sea. We are spoiled tourists, vacationing in different parts of Turkey, lovers of the Aegean region. But there will be a fly in the ointment to the Russian-speaking waiters - guys, we need to smile at the guests more often, and not walk with stone faces, learn from local guys and girls.
For entertainment - there are enough of them, but we didn't need them.
There were Oktoberfest, well organized, and Turkish Night, and discos, but we were going for relaxation, and we got it from a vacation in Kirman.
Since there are still a majority of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, I would like to see more Russian-speaking staff at the reception, in restaurants, in order to communicate freely with them in their native language. I can communicate in three languages, but many of the tourists were uncomfortable because of the language barrier and we saw it.
The territory is small, beautiful, but very well maintained, the gardeners are well done.
All the main entertainment during the day by the pools, but this is more a plus than a minus, since there was complete relaxation on the beach.

We wore crocs and walked along the picturesque coast, very beautiful, you can walk from edge to edge and reach the island of Kaplumbaga (who lacks extreme) and you can swim to it.
Gorgeous sunrises and no less gorgeous sunsets for lovers of romance.
We would have come here again - rather yes than no. But, the management still has something to work on, the Signature philosophy has really come to us during the holidays. We would rather adopt tougher laws regarding smoking.
For us, this is always the most important disadvantage.

Reading more than one hundred exceptionally positive reviews about the hotel, watching praising Youtube videos, and planning a vacation at a five-star UAI hotel, although-reluctantly you set yourself up for a positive vacation.
Alas, based on the assessment, any attentive reader realized that expectations were not met. Despite everything, I would like to start with the positive aspects, since the guest relations department has asked so much:
- wonderful rooms: they are spacious, bright, look fresh: it really feels like a European-class hotel; each room has a balcony, which I will mention later;
- one free visit to an a'la carte restaurant (but even here it is not without nuances, about everything below);
- cleaning: starting with the rooms, ending with the territory of the hotel and the beach; in the morning the sea is very, very transparent.
- a room with a Jacuzzi (photos of which are still not available on any resource), due to its convenient location on the balcony (PLEASE NOTE: JACUZZI is NOT PRIVATE), "expands the room" even more.
Alas, I didn't remember any more positive things. But the negative aspects ... uh, I don't even know where to start, I'll start with significant ones, and move on to minor shoals:
- the hotel does not know either English or Russian: there is one Russian—speaking employee in the bar, everyone else does not even know the numbers; in the restaurant, if you do not show the number of drinks with your finger, they will make a mistake; the manager prefers to use Turkish in the translator; Guest Communication does not work every day, and although extremely constrained in he is always busy, because he is the only one who can not smile in your face when you speak an international or native language, but help (within the framework of his, as previously reported, extremely limited capabilities);
- towels, literally and without jokes, in size and material (including density) — like floor rags, which are closely watched: they will not give extra without a card (and one card per person, that is, go to the sea and to the pool, and dry off will not work), and upon eviction they will not forget to return a card, if you, a female dog, have made up your mind(a) swim after 12:00;
- already now, at the end of May 2023, at the very beginning of the tourist season, the workload of the hotel is such that drinks can be carried for 10 minutes, there may be no chips and nuts in the bar, and even after an ata-ta by the manager, Guest Relief, they may not appear for two days on the distribution. I'm afraid to imagine what will happen here in July and August;
- since the hotel was clearly designed by a European, there is a newfangled thing here: an order "to the table" using a QR code, but I just remind you of the May workload, they are already carrying it for 40 minutes (if they inform. you know, they can score, or they can pour (drinks) a punched order receipt. and they don't inform often, at least a quarter of the orders);
- on certain days, you can go to a restaurant and ask yourself, "what kind of meat am I going to eat today?" because the fish is very mediocre, the chicken is fatty and/or overcooked, and the beef may be peppered
- speaking of pepper, Adana Kebab burned so much in my mouth that no drink could kill it... well, since I mentioned the dish from the alakart restaurant, I can't mention the disgusting service and absolutely tasteless dishes on the menu.
- Drinks! they are already being carried in the restaurant for 10 minutes, and they are not interested in whether they need to top up with empty glasses :)
- the hotel is literally designed for "drunks": priority is given to those who do not leave the bar, if Hassan realizes that you are of age, it will be inappropriate to joke why you do not drink alcoholic beverages;
- yes, that's just the trouble, there is no 24-hour bar on the territory of this hotel :) UAI in all its glory
- during the week of stay, the hotel management has not decided whether it is possible to give drinks to guests: first, the drunks took the WHOLE PACKAGE (!!!!!!) strong drinks in the room, and a couple of days later the bartenders were shaking when they heard that I asked not to open Coca-Cola, and despite everything, they opened it and looked at me sympathetically. oh yes, I say hello to Guest Relation, who personally promised me that I can take as many drinks as I want to my room, even for a week in advance;
- when checking in at the reception, they offered to lower the room category: instead of a room with a Jacuzzi, take a regular one with a sea view. when I refused, they told me to think again, if anything :)
- the animation team entertains itself during the daytime: the hotel is so "family" and "sporty" that everyone does not leave the pool and beach bar.
It seems to me that you can continue indefinitely, but the negative reviews from two years ago, and now mine, make it clear that the hotel is not an ultra five, but, at best, a four with a worthless territory (I did not walk 10,000 steps on any day) and not for families.
Well, it's true, while I was traveling on a group transfer to the airport, I didn't communicate with anyone, no one in the hotels had any difficulties with the language, there was no such meager selection of fruits, even those tourists who were picked up from the four.
Don't come here, don't make a mistake, there are a bunch of cool fives in Belek. There's nothing to do here. Come to your senses! Save your 2, 3 or 4 thousand euros!

A great hotel, vacationed in May 2021 with a family in a family room. Good animation and staff. There are water slides on site. Clean beach, sun loungers, snack bar by the sea, the first coastline. The sea is 2 meters deep and above at a distance of 5-7 meters from the shore. The food is not very diverse, but maybe it's only at the beginning of the season..
