Five-plus service .
Of the cons:
1. Food-why over-salt soups and overcook fish and turkey is not clear. Medium roasting doesn't seem to have been heard of (with the exception of burger patties)
2. The beach-motorboats are parked because of this, it periodically smells like Gelendzhik.
3. If your windows overlook the road, be prepared to listen to the loudspeaker from the mosque at 6:00 and even several times a day. (there is also a plus for an amateur-this is the shadow side)
There is no desire to return to this hotel.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel (August 2020) 2 adults + a child of 3 years old. The quality is at a height from the room stock, the sea to the food. The hotel is exactly 5 stars.
1. The food is varied. Meat, fish, vegetables, sweets, side dishes, fruits. Everything is in abundance.
Be sure to try yoghurts, dressings, sauces, pickled, baked vegetables and tortillas - these are national dishes, new to us, bright in taste.
2. The rooms are luxurious, large, beautiful, cleaning every day. We leave it for tea. There is a mini bar in the room. Bottled water is updated everywhere, in every bar and in your room. There are no problems with water.
3. The bar. The staff is great, cocktails are for every taste and delicious!
4. A separate word to the staff. They are great fellows, the service is at a high level!
5. The sea. The sea is 100 meters away, the sea is visible from the balcony. THE SEA IS VERY CLOSE. Beautiful places for photo shoots. Be sure to go to the cape to the left of the hotel beach.
6. There is no iron. You can give things for ironing for a day.
7. The safe is free in the room.
8. The WiFi is excellent, even on the beach you can call your loved ones via video link and pamper them with the sea.

We vacationed with my husband from July 23 to July 31, 2021 at this hotel. I was absolutely delighted, I didn't want to leave. But about everything in order.
Check-in for all about 10 minutes, very fast, simple, understandable.
We booked a room with a sea view, as it is important for us. As a result, we were accommodated on the highest 5th floor with a wonderful view of the sea. The view is super, which is what we wanted. The room itself is spacious, there is everything you need. There was WiFi in the room, but not very good, but it was enough for us to write to relatives and friends in messengers. We liked the food. Delicious, satisfying, varied. All the staff is friendly, everyone is smiling, ready to help on any occasion. There are no words about the service. We are ready to fulfill any whim. We also had room cleaning every day, change of towels and linen every day. The hotel has shops where you can buy everything you need, a spa center where each guest is provided with one massage session for free, a sauna, a gym, a doctor's office. The beach is very large, clean, sandy and pebbly, entering the sea from the shore. There are a lot of sun beds. The water in the sea was very warm. In general, it's great! Entertainment for every taste, as they say. In the morning, animation by the pool. A great start to the day with the song gutten morgen. Further, during the day, various standard activities for adults and children: darts, beach volleyball, boxing, step aerobics, aqua aerobics, slides for children and adults, etc. Every evening there was an entertainment show in the amphitheater, where a wide variety of groups performed. Live music on the stage by the pool and in the lobby, and a disco for young people. In general, it will definitely not be boring. It is worth noting that there is another Kirman - Arakanda hotel nearby, so you can use the territory of both hotels (everything except food). I recommend it to everyone

But I have never seen so many foreigners in the hotel, most likely probably my mistake when choosing a hotel, since I did not ask the tour operator for this factor. Of course I didn't like it. I'll start with checking in, we arrived at six in the evening, we checked in immediately, the room was given on the second floor overlooking the road, of course it is not possible to sleep buses, motorcycles go at night and this prevents sleep, I went to the reception and was told that in two days they would change the room, and so it turned out, they changed to the other side it was quieter there and if you take a room at all , it 's better with a sea view , we were offered for $ 15 per night , but we refused .About nutrition, I will say this, the choice is not great, when choosing a hotel, I also read reviews where it was written that the sea products are given, but in seven days I have never seen these seafood, beef , lamb is of course delicious, but I really wanted to eat mussels , shrimp or something like that.The fruits were apples , peaches , pears , bananas and tangerines .Entertainment was in the Amphitheater every day, but it was so boring that it was not even interesting anymore, there was a disco but only 1.5 hours and what I disliked most was the music from twenty years ago and they did not put Russian songs at all, apparently because of the larger number of foreigners! I hope my review will be useful to someone!!!!

We had a family vacation in June. Great hotel. I do not know who writes that there is not enough food, etc. Everything is in order. There were 10 nights, the food was never repeated. Every time there are some themed dinners. The kids club is great! The first hotel, when they just took the child away and went about their business. The child is delighted. Children's pool-goodbye child) and we have three of them))
The beach is like everywhere else, they try to clean up.
The animation has never been repeated, every evening there is some kind of diverse show.
The rooms are clean.
My wife is delighted with me.
Only the price bites, but early booking is acceptable.

We are relaxing at the hotel right now (October 2019). Of the advantages:clean area, sandy and pebble beach, lots of sun beds, soft entrance to the sea,varied food for lunch and dinner,friendly staff. A separate fat plus for a spacious room and a beautiful view from the balcony of the pools and the sea (paid in advance). The reception is friendly, they speak English, German, Russian and of course Turkish. At our request to choose a room on a higher floor, the next day they showed the first possible room on 2 floors above, although the sea view turned out to be worse and the room was much smaller in area - we refused. The hotel positions itself as a family hotel, there are really a lot of children among the guests, both infants and older. At the same time, the hotel does not have a separate fenced area for smokers. They smoke everywhere except inside the building, and absolutely everyone, both guests and employees, anywhere, and they are not embarrassed by the children standing next to them. In the evenings, cartoons are sometimes played in the amphitheater for children and after a mini-disco. After a week of our stay at this hotel, I decided to take the child to watch this cartoon. Animators were smoking at the entrance to the amphitheater! The 3-year-old child who came in did not bother them and smoking continued. When the mini-disco started, one of the animators started smoking again in the presence of several dozen children. To my question, why does he allow himself to do this in front of children, he stepped aside 2 meters and continued to smoke. After that, I complained to the hotel manager and they promised to correct this behavior of the animators and promised to rid the children of tobacco smoke, they say, we will have conversations with the staff and this will not happen again. And so, 4 days later, we came back to this amphitheater for a cartoon and a mini-disco. For some reason there was no cartoon, but the mini-disco was supposed to start in 20 minutes. Animators still smoke in front of children, and my remark was rudely answered that there was no disco yet and they could smoke anywhere and I had no right to make a remark to them. My daughter and I had to leave, and at the reception I again asked to invite menkger. He came half an hour later, the conversation took place in the presence of a reception employee, after listening to my complaint about the staff in the presence of my child, this manager (as it became clear later, the main one at the hotel for the night shift) He said that the animators are doing everything right, that they have the right to smoke. To my objection that I did not pay money for such an attitude towards myself and the child on the part of the hotel staff, as well as for harm to health and discomfort on the part of the staff, this manager (bald, aged, in weight) began to aggressively shout at me in Turkish, nervously walk back and forth, menacingly poke with your finger at me. I got scared and threatened to call the police. After that, he left, shouting something in Turkish to the receptionist. Next, this receptionist (polite and courteous) tried to somehow smooth out the aggressive attacks on me and the child by the 'manager', asked me to contact guest relations the next morning. But of course, after the aggression from the management towards us, there can be no further communication with the hotel on my part. This is our last time here and we will never come back.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone if you have children and you take care of them and your health

Good territory.
A large number of bars.
The food was average, there was always heartburn from which I had never suffered before.
The fat minus is the cold water in the pool and water attractions. It's unbearable to be there at all, and I don't want to go in a second time.
The rooms are nice and spacious. They are cleaned every day.

The hotel met our expectations. It really corresponds to the status of a five-star hotel. Very comfortable in all respects. Friendly and very qualified staff of all hotel services. If any questions or problems arise, then everything is immediately settled and resolved. I would especially like to thank the reception staff and, of course, the restaurant. The prepared dishes will suit even the most sophisticated vacationer. A lot of different entertainment activities are offered. I would really like to come back here again.
