16.11. 2024 celebrated the anniversary in this institution, let's start with the pros:
THERE ARE NONE!!!
And now the cons:
1. The service is disgusting (the waiter came up only a few times all evening, dirty dishes and plates were not removed from the word at all)
2. We ordered carpaccio for the common table, there was sand in the lettuce leaves!! Everyone who tried carpaccio had sand crunching on their teeth!! The lettuce leaves just weren't washed, a huge question for the cook!
3. Our event started at 18:00, we discussed the time of serving the hot dish with the administrator in advance, agreed on 19:00. Our hot dish was brought to us at 20:15! But that's half the trouble.
4. A salad was ordered for everyone, as a rule, plates with salad should have been on the table already at 18:00, when all the guests came, but salads were brought to people around 19:00. To delay the serving of a cold dish, which should be on the table BEFORE the arrival of the guests, is just a horror.
5. Serving cold appetizers is a separate story, it looked like the cook scattered the food on the plates without looking, just to make ...
6. And finally, for dessert, we brought cakes with us in a beautiful box, left them at the reception so that at the end of the evening they were brought to us and we finished our holiday beautifully There were 8 of us, and 10 cakes in a box (ordered in reserve to treat the children at home). At the end of the evening, they asked us to bring our cakes, but for some reason they were taken out of our box, put on a plate and brought 8 pieces out of 10!! Apparently, they decided to keep 2 more cakes for themselves as a "tip". They were brought to us only after we said that there were 10 of them, not 8.
As a result:
All evening we had to pay attention to the terrible service, dirty plates and napkins on our table, and crunching sand on our teeth. This was our first and last holiday in this institution, a huge request to the administration, carefully select the staff and monitor how your employees provide services for which people pay money. We hope that there will be fewer and fewer such establishments in our city)

It's a disgusting place! We were in the banquet hall - it was very uncomfortable! Dirty -shoes stick to the floor!! The kitchen stinks impossibly-all the things smell. The service is terrible! The banquet is at 4- the table is not set, the waiters are swimming with plates, take their time. It's scary to go to the toilet - it's dirty, papers fall out of the trash can. There is no wardrobe!! There's a hanger at the entrance- come in and take whatever you want. New Year's corporate parties-there is no program!! The girl sang a couple of songs and left at 9!!! The only thing is that the food was delicious. We won't go any more.

The interior is bright. There was no New Year's program, only karaoke, and it was not possible to sing, since the DJ's time was until 23.00. The music was monotonous. My impressions were mostly negative.

The cafe already had 1-2 tables occupied. We ordered 4 Cloud cocktails, 4 salads with shrimp and pear, 4 hot ones, 2 French fries and 4 fruit drinks. 4 cocktails were immediately brought. The color of one did not match the others. Then they said that there were no shrimp, so we ordered a salad with tuna. The waitress didn't come for 30-40 minutes. Another waiter came up, asked how long we were waiting, I said that for some reason the cocktails were not the same color. The cocktails were sipped a little. He came and took all the cocktails. He brought others and said the cocktails were on the house. About 5 minutes later, the French fries arrived. The question is why, if there are no salads and hot. In fact, they still brought salads with shrimp. Morse from the packages. The desire to order something else has disappeared((
In fact, all 4 cocktails were included in the bill, then one was removed, it turned out that only 1 cocktail was at the expense of the institution. Morse for some reason at a price of 0.5 for 20 pieces))))

I am very disappointed with the service. We visited the institution with our family. We ordered 2 complex lunches for ourselves and pancakes for the child. As a result, they waited an unreasonably long period of time. While we were waiting, we were unwitting witnesses of how the customers who came later than us received orders earlier. For lunch: the cold soup did not like the fact that an egg was stupidly thrown into it, cut into two pieces (they did not even cut it into small pieces); the child was brought semi-finished pancakes (the question is, what were they waiting for so long?). Plus, unknown people were sent to us. There is a music speaker on the street, partially defective. The music is playing, to put it mildly, strange. The interior of the institution itself deserves praise, everything is decorated with taste. Just about here, the big question. Furniture located on the street is not cleaned (spiders and flies climb both on tables and in corners). As a result, we were completely shocked by what we saw. As a result, the place is beautiful, but everything else does not deserve to be fashionable to return to it.

We celebrated holidays in this institution several times. The establishment and staff have a lot of joints. The service is frankly bad.
The first time, the waiter knocked over a vase, poured water into the salad and was not going to change the dish until we told him. The food was all too salty. The same waiter soaked in stupid and obscene jokes about the fact that he would undress (why this information?).
The second time they persistently asked what time to bring the hot stuff, and they brought it 40 minutes later. The same mannered waiter served, fortunately without jokes.
You need to remind them to bring drinks or some dishes that have already been ordered for the banquet.
The food was already tastier this time.
By the way, there were no squid for one salad, so the staff decided to make another salad themselves, without calling or asking us when we arrived))
After 19 o'clock, they turn on loud music and sing karaoke. It was noisy, you couldn't sit and chat. There are breaks between sets (the music is quieter, but still noisy). Then another set of loud music. And although no one went out to dance and sing karaoke, they don't make the music quieter.
Because of the long wait for the hot and the noise, we wanted to leave, but the barbecue was still being prepared. They asked me to put the kebab in a container with myself. As a result, half of the barbecue is raw red meat. And so it will do, the customers are already leaving)

We were celebrating a birthday. In general, it's not bad, but starting to analyze everything, you realize how many disadvantages and shortcomings there are. First: it was a hot day, I don't know if the air conditioners were working, but it was very stuffy. Secondly, the menu was ordered in advance, the hot was supposed to be served an hour and a half after our arrival, but 1.5 hours and 2 hours passed, we danced, and when asked about the hot, we were told that we had to wait 45 minutes, they say we have a banquet, and we were passing by like that. I will say more, the hall was empty, a small wedding on Thursday and we. And if there were more guests, would you not have waited for the hot one at all? We celebrated my husband's anniversary in June. The kitchen is delicious, I can't say anything. But.... the floor in the banquet hall was not cleaned after the previous guests. They cleaned in front of us when we asked them to do it. The dishes and glasses are all in disarray. The dishes were brought with a delay, i.e. we had to sit at half-empty tables. There was not a single salad of the 3 ordered, bruschetta and tortillas... one salad was not brought at all, they said something was spoiled, the hot one was brought 1.5 hours later than the agreed time. In general, the service spoiled the whole impression of the cafe.

I would like to share my extremely positive impression of visiting the Cloud Cafe in Mogilev. This restaurant, located between a residential area and a forest park, bar and cafe is an ideal place for any entertainment event, starting from a working corporate party, a family holiday and ending with a disco on the occasion of a meeting with old friends. Indeed, beautiful girls and respectable gentlemen create an appropriate atmosphere of celebration and comfort.
Cafe Cloud pleased me with its high-quality vintage alcohol, including an elite whiskey range and a selection of cognacs, which were presented at fairly affordable prices. The food and snacks prepared by the chef are really delicious and meet the standards of the word "Very Good!", and the polite and attentive waiters left me under a pleasant impression for a long time with their unobtrusive attention and professionalism.
The administrator of the cafe "Cloud" turned out to be an adequate person, and just tactful in communicating with customers. By the way, who needs walking distance and infrastructure - you are welcome, ladies and gentlemen - appreciate the convenience of the location of the institution – the forest and the shopping center are nearby. In the summer hour and cool down for the future, and in the cold - a walk will be just right.
The closure of the institution at 23 o'clock turned out to be another plus, but no one expels, you can sit, eat, drink and have a sincere conversation.
Since there is a bank nearby, armed guards periodically pass by, which creates a sense of security in the cafe, at least there was not a single scuffle.
The obligatory cultural program and live music ignite the guests and sometimes the entire dance floor was busy.
And in conclusion, I would like to say that the cafe "Cloud" really pleased me very much and I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend time in a cozy and positive atmosphere. There are many tables in the shade on the street, a lake and a walk after an evening rest is a place where you can really relax and enjoy a pleasant pastime!

Waiters in general, there are no questions for them, just young students, while without experience, well done tried to settle the points.
Regarding the room itself, OK, but it is possible to be at a table only under a degree, because without drinking noble ale you will freeze, if I go to this place again, then probably not).
