It was February 23rd. The service and maintenance are all on the level. Fast, neat, friendly. There are questions about the kitchen. Homemade wine is not recommended at all. Some kind of semi-sweet essence. Kharcho-everything is fine with spices, the sharpness is present, but the acidity is just off the charts! It feels like the cook took the broth from the pickle or just didn't extinguish the acidity of the tomato paste. In general, these are the basics of cooking. There's no problem with meat at all. I found two small fibers in the plate and that's it. Everything that is written in the menu does not match. Lyulya-it's very weak here. Completely dry and slightly warm. You could only eat with liquid. I still didn't understand what was on the side dish-the potatoes, positioned as baked, left the impression of being cooked and slightly used in the oven. No crust, no crunch. In general, you can still do it once, but you definitely can't do it the second time.

We came to have lunch with my husband at this institution. We ordered Chashushuli and seth khinkali. Chushushuli was brought to my husband lukewarm, the taste has nothing in common, even close to the real Georgian chashushuli (except for the sharpness). The meat is divided into fibers, like a soup, and not cut into pieces, to taste the broth with meat... Nothing. Khinkali princeli after 10 minutes. The chashushuli has finally cooled down...

Khinkali waited another 10-15 minutes from the appointed time, as if they were being prepared in front of us, they were taken out hot, you just can't pick up a container. But khachapuri lay and cooled down, when asked to warm it, because it had already cooled down, (the cheese does not stretch already, but lies in one layer) it was answered ("with rolling eyes"), well, maybe you shouldn't warm it, it (khachapuri) does not fit into the microwave in the box, we will have to take it on a plate with our hands put it down and warm it, maybe it's not worth it? It was said so, as if while they were warming up with her, they would do something else wrong. Angry and with a cold khachapuri, we left the establishment. I wonder what they do with khachapuri, with their feet?! After all, they make it with these hands, with which they could warm it. In general, the food is delicious, but there is no service, it is precisely because of the lack of normal service that we will not return here anymore.

A cozy place.
National Georgian cuisine, light Georgian music. Today I tried one of the best khinkali with mushrooms in Minsk.
Good homemade wine, very useful for a weekend lunch.

I regretted going to this institution and definitely DO NOT recommend it, it is not worth the money spent. Since I was very hungry and wanted dishes from Georgian cuisine, the choice fell on this institution. When I saw the prices and dishes, I was just blown away. Imagine a potato the size of a fist, cut it in half - and this half - cut it into 6 more pieces and I gave 6 rubles for this magnificent dish. At the same time, I ordered sauce for him, the waiter girl came up and asked to be replaced with another one - and he just spat on it - because it was impossible to eat, and also there was no morse that I ordered and the white girl had to go blush again and ask me to change the order.
The only thing that saved the whole situation was the delicious Khachapuri and half of the hinkals from the set (7 pcs. for 19 rubles), but it would be better if I went to "Batumi" on Platonov, honestly)
