About the khinkali order, this is generally a separate song: We cooked for an hour. Well, I understand: evening, rush hour. But, what kind of similar moments do you need to calculate? To withdraw additional teams. And then, as in the joke: winter always catches road workers by surprise. Tables have been set up, people sit at all of them for an hour waiting for an order. Despite the fact that some of the tables were empty at all, because people were told how long to wait, they turned around and left. I could have expected this from a diner in Bobruisk, but not in Minsk. Well, and the cherry on the cake- several khinkali were torn, i.e. the whole broth in a plate.

I really love this network, but everything varies from place to place. I was extremely disappointed today. No one met me at the entrance, although they saw me. I waited three minutes and went in myself, because there was no time to wait. I sat in the middle of the hall and looked out for waiters and employees. And it was "mistake" No. 4, because the time should have been reported, since it is more than 25 minutes, which you usually expect in other establishments.
And, what is also quite important, the dishes were brought even later than to the people who came after us and made their order an order of magnitude later! It's a shame, but what can I do — the order has already been made. Of course, when faced with so many inconveniences, the mood worsens and hunger is replaced by a slight feeling of discomfort. When the dishes arrived, the waitress informed me that my khinkali with cheese was not here — it would be brought later. OK, this is already "mistake" No. 5, because you can't call it anything else but a mess. I also asked for a book of complaints and suggestions. I also draw your attention to the fact that I did not ask for a "complaint book" and did not ask to call the administrator to me, because in front of me is the food that I have been waiting for so long and I had no desire to communicate with anyone. Disgusting food, not fresh. The kebab and the cradle were dry and reheated, perhaps more than once. Khachapuri is one dough, there is practically no cheese. Khinkali were cold, they were probably also cooked a long time ago and just warmed up. This is the first time I've seen this in a Georgian restaurant.
