The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel of the same group, cool design, very cozy. A wonderful, fascinating view of the city in the evening, which we could not fully experience, citing the busy table, we had to sit at the bar, but we were glad that we got there. It's a pity that the table with the view was empty before we left. Food and wine are priced above the average in the city and the quality is appropriate. Modern Georgian cuisine, in a word. I liked the traditional khachapuri in Adjarian style, it is perfectly cooked. Khinkali with beef cheeks is a delight. It's great that there's a kids' menu. The waiter's service was excellent. The signature dessert was not understood and the star was removed for the blatant foreign smells of the Kvevri Shawkapito.

We chose a hotel for a long time and decided to trust the Hedi Hotel - it's just a delight. They came from St. Petersburg and greeted us very warmly. A beautiful, cozy hotel. Chic, comfortable rooms, everything is clean, comfortable beds, stylish design, Zelinski cosmetics ... in general - at the highest level.
The staff is a special thanks, the guys are trying, attentive attitude, friendliness, excellent service.
I would also like to mention the restaurant - incredibly delicious cuisine, hostesses, waiters - all are friendly, they do their job just fine, I think this is a very high level.
We were very satisfied. We'll only drive here from now on.

Overall a good hotel for your money.
Among the advantages:
-polite attitude towards Russians, which, as it turned out, is very rare in Tbilisi (partially Russian-speaking staff)
-there is an underground parking
-stylish interior of common areas
-a comfortable bed and luxurious blankets with pillows, it turned out to get enough sleep very efficiently)
Cons:
-when booking at the booking office, they promised a free upgrade of the room category, we were not promoted, well, OK, it's not critical)
- the room was the simplest and quite small, with a view of the neighboring building
- the coffee machine was broken, it was pouring barely warm coffee
-in the Zielenski jars in the shower, everything was super diluted with water,
there was no shampoo at all.
- there are jambs in terms of cracks on the walls and doors, stains on the carpet.
Right after we were at the Ginza hotel in Rostov, it feels like everything is an order of magnitude higher there for the same money.

Great place!!! We stayed for 3 nights. Very cozy hotel, modern design, good location, friendly staff. A separate respect to the hotel restaurant, which is located on the 7th floor with a magnificent view of Tbilisi and very tasty cuisine!!!

If you are booking an improved room, then you need to know that there will be no windows in your room! A la carte breakfast: we waited 40 minutes for the casserole, but we didn't get it. If you ordered porridge and fried eggs, then the porridge will be delivered to you at the end, after 30 minutes. When asked to bring porridge first, the waitress replied in a dissatisfied voice: I don't cook porridge! We lived in the second building, which is accessed by a large staircase from the street, there is no elevator. I asked the receptionist to bring a suitcase when I checked out. Answer: We're on shift right now, we don't have time. It's a very bad location- on the roadway, motorcycles roar all night, it's impossible to fall asleep. I do not recommend it!!

I stayed with the guys for a visit .
In general, of course, I appreciate comfort and beauty, so I try to choose 5-star hotels for my holidays.
This hotel is located in Georgia, in the heart of Tbilisi, has 4 stars.
I chose him for his type in the interior and for his name, and I did not lose and did not regret for a minute.
Firstly, the situation with Russian tourists is very exciting now - and the guys were hospitable, welcoming and friendly in Georgian .
Secondly, the color of the hotel is a delight .
Thirdly, the hotel is quite fresh , clean and tidy , it is pleasant .
The restaurant at the 5-plus hotel, the Staff is very friendly - they helped to drop the table in different locations, were always in touch and answered all requests with advice.
There are a lot of Russian speakers among the staff , which made it very easy to arrive .
I am grateful for my time with you.

We had a rest at the Khedi hotel with the whole family, we believe that this is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi! the rooms are stylish and comfortable, clean linen and a comfortable bed! I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, everything is at the highest level, cozy rooms, beds with a good mattress, there is a work area for remote workers. In August 2024, we had a great time at this hotel!
Firstly, the friendly, helpful staff! There are Russian-speaking staff at the hotel and at the hotel restaurant.
Secondly, the room is clean and cozy! Beautiful interior, lots of details, the eye is happy! Special atmosphere:)
Thirdly, the restaurant - we only had breakfast there - is delicious! Once for dinner we stopped at the sushi bar, it was also delicious and the interior was interesting🌿

Room cleaning is lame, we spent a week here, as for breakfast in general, the choice is good, but we need to come earlier so that everything is ready, by 11 o'clock half the dishes are already in the stack, the service resembles Russian roulette, as luck would have it, the staff is different every day and much depends on the change of manager, I advise you not to wait and not to wait boiling points, immediately voice the problem, in which case the issue will be resolved very quickly and accurately in your favor. Geographically, the hotel is located in the old center of Tbilisi, there is a place to walk, gorgeous views.

We arrived in Tbilisi, Trusted Ginza Project, in particular the Hedi Hotel
, And did not lose, the hotel is excellent, 15 minutes from Rikki Park. The hotel staff greets guests very nicely, in the Lobby bar there is a table with fruits for guests, at the entrance they are treated with drinks of their choice as a compliment.
The rooms are comfortable, very comfortable beds, clean fresh linen and cool cosmetics.
It is difficult to get into the restaurant, I advise you to book a table in advance, the guys always have a full boarding in the evening.
Very tasty cuisine and pleasant staff with good service.

A super hotel. First, about the advantages. Stylish. The location of the fire. The breakfasts are probably the best I've ever seen in the world! Ginza is the same. Minuses. You can't get into the restaurant. Just a reservation. If the check-in is late, then without dinner. Everything will be busy. The staff is certainly not ice. They begged for brushes and so on twice! Nonsense! Two buildings. To have breakfast, you have to move down the street. Don't know. I would most likely like to stay there again. The staff can also be trained. And to live in a building where there is a restaurant. And yes! There is a terrible smell in the rooms when the restaurant is apparently open (it is on the roof) and the wind blows into the ventilation shaft. Come and turn off the air conditioner and open the window.

I loved this place very much . The menu was in Russian and the staff was always friendly.. Ginza's concept was felt.But apparently the manager changed and the trash came.. waiters should be caught straight.. The menu has not changed for the better , prices have increased by 2 times .. and of course the Russian version was removed. I feel that we need to look for a replacement .

but!!! None of the 2 rooms are ready to move in.
We arrived at 16 o'clock. The single room turned out to have NO window. It is not the one that we booked on the website 2 months before the trip.
Through persistent negotiations, a room with beautiful windows was found.
The second 3-bed room was not ready for technical reasons (each employee came up with their own reasons for the unavailability of the room). The wait is more than 3 hours and it is not clear when we will be settled! Such a long check-in has completely ruined the impression of the hotel!
Especially with its high cost!

Ginza - is it you?
On March 15, we found a hotel on Booking, and booked it there at a more expensive price list, which implies payment on the spot upon arrival. The hotel immediately began to check the card, it, alas, does not work. I write off, explain the situation, they very kindly assure me, they say, come, pay on the spot, don't worry about anything.
We have been preparing for the trip for a month, I look, the reservation is hanging.
Two days before the trip (April 15), I remind you - check-in at night on the ordered day without claims for early check-in. And suddenly, all of a sudden, the reservation is cancelled! I am violating the rules of Booking, book on the hotel's website and there will be no problems.
We agreed! There were no problems for a month and, suddenly, after my letter, ridiculous explanations.
The price tag on the hotel's website is already higher than it was a month ago. And even when paying at check-in, you need a bank card.

A very beautiful new designer hotel, in which every detail is thought out. Starting from soft slippers, bathrobes and earplugs, zielinski & rozen cosmetics, two types of washcloths, room equipment with an iron and ironing board. The interior of the entire hotel is an aesthetic delight.
The staff is very sensitive and caring, who is sensitive to the guests and the space in which they are located. Upon arrival, a compliment drink. Also on the ground floor there is an area where there are always fruits, churchkhela, drinks and other things to treat yourself to.
Good location, 5 minutes to the metro, 10 minutes to the old town on foot. Next to the hotel there is a beautiful alley overlooking the old town and a currency exchange.
Wonderful Georgian cuisine and the view from the restaurant. The atmosphere, service, view, food and drinks are all on top!

We had a vacation with my husband in Georgia on May 7-13, in Tbilisi we stayed for the first time at the Hedi Hotel.
I was pleasantly impressed, I recommend it to everyone!
- the hotel is new, beautiful design;
- good location (12 minutes walk to old Tbilisi, you can get to other locations inexpensively by taxi, there is a profitable exchanger nearby);
- excellent service (reception, cleaning, in the lobby you can drink water, have a snack with cookies / fruits);
- very tasty breakfasts.
By the way, soap / hand cream / shampoo, etc. from Zielinski & Rozen - pleased!

We arrived from Turkey with my wife at 6 a.m., arrived at the hotel at 7:30 a.m., wrote in advance to the hotel to make an early check-in. As a result, they refused, they said that there were no available rooms (which in the next conversation it was clear that there were still available rooms), Georgian friends apparently did so because we are Russians, and not holders of yellow-blue passports.
When you book a room, write to be given a room in the main building. Because in the "second part of the hotel" you will get a loophole in the ceiling meter by meter, in a deluxe room 😂
The room and cleaning were at the highest level, there were problems with breakfast, there were no pancakes for all 5 days, there were no cheesecakes on one day and there were no egg dishes on another day, maybe it was a coincidence, but still.

We lived for 3 nights in a suite, as indicated on the booking, or a suite, as it was called at the reception. To begin with, I was unpleasantly surprised, firstly, when saying a suite or suite, something rather spacious appears, in fact the room is small, yes two rooms, a bedroom and a living room, but both are very small. The balcony is also of minimal size. This is not enough for the declared 4 stars. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell, it is unclear what, either sewage or food. With the windows open, it all wore off for several hours. In the photo, you can see the shortcomings of cleaning, although otherwise it is clean. I chose a hotel with good breakfasts based on reviews, the first morning it was, the breakfasts were on the menu, but the choice was very good. And on the second morning, suddenly, the breakfast menu changed, and instead of three dishes, two, instead of freshly squeezed juice, packaged, well, the set of dishes was significantly reduced and changed towards cheaper. Now the breakfast is definitely not good, for 4 stars, meager, it's just not worth your money. Room cleaning is normal, but one day they came to clean at half past four in the evening, we were just about to leave and asked to come later, to which the maid informed us that her working day would end later. As a result, they didn't clean up our place. The service in the restaurant is also not very good, the service is kind of unfriendly. Everything is OK at the reception. In general, with the new breakfasts, it is clearly not 4 stars, but 3 in terms of service, breakfast and room size. According to the design and content of the room, I could even claim 5 stars, but everything else pulls down.

Oh, Khedi! I would like to raise a glass and drink to those who created this place! That's where true hospitality and caring for a guest are. Everything is thought out, carefully, with taste:
Lambs woven from vines graze in the corridors of the hotel, where cool lemonade and a plate of fruit are constantly waiting for you.
Your home is not just a room with a bed and a TV, no.. this is a House where they laid out the entire wall with stones, covered the floor with carpets, hung a swing and played with the light so much that you can create any atmosphere by playing with 7-8 types of lamps.
After a 6-hour motorcycle trip, when it seemed there was no strength even to walk to bed, a massage shower was found in the bathroom. And no, this is not just a watering can that slightly changes the stream of water, this is a real powerful charcot shower - mercilessly expelling all fatigue from the body and giving strength to explore the city.
