We rested here for 9 days in November. The place is very quiet, with beautiful views of the Anakopian fortress, the mountains, the valley of the Msrakuara River and the sea. 10 minutes walk to the sea. You can go to the waterfall, which is also about 10 minutes away. The chalet has its own kitchen, you can cook food. Next to the kitchen there is a place for a bonfire, firewood, it's nice to sit around the campfire in the evening, drink tea and coffee. The staff is friendly, will help in any situation, friendly attitude. There are friendly animals - three dogs, a cat. The cat regularly came to visit us in the room, which made the child very happy. The house is warm, there is a warm shower, smart TV with channels for children, YouTube. Fast Wi-Fi. Refrigerator, mini-bar. Convenient access, Parking for cars. At night, if you walk 50 meters from the chalet up, you can admire the starry sky. Paradise for introverts) I didn't want to leave, but alas, any vacation ends sooner or later. A wonderful place with stunning views of the fortress and the mountains, a place for the soul. Quiet and peaceful away from the beach hype, 10-15 minutes walk to the sea to the nearest beach, the beaches along the coast of New Athos are clean and sparsely populated, we really liked it. There is a waterfall nearby. We had a rest with a family of 3 people, 6 days, in 4 houses. On the plot there is a kitchen with everything you need, a swing, a trampoline for children, there are owner's dogs, very cute and friendly, especially Djidai pampered us with attention, came to us in the morning and evening, and played with his daughter) I would like to thank Anna separately, a very kind, caring and attentive woman, treated us to fruits, baked a pie on the last day, very tasty, thank you very much! The house is spacious enough, modern renovation, underfloor heating in the shower room, air conditioning , its own refrigerator, a spacious comfortable sofa for a child, a bed for adults, a good mattress, it was comfortable to sleep. Of course, there are a couple of flaws in the 4th house, the first is the only house in which there is no ventilation window in the shower (I hope you fix it), it was also a surprise for us that there are neighbors behind the wall, it was not clear from the photo that 4 and 5 chalets are combined (this is also not in the description. And I would like to have lighting on the terrace , so that I can have dinner on it in the evenings with comfort and coziness. I definitely recommend the place, I would like to come here again.

The place is wonderful! There is no quieter and more beautiful place. We had a rest in October 2024. I was lucky with the weather. The hotel is located in the Armenian gorge, surrounded by historical sites. The center of new Athos is located nearby, if you walk through the top of the mountain. Friendly hosts, very clean in the house and on the territory. Thank you so much for the communication and hospitality to Anzor. I recommend it to everyone who prefers a quiet holiday in an ecologically clean place of this amazing country of Abkhazia.

We had a rest in July and were delighted with this place. New comfortable houses, which are clean, have everything you need and special thanks for the gorgeous mattress and snow-white sheets. The location is very good, the view of the Anakopian fortress, 10 minutes walk to the sea, the sea is clean and the beach is not crowded, a waterfall is within walking distance. In the evenings, you can sit on the veranda with gorgeous views and watch the sunset, there is also a summer kitchen where you can cook. Well, the main attraction is the dogs, I think we will now have a French bulldog (this baby wins the hearts of all the guests of the chalet). Thank you for your hospitality, this is a place I want to return to!

The place of the soul🫶we were in the summer with the children, mountains, sea, silence ! Anna Lvovna is an extraordinarily kind person! I wish her happiness and good health! Thanks to Anzor for his efficiency in solving any household issues! A Jedi is a special love! The children are delighted with the dogs, everything you need for a relaxing holiday, we left with tears in our eyes, but with the feeling that we will definitely come again!

We had a rest in June 2024. We are very satisfied.
The houses are clean, the furniture is in excellent condition, modern, linen and towels are snow-white. There is everything you need. The bathroom is spacious. There are no interruptions in water supply. The Internet is working fine. Each house has a veranda with a table where you can sit and admire the magnificent view of the mountains and the fortress. But the most important thing is the view and the silence . I didn't want to leave the territory at all. There is a mountain waterfall nearby within walking distance. There is a kitchen where you can roast a barbecue and sit mentally in the evening or sit by the campfire on deck chairs.
Generally a fabulous place.

We stayed at this hotel for only a few days, we didn't want to leave. Friendly atmosphere, beautiful location, stunning views. The hotels are very calm and quiet. There is a gazebo kitchen on the street, you can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner on it yourself, which we did 👍
You can go to the hotel with a dog, it was a big plus for us.
Clean rooms, white linen, white towels, air conditioning, very pleased.
There is a waterfall nearby. In the heat, we swam in it alone, there was no one else. There are other attractions that can be viewed near the hotel.
We will definitely return in the low season ❤

The most wonderful place to relax.
My mother, two children and 2 dogs came as a family. The Chalet is very cozy, quiet, beautiful nature! In the evening, you can sit by the campfire, the sea is close, there is a small waterfall nearby.

A great place for privacy. There is an extraordinary nature around, mountains and the sea nearby. New comfortable Chalet-style houses with all amenities. Air conditioning, refrigerator (mini bar),TV, wi-fi. A phone with a local SIM card. A small kitchen with everything you need. Grill. In the evening, you can sit by the campfire. Excellent design of this area. I recommend this vacation spot! You will have a great rest there! There is a large waterfall in the gorge nearby where you can swim.

We had a rest in the middle of July in this wonderful place. The views are amazing. Mountains, waterfall. It's very atmospheric in the evening to sit by the campfire with a glass of wine and swing on the swing. I was very impressed. At some point, it even became a pity that we didn't stay for another day just to spend time there, to enjoy the place to the maximum. We wanted to shoot something comfortable and beautiful, even though the days were scheduled from the very morning.
The chalets are very atmospheric, cozy, with a soft large bed, a comfortable toilet with a shower, towels and hygiene kits, underfloor heating and a mini bar with reasonable prices.
The kitchen is open outside, but the blinds perfectly protect from the wind. It has everything you might need for cooking. There is a fireplace that is lit every evening.
Plus, there is a view of the Anakopian fortress, tangerine trees, there is a waterfall near the chalet, where you can walk, and it's not far from the sea. The hosts are very pleasant and very grateful for their hospitality and service. And also for their pets, the cat became like our own, we spent less time with dogs, but we really liked them.
The only negative was the Wi-Fi, which didn't work very well in our chalet, but we didn't need it. There is also a railway nearby and trains can be heard, but not critically.

Great place! We just left this paradise today. Everything is great, from booking to departure. The owners are always in touch, they respond instantly. Very sincere and sincere people, not intrusive. Anzor and Natasha were met, checked in early, helped with the suitcases, told everything. The renovation is new, the bed and towels are perfect. There's Cola, champagne and soda in the fridge, you can buy it. A nice bonus is two bottles of cool water and an air conditioner turned on. There are excellent dishes in the kitchen, you can cook, you can make a barbecue. There is a bonfire every evening, regardless of the number of people. And daily surprises: fruits, flowers. Anzor and Natalia are a married couple, they will help you solve any problem you have. They are very responsive and hospitable. To take a break from the crazy rhythm of the city is only for them.
It takes 10-15 minutes by walking to the sea. In the evening, you can sit by the campfire. You will definitely be treated to lemon from the tree.

We had a rest with two families from July 2 to July 12. The place is fabulous. We admire the wonderful idea and worthy embodiment: the location of the chalet, the amazing views of the Antikopeiskaya mountain, which we admired sitting in sun loungers, swinging on swings, gathering around the hearth, the device and design of the chalets themselves, where there was everything necessary and nothing superfluous. The nature is pristine. We started every morning with a swim in the waterfall (200 meters away), and each time it took our breath away from its beauty, solitude and eternity. The sea was pleased with its warmth and cleanliness. Awnings on the beach would not hurt, and under the one that belonged to the hotel they were not allowed to sunbathe even for a fee.
And most importantly! An extremely friendly and hospitable host! Respect to Anzor for his kind and sincere attitude towards the guests!

Shikaaarnre is a place, we met and saw off like family! Although we were out of season, the houses were warm and cozy, in the summer kitchen in early March, everything was also successfully cooked, there was a grill and a barbecue, a stove, and a coffee pot. The views are amazing, the child was happy to drive with dogs, cows and chickens around the site, and also collect oranges and nuts. We had a rest in July for a week. We really liked it!
The place is very beautiful, there are few houses and no one interferes with each other. There are cows, chickens, dogs (a separate audience award for the Jedi). Everything is very clean, attentive hosts follow very well, they immediately respond to any requests.
Glamping is located in the private sector and walking a little uphill for 5 minutes from the road - it was hard to get used to, but we quickly got used to it. The descent to the sea is quite close - 10 minutes along the highway. There are few people, the beach is good. There is a very cool mini waterfall nearby, so the location is good!

We rested in the chalet for three unforgettable days.
We were greeted perfectly, despite the bad weather, they lit a bonfire and treated us to homemade wine. We spent a cozy evening in the company of the owner of Anzor, our company was very pleased with the presence of the owner and long interesting conversations.

Every morning we woke up and looked at cows, chickens. And of course, a special place in the heart was won by the beautiful guard dogs Kaira, Helga and the noise-headed Jedi 😂

We highly recommend visiting this chalet from the bottom of our hearts! The owners are very pleasant and hospitable, the houses are cozy and clean. We had a vacation with my husband in Natalia and Anzor's glamping from May 9 to May 16. The place is amazing! Silence, peace, very beautiful. This is the best place in Abkhazia!! My new love ❤️. The chalet houses are new, clean, and cozy. There are mountains nearby, the views are amazing. The sea is visible for 5 minutes right from the porch of the chalet. Barbecue can be fried on site, there is a kitchen. The hosts greeted us heartily with champagne. Despite the beauty of the view and the comfort of the interior, unfortunately, it was not possible to relax. All the beautiful advantages were outweighed by one major disadvantage - it's not quiet here! At all.
All the first night, starting from midnight and until the morning, a rooster was crowing and dogs were howling and barking at the neighbors on the site. We couldn't sleep. When a train passes through the railway below twice a night, it feels like an earthquake is happening.
In the afternoon, when I wanted to relax after such a night, construction work and welding began next to our chalet (they explained to us that preparations for the season were underway, but we are now resting and paying money). And the last thing. Adjacent to our chalet (# 3) is a utility block on the same "foundation" of thin piles, and there is a washing machine in it. At 22:30, when we were already asleep after the first brisk night, our house shook and shook from the washing machine. These lovely neighbors decided to wash it at this time. I also managed to fall asleep in the morning.
This is a complete disrespect for the rest and silence of the guests. They left disappointed.

We rested in the chalet in the second half of June. A great place for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle. If you go down from the chalet to the road, then you can walk to the central beach in Athos in 20 minutes, it's on the left. You can walk 100 meters to the right along the road. There's a great beach between two hotels and a dining room. The food is delicious, the prices are lower than in Athos.
Five minutes from the chalet there is a waterfall where you can swim.

We have been visiting the guys for the second year in a row. An amazing place, calm, cozy. The sea is 7 minutes away. Very cool owners, it's a pleasure to come to them. We will definitely come back again!)

I would like to write my review about this magical place!
We have been here for the 8th day and are still delighted with the nature that surrounds us
I really don't want to leave, the owners are wonderful here, sometimes they bring us chicken eggs and homemade milk, which is very nice) oranges grow right on the territory 🍊
We came from Moscow and how cool it is to take a break from the big city in such a place, listen to the sounds of nature, the air is clean here, we rest our soul and body)
The room is clean and on the 5th day a complete cleaning was carried out with the replacement of bed linen and towels
Natalia, thank you very much for a great vacation, we will definitely come back!
