We spent a wonderful three days in the chalet with Natalia and Anzor! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: fresh flowers in the room 🌺bonfire in the evenings 🔥large swing overlooking the mountains⛰️All this and much more creates an incredible atmosphere of comfort and tranquility 🧘🏻♀️You are definitely here if you want to relax your soul, there are not only magical views, but also some special comfort. We will definitely come back again, many thanks to Natalia, Anzor and Anna Levonovna❤️

We were from 08.03 to 11.03, I really liked this chalet. Everything you need is there, an amazing atmosphere and atmosphere. There is a waterfall next to the chalet, which is in no way inferior to the more remote ones. Very beautiful.

Place for 10/10. Incredibly beautiful nature, 600 meters to the beach, 300 meters to the waterfall. Clean new houses with all amenities, a quiet place for a romantic trip. It's a pity that we were there for only one day, you need to go there for a week to escape from the hustle and truly relax.
The owners are very responsive, told where everything is, helped to call a taxi, allowed to use everything in the kitchen.

We rested from 16.07 to 21.07, rested 100%.
The chalet has everything you need for the convenience of your stay.
The coolest thing is to wake up on snow-white bed linen, go out on the terrace illuminated by the sun and enjoy the view of the mountains!
In the evening, peace and quiet, there is a campfire area where you can pleasantly end your day.
There is an opportunity to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner in the shared kitchen.
The hosts are hospitable, they will always help, tell you what to see and where to visit.
There are many interesting places to go around.
Now I want to come back again
Thanks a lot to Anzor and Natalia for such an amazing vacation.
And there is a separate love for the Jedi , now I 'm thinking of taking the same baby doll 😁

We stayed with Natalia and Anzor for several days at the end of March 2024. At first, it was alarming to go to an unknown place without a car. But upon check-in, all worries dissipated instantly! The absence of city noise, the singing of birds and roosters under the noise of the waterfall could not but make you sit down on the veranda of the chalet to relax with a bottle of Sukhumi beer and local chacha)).We were lucky to catch the strongest thunder, short hail and, of course, the warm Abkhazian sun. The temperature for our 4 days of stay ranged from 5 to 20 degrees Celsius. In addition to the warm split system, there are heaters in the houses, which coped 100% in cold weather. This is even though there was a constant power outage according to the schedule, which made it possible to put away the phone and admire the landscape: a view of the sea and the fortress or go for a walk. For future guests: there are 4 cabins on the territory, which eliminates large companies and unnecessary noise from guests. The houses are fresh and clean with perfect cleaning, personal hygiene products, a comfortable bed and various surprises from Natalia and Anzor. There is wi-fi and smart TV. Next to the houses there is a shared kitchen, a veranda with a barbecue area, an electric stove, a grill, dishes, etc. Upon request, we were given the use of a washing machine. We checked in in the evening and not knowing what awaits us on the spot (where and how to eat), we took a light snack for dinner. But we were lucky to get to know Natalia and Anzor personally and, of course, we were invited to the evening table, which confused us very much from such hospitality!)) We reached the center of Mount Athos on foot in 30-40 minutes along the sea, but it is more convenient by taxi) The price is from 250 to 400 rubles, depending on the distance. Anzor kindly called him to us, because there was no Abkhazian SIM card. As a result, the rest in this place turned out to be 100 points out of 10! If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come again! Well, now a few of the minuses: no one responded to our request with a return dinner (But, probably, Abkhazians really only like to treat!) This is a joke, of course.Thanks for the rest!!!

The positioning of the hotel as year-round does not correspond to reality at all. In March, I stayed at this hotel, I clarified several times about whether it was warm or not in the houses, to which I was assured that no one complained about the cold. The house has a split system and a convector for heating, but when at night there is a fan blackout for 3 hours (!!!) from 2 to 5 in the morning, the temperature in the house drops to the temperature outside. In Abkhazia, blackouts occur several times a day every day. The floor is icy, there are no slippers. Disgusting, the cheapest sintepon blankets and pillows. The most beautiful place. Houses for summer are probably normal, but not for winter and early spring.

My first vacation at the sea,my first chalet,it's an indescribable feeling, what breakfast and dinner were worth, when you are with your beloved man next to you, sitting on the terrace at the foot of the fortress, you just can't find the words🥺💙This is an incredibly beautiful place and a wonderful couple who created this place for a comfortable stay with such a beautiful view of the mountains😍this is one of the best days in Abkhazia🥰thank you very much Anzor and Natalia from the bottom of my heart💛for the warm welcome and created comfort in the houses, when leaving I promised that I would definitely come back💫

An ideal place to relax, to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city))) here we were lucky in this- silence, fresh air, tranquility, and even soooo beautiful. The interior of the chalet is as cozy as possible, very clean and tidy.
In the evenings, a bonfire is lit, there is a nice summer kitchen, where everything you need is also available, even a hookah))

A place for 5 points (a view of 10 points out of 5), but the guys should bring the comfort for the guests to a more decent level. The kitchen is clearly not coping with full occupancy, and the "smoking" grill left an unforgettable impression on the clothes, but these are minor disadvantages of the huge delight that they received there.👍

We had a rest from July 19th to 25th. We have never regretted that we chose the X-chalet. Even at the construction stage, I realized that this is exactly it ❤️ It was a great place for our mini-romantic trip after the wedding!) Clean, cozy, quiet, carefree, sincere! And the view from the chalet is so beautiful that I even shed tears when we first arrived) We miss you very much, I want to return to this atmosphere again)
The only thing we lacked was a kettle in the chalet itself. Of course, he was in the shared kitchen, but in the morning I wanted to drink tea on my veranda, without going anywhere) but this is just our opinion)
Next to the chalet, we recommend going to Pizzburg - there is excellent pizza, you can take it with you and sit by the sea; carbonara was liked in the restaurant Four seasons, and in Athos itself, next to the pond with swans, there is a cafe where there are only two types of khachapuri on the menu - with egg and without egg, also very tasty!)

When we were looking for a place to stay, I spent several days booking and could not find anything worthwhile.
Then, by chance, I saw a post with X-chalet on Instagram in one group, and signed up. And when I saw the free windows for our dates, I realized that this was fate - we must take it! Without hesitation, we booked a house in 10 minutes.
We really liked it! Everything is exactly as in the photo. The furniture is new, the linen is snow-white, clean, stylish and incredibly cozy!
It was very attractive that the houses are located away from the hustle, noise and din, but at the same time it takes 7-10 minutes by car to get to the center of Mount Athos.
The houses are very well located, so that sitting on the terrace you do not see the neighbors, they do not see or hear you.
Many thanks to Natalia and Anzor for their hospitality; to Alice for an unforgettable excursion to the waterfall!
And also to the most important Jedi master, if it weren't for him and other four-legged friends, our son would have been asking to go home for the whole vacation. And so he still remembers and asks, "will we come to the doggie again?"

We rested in the chalet for 5 days. Those were wonderful days.
There is everything you need, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The interior of the chalet is very clean and cozy. In the evening, a bonfire is lit, it is a special pleasure to admire the fire and the stars.
There was always peace and quiet around. I didn't want to leave at all.
There is a waterfall 5 minutes away.
The sea is a 10-minute walk away, along the way there are cafes and shops.
