The girl did not want to work as much as possible. At first, I had to wait 7 minutes until they came to the window and served, then after ordering, the girl said the waiting time was 10 minutes, when she realized that we agreed to wait, she said that the waiting time was 15, but maybe even more. The tone was arrogant and clearly not friendly, the person just didn't want to work with the flow of people that she had. We are not conflicted people, but this case is memorable. Now we will choose other points of the CFS or go to other restaurants.

Only the staff leaves much to be desired, because 4! They are not efficient, they do not listen to orders from customers carefully, because the queues move for a long time! I understand everything, there are a lot of orders, BUT when people who make almost a similar order receive them earlier, only negative emotions and impressions appear. Especially when you consider that this has happened more than once. This was not noticed at other points of the KFC.

In my opinion, this is the most peaceful of the many KFS in Minsk. There is always a fairly free hall and the absence of a crowd of noisy youngsters. However, it is not in the most obvious place (although it is only one stop from the Malinovka metro station) and if you do not know about it, then you can not visit here.
This place should be well known to young motorists because it is located next to the traffic police on one of the examination routes.

In principle, I understand everything, and this is normal. but! Today I was waiting for an order and people came in with a dog (our dogs are about the same size. About 15kg), they made an order for a long time, then sat down at the table, the dog was on an elongated roulette wheel and approached people. When I asked, "what can I do with a dog? You kicked me out," they told me that they would approach people now. Хорошее заведение, заказы относительно быстро отдают. Единственный минус — очень много школьников группками , что порой нет мест присесть.
Эта проблема не менеджеров ресторана, и не директора ресторана.
Обратите внимание, что на данное заведение нужен администратор для того , чтобы люди спокойно могли прийти, сесть покушать и уйти. А не брать на вынос, только потому что в зале сидят школьники со своими вейпами.

С 17 на 18 сентября в 00:30 заказал бургер на КФС драйв , с первого укуса оказался очень соленый ! Я не первый раз ем в кфс и хорошо знаю что выбираю , на просьбу поменять бургер , сотрудник ( по его словам : отвечающий за качество продукта ) ответил мне что такие нормы у них и он не соленый , вернул ему и сказал чтоб сам кушал этот бургер и оценил его , деньги в мусорку , мне кажется по нормам поменять клиенту то что не понравилось и все .
На заметку администрации КФС , если это вообще дойдет до них.

Очень грустно, что кфс скатился. Сюда ходили 2 года каждые выходные с парнем, однако теперь почти не заходим. Меню стало в разы дороже. Сегодня покупали комбо с картофелем фри, который был очень пересолен. В другом комбо был недоложен один наггетс, а сам был ужасно деформирован, учитывая что ели мы на месте. Твистер оригинальный стал меньше чем раньше, кола стала слишком разбавленная. Перед нами заказ забирала женщина, она очень негодовала какие бургеры ей положили, видимо изменение количества состава не только мы заметили. Жаль потраченных денег, удовольствия никакого. Единственный плюс -- чисто, за это можно похвалить
