In general, it's not bad except for one serious BUT!They have a distinct taste of bleach in the Cola from the glasses, I made a remark, they were replaced 3 times in a row until they were given a normal one from the bottle.I recommend not to be silent and do the same if you encounter a similar problem.

Взяли по акции 26.07.23 ведро крыльев. Результат вы можете видеть на фото. Из 24 крыльев 14 было вообще без панировки, больше половины были однофаланговые (16) из всей кучи может только 3 шт были подобающего вида. Все остальные были усушенные до «нельзя». Есть было вообще невозможно.
Почему идет такая раскладка мне непонятно, ощущение, что персонал оставляет нормальные крылья для «своих».
Если бы это не было на драйв окошке, вернула бы это ведро.
Просьба к руководству, разберитесь в приготовлении и способе раскладке заказов

Кфс почти всегда на отлично. Твистер, наггетсы, стрипсы- вкусно. Приготовили быстро, очередей небыло. Удобное размещение, только одежду не нашли куда повесить, пришлось на спинку дивана.

Раз на раз ! Из пяти раз , только один раз может быть вкусно и свежо ) А так, как и у всех , на картинке круто , а в живую никак . Писали им письма , слали фотки плохих бургеров , картошку даже до половины не докладывают и т.д . Через месяц после обращений позвонили ,и предложили бесплатный бургер ) и карту клиента 10% скидка ) Но вкуснее после этого все равно не стало) Как-то так ) Уже как год туда ни ногой )

Впервые взяли из-за акции 5050 Биг Сандерс Бургер (острые), и несмотря на то, что он является самой дорогой премиальной позицией в меню из бургеров и позиционируется как "фантастически большой и неповторимо вкусный", ПО ФАКТУ : не сытный, плоский бургер, с посредственным вкусом, где не цельный кусок филе, а только три стрипсы (прикладываю фото), прикрытые сверху и снизу безвкусным сыром, чу-чуточку айсберга, намек на присутствие томата вместо самих кубиков томата, благо маринованные огурчики были на месте и соус тоже. Хорошо приготовленные Шефбургеры, которые стоят в два раза меньше, по сытости и радости вкуса превосходят премиум продукт в несколько раз. Ожидания троих человек приятно и сытно пообедать совершенно не оправдались. Вышло дорого и посредственно. Сами больше не будем их заказывать!

Периодически не работают киоски самообслуживания и заказ можно ждать по минут 40, причём вещь находящуюся на акции, что должно делаться быстро. Явно мало людей на кухне. Пару раз бывало, просил без помидоров блюдо. Один раз дали моментально, я уточнил, точно ли вы так быстро сделали особый заказ? Он ответил да, но соврал и они были. Заказы ждать 20 минут минимум стабильно, ещё и акционные позиции отсутствуют. Ночная для галочки, потому что тоже, заказы ждать 20 минут минимум, и не вынесут, надо подходить к окошку и спрашивать, готова или нет, так что даже не отойти оттуда.
