I have visited this fast food restaurant twice, the impression is only negative.
The first time I snapped in the morning, I had to pass 15 minutes so as not to freeze outside. There is no one in the queue, I made an order: coffee, a sweet pie. I waited 5 minutes, and the scoreboard showed that the order was ready. I go to the pick-up point, and instead of ordering, they tell me that I have to wait another 5-6 minutes, because the pies are over. As a result, I canceled the entire order and left.
A day later, similar circumstances developed again, only this time in the spring. I went to this restaurant again: there is no one in the queue at the checkout, but three people are bored waiting for the order to be completed.
I realized that nothing changes regardless of the shift, turned around and went to the McDonald's opposite, where within 5 minutes after payment, like all normal people, I received my order ...

On January 18, at 14.35, I decided to come to you before the trip and order food for the road, I had half an hour before departure. I chose a complex from the menu and asked to place an order. The girl at the checkout with a haughty look slowly searched for something in the monitor for a long time, as a result, without saying a word, she went for help. A guy came, without apologies or explanation, continue the previous actions, as I later found out, there was no button on the scoreboard and he just began to serve the girl standing behind me. I stood waiting, no one told me how long to wait, time was already running out. As a result, I had to go to a McDonald's that was nearby and where I was well served. It seems that you absolutely do not care about the guests of your establishment and the work of your employees. I will not go to this institution anymore and will not recommend it to others. "Thank you" for the poor service!!!

At the entrance to this restaurant there is a sign saying that the mask mode is in effect, BUT at the same time the employees themselves without masks, and also collected my order with their BARE HANDS (without gloves), where is the Ministry of Health looking? The impression is terrible, the potatoes were immediately thrown away, since a couple of potatoes fell out on a tray with us, and the employee took them and put them back in the package!
If there was an opportunity to put a score of "0", I would gladly use it!
