They cook delicious and quite quickly. Polite, friendly staff. However, evaluating a kitchen is always subjective. Someone is delighted, but personally I have always been very calm and even indifferent to KFC.

Disgusting! It's a pity you can't set 0. Once again, they stepped on the same rake, hoping that the restaurant in the Stolitsa shopping center had improved. But they weren't even going to fix it.
Ekaterina, the cashier, serves customers terribly, snaps and proves that two adults cannot remember their own order, writing it off not to THEIR inattention, but to people who double-checked the receipt.
Fried legs with feathers go perfectly with crunchy, tasteless potatoes. The food is absolutely not edible.
We left a complaint, they did not return the money to us and did not even apologize, blaming all the blame on the management.

cashiers make mistakes in orders. they give out cold twisters that are not even twisted so that it is convenient to eat. I ordered a small French fries for 4.20rubles, they punched me a rustic potato that costs 4.40 rubles and did not return 20 kopecks. these pennies are nonsense, it is unpleasant that the cashiers do not know how to work. the tables are all dirty and covered in crumbs. I came here and was very disappointed. I do not recommend this institution. if it were possible, I would put 0 stars.

If you don't know wet wipes here for free, then some cashiers sell you in cash.
(that is, we did not know it was also free here as in Tashkent). When I didn't come in for the second time today ~ I asked for a wet napkin and gave the money, the cashier says why? It's free. I'm in a bit of a stupor.
This month, the three of us were together with friends at this restaurant. It was evening time. We (Uzbekistan) have had many times in the KFS, but they never sold a "free wet wipe". And here they sold us 1 ruble for one piece!
After eating, I went to the cash register and
- please give me 3 wet wipes

The quality of the food leaves much to be desired.I ordered a combo with a cheeseburger - half-rotten potatoes and a cold cheeseburger, only the cola was great. This is probably one of the worst KFC's I've been to. Well, one more thing - a man was sleeping at the table (in my opinion, in a drunken state), whom the staff did not pay attention to. It is better to go to McDonald's or Burger King, which are located nearby, there were no problems with service.

2 stars only for cola. I ordered a twister, it turned out to be cold, and the meat was wildly salty, and the cashier also offered to put cheese and bacon. Half asleep, I did not look at the screen with my order, after which I saw in the receipt that everything was punched twice, and also pickles, which I did not ask for (but this is my inattention, so the more important problem is the food in this institution)

I came for the first time at night to buy a cheeseburger. We gave away a cold burger (a cold bun and all the ingredients except the cutlet) but!! The cutlet was also cold on one side, and warm on the other side. They explained that the cutlet is hot and the temperature inside will be more than 60 degrees. I visited this restaurant quite often, but every time something upset me. But today, apparently, was the last straw. In previous trips, I faced such problems as: dirty toilets (I understand that, as it should be according to the standard, it is impossible to wash the bathrooms every 15 minutes, but there was nowhere to even set foot there); incompetence of the staff (for example, I ordered a spicy shefburger, but they brought the original one) and much more. But today I was faced with the most real rudeness, with that from the manager. I ordered "with me", and a tray was brought. I asked the manager if it was my order, she said yes. And attention: after I politely asked her to pack my order with me (as it should have been originally), she silently literally threw the package into my order and left, defiantly showing that "you collect your order." I've never written reviews, but today's case is the final nail in the coffin. By the way, I don't know how I didn't notice (I must have been very taken aback by the rudeness), but when I opened my order at home, I found that the cheeseburger hadn't been reported to me yet. There are no words, only emotions, and mostly negative ones. Terrible restaurant, terrible staff, terrible service. Even one star is too much for this establishment.
