On the plus side, the chicken is fresh and hot, the potatoes are salted well but sometimes over-salted, the burgers are juicy and fresh, the staff is friendly. Of the cons, depending on the time of the order, the chicken is sometimes too dry and the strips are the size of nuggets. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired and the garbage cans seem to be unbearable for a couple of days, everything falls out of them, a long wait for orders, but this is due to a large influx of queues

After quite a benevolent attitude towards this network, the family went to have lunch on the weekend. I do not know, it is like this everywhere, but it is impossible to eat it: potatoes, chicken are so salty that they can be eaten only without ceasing to drink cola. When I was there, the cooked burgers turned out to be almost cold and tasteless. After that, I didn't set foot in the KFS. I can't imagine how you can control the quality and operation of the franchise in this way.
And so, a month later, I had to wait for an order for almost half an hour in the neighboring 5th element and went, escaping from the heat, to this ill-fated KFS only for ice cream and a drink. And everywhere the competitors prepare it in a couple of minutes, but here I waited 10-15 minutes, and I was given an order before the customers who ordered more extensive orders (again, this is fast food, does one girl work?), but without ice cream spoons and the required number of tubes. And the final impression - I asked for a coke with ice, attention - they poured almost half a glass of ice, I practically did not feel the drink.
This is another point in the area where the smell of chlorine is confidently felt, i.e. water directly from the tap. It feels great.

Food is like everywhere else in the KFS.
But I strongly advise you to come here with your rag in order to wipe the table /chair. Apparently, it is sooo difficult for the staff to walk around the tables with a rag.
I'm not talking about gender at all. I advise you not to look down. On the other hand, (perhaps) there is simply not enough of this staff. The sauce was not reported. Instead of "in the hall" they gave a package "to take away" (because there is a mountain of trays in the trash hall). Well, I ordered a regular pita bread (twister-something), but they gave me a spicy one.
We came here simply because my wife wanted to have a quick snack.
I didn't like it.

We have been ordering this KFS for 6 times already and each time it is not without mistakes by the employees of this KFS. Then they will not put the tubes, then they will put cucumbers when they wrote without cucumbers and much more. But today, the staff has moved to a new level. In the order and in the receipt, 2 packs of nuggets of 9 pieces were indicated, well, as everyone already understood, there was no 1 pack. They put only one pack. They only noticed it at home. And there were such hopes for this CFS.

We haven't been there for a long time and today the "order" shocked me. The tables are dirty, dirt is everywhere (you can see it in the photo). Dust is everywhere: window sills, paintings, under the table, just some kind of horror. The chairs are dirty (in the photo there is a white chair, everything is visible. And so almost everything). We wanted to have a snack on the spot, but the dried-up ketchup on the side of the table is completely dry... finally changed my plans. I would really like everything to be different in the kitchen itself. Keep it clean, please, otherwise it's just awful. ‼️‼️‼️ the moderators do not miss the photos where the dirt is the most. why?

Horror, not KFC.
We ordered a Basket L, paid for it, took it away, brought it home, and as a result, instead of 26 wings, there were strips in the basket that no one ordered. Of course, there were wings there too, but there shouldn't have been any strips.
This is the last time I visited this KFC and I'm not going to recommend it to others for sure.

I ran in to have a quick snack at the quick pit, and as a result, I waited 11 minutes for the order to be issued... although I was alone at the time of the order. I took my legs not sharp - they turned out to be so richly peppered that it was impossible to eat! In general, this is the second time in the KFS, but I don't even want to approach it anymore!
