They asked to present a technological card and a control scale for weighing, to which they received an answer. We do not have such a thing. Also, medjer Ekaterina did not apologize, did not listen to the claim before the end, interrupted, did not provide a book of comments the first time, and the book of comments was not filled out.

As a result, they did not give a complaint book, did not make a refund, but made new ones, the temperature is normal, but there is little sauce (I compare it with other restaurants), and the chicken is old inside anyway.
