The best thing I've seen in the area! After reviewing a variety of accommodation options in the district of Polotsk, I chose this hotel and am very glad! As they say, everything in the hotel is for people: spacious, clean, friendly staff, the territory is surrounded by luxurious flowers and greenery, gazebos and gatherings on the banks of the Dvina River, a wonderful sauna and delicious dishes....we will come more than once! You did well!

A very nice and sincere hotel. The restaurant is incredibly hospitable and kind. Svetlana is a star! Educated, with extensive experience, she described in detail her hotel, Polotsk and Novopolotsk.
It's very quiet here. A large number of gazebos with mangalas are located on the banks of the Dvina River, with a wonderful view, at some distance from the hotel. Its own large Parking lot. All the guests are very polite and calm from several regions of Belarus, Russia and some other countries.
We also sincerely thank Ekaterina, Julia and the wonderful Chefs. All the food is delicious. You can eat in the room, in the kitchen, in the banquet hall, in the main hall of the restaurant. We haven't tried paintball, but there's everything for it! Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We had a rest in the first half of September.
And the weather is wonderful here. Even the rain is native)))

We were at the hotel for the January holidays! The rooms are new, nice, warm, considering the temperature is -23 outside! The staff saves on everything to discourage the construction of new buildings! They offered to take off their shoes when entering the room, so as not to stain the carpets! Which ones? Breakfast is included in the room rate! A terrible, portioned breakfast, sliced cheese on a loaf, consisted of its leftovers! Sausages and a lump of buckwheat porridge! Tea from open tea bags, only black! The coffee from the vat is terrible! In the evening for dinner, the choice of dishes is very limited. And there are no places to eat nearby! You can't get here without a car! I do not recommend this hotel for recreation, especially in winter!

A clean, inexpensive hotel. Good location. Beautiful, well-maintained territory, with gazebos, swings and a playground on the riverbank.
There is no elevator, it's a bit heavy with a suitcase on the 3rd floor. Mattresses are hard and uncomfortable.

Great place! I was driving at night in bad weather, the track was covered and I decided to spend the night at the nearest hotel. It turned out to be a Centaur, which I never regretted! Friendly staff, great new rooms, big TV, Wi-Fi. There is a menu, you can eat, which is very inexpensive and very tasty. To eat in a beautiful banquet hall. I really liked it. I plan to come here in the summer with my family to relax, ride motorcycles, kayak. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the shelter at night, in a snowstorm, with limited finances, we met them halfway.

A magnificent hotel! The rooms are clean, the beds are soft and comfortable. The family room has 2 TVs, a refrigerator, a hairdryer in the bathroom. There are barbecues on the street, you can fry a barbecue, a grill or skewers, everything is provided free of charge by the hotel. The view of the Northern Dvina is excellent, there is a ladder for descending directly to the water! Hearty breakfasts for a fee, not expensive for a family of 4 people 1200 Russian rubles. The staff is very friendly, one pleasant experience!

We stayed with our family at the end of February.
We are not very sophisticated in hotel amenities and generally liked it. Friendly and courteous staff. The room stock is clearly tired, BUT the rooms are clean and well maintained (especially visible from the plumbing).
There is a playground.
The food is great. Very tasty, very satisfying and not expensive!
Beautiful nature, view of the Western Dvina River - great!
The only thing that spoiled the impression was the temperature in the room and the lack of adjusting it - it's very hot.
But anyway, we plan to come in the summer.

It 's a beautiful place. Quietly calmly . 100 steps and fishing . Large rooms . Cozy enclosed gazebos . Barbecues . 2 km to the center . Rooms with closed balconies are very convenient to have a snack.

A great place to relax. The nature is fabulous: a river, cozy gazebos where you can relax in the evening, dinner or breakfast will be brought there if desired. Near Polotsk, we really liked it, the price of breakfast for three is 640 of our rubles.

The rooms are new, we lived in a new building. The service is friendly. Breakfast is good, but it's the same every day if you stop for a long time. Great hotel and restaurant! I stopped by by accident, at night, without booking, I successfully found a free room and I was checked in. And in the morning I walked around - the hotel is on the banks of the Dvina River, excellent views, well-equipped territory, there are barbecue areas, indoor and outdoor gazebos. The restaurant is very tasty, the portions are good. I recommend it!

We stop for the night on the way from St. Petersburg to Belarus. The rooms are clean. There are kitchens on the floors, you can boil water, heat food. The staff is polite.
The territory is very beautiful, everything is blooming, grapes are hanging from the vine.
Convenient secured Parking. Breakfast is not worth your 20p.

I visited the bathhouse. Overall, it's good. It's a pity, but there is no pool. And so you can steam up, and you can play billiards, and fry kebabs. And the view is beautiful on the river.

We stayed for one night. The room is old, the smell is lovely, the bed linen is old with a smell, the pillows and the blanket smell of 'old age'. The mosquitoes had a bite.We ordered salad, borscht and shingles for dinner, we obviously forgot about borscht...Some drunks from the restaurant were screaming all night. Then the lights went out, there was no hot water, they washed cold. The overall impression is negative. We do not recommend it! The hotel needs an update, at least bed linen.

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean, large, underfloor heating. On the plot there is a sauna, barbecues, gazebos, swings. The view of Dvina and Novopolotsk is the best. The only drawback is that you can't leave except by taxi, and Yandex, for some reason, doesn't really want to go there.

Nice hotel. We stayed for one night. The room is clean. Breakfast and dinner are available for a fee. They cook delicious, homemade, the portions are good. There is a small territory of its own, you can sit on the riverbank, dream and relax. The only negative is the smell of tap water.

Great place! We spent 1 night there. We were given rooms (2 pieces) not economy (which we booked), but suites, without additional payment. Why didn't they say, they just said it was a compliment from the hotel. The shower room is incredibly comfortable. Very large, the shower is very comfortable. There is a hairdryer, air freshener, toilet paper, towels. There are no cotton pads, sticks and disposable toothbrushes, you need to take them yourself. The menu is available at the reception desk. If there are a lot of people, a Buffet breakfast (20 Belarusian rubles per person (600 Russian)) is very good! A large selection and great cheesecakes! There is absolutely everything: tea, coffee, milk, cookies, etc. If there are not many people, breakfast is ordered through the menu. There is a cat, a dog and even a large snail on the territory, as well as a sauna, sun loungers. There are 12 routers with the Internet and the same password throughout the territory, but due to the fact that there are a lot of people, it's not good with it (
There is a shared kitchen with a microwave, kettle, cup, there is a laundry room where you can also iron clothes. The administrator conducts everything at the beginning and shows it, tells it. But the water in the cooler is not very good, it's better to buy bottled!

But on the floor, there was a kitchen with a microwave oven, a large refrigerator, and dishes. On the territory of the hotel there are a lot of greenery, flowers, gazebos for barracks, there is a children's playground. The staff is friendly and welcoming.The food is delicious, thanks to the cook. There was a choice of tea and coffee for breakfast. You want to return to such places and stop more than once.

A quiet place to catch your breath from the road. We booked in advance through Tinkoff, despite the fact that this is Belarus and there was no local money, the mir card solves the issue. The hotel itself and the rooms are clean with unobtrusive service. You can eat at the hotel, lunch and dinner on the menu, buffet breakfast. The territory of the hotel is small but there is a place to get away, there are many areas for gatherings with barbecues and just a bench. There is an exit to the river with an equipped descent and a magnificent view from the steep bank to the river. There is not much place to walk outside the territory, but if there is a car, near the ancient city of Polotsk 862 g with all the consequences. I personally liked it there.👌
