Nice hotel. Clean, nice place. The only negative is that there was no hot water in the evening.
The breakfasts are good, the bed is comfortable, the staff is friendly.

It's even amazing how wonderful everything is and no negative reviews. Isn't it strange? But bad reviews are simply deleted, that's all.... The hotel is not very bad, right. The rooms, the territory are at the highest level. But employees are not customer-oriented at all. We ordered a barbecue for dinner. They fried it well, but they didn't set the table on the street.... There was no tarnlock, no cutlery, just a plate of barbecue... Eat up.. that. .. While the staff was paying attention to this, 20 minutes passed. The meat cooled down....That's how it is.

Excellent hotel, arrived in the evening we were fed a great dinner, rooms of European level, prices are moderate, relatively, of course. On the banks of the big river, you can come to rest, near the ancient Polotsk with ancient monuments.

The best place is price-quality! There is a huge and well-maintained territory on the river bank. There is a play area for children. Delicious breakfasts. The rooms are new and clean. Everything is thought out for the little things. We will definitely come back here. Thanks to the staff for the high level of service! Excellent hotel, for adequate money.The room had a view of the Western Dvina River.Normal furniture,TVs in the room, air conditioning.Breakfast is possible, the hotel has its own Parking.A good option during a trip to Minsk, from St. Petersburg.There were sky-high prices for hotels in Minsk this weekend, so I started looking for hotels along the way.I'm happy with everything.Payment by Mir card is possible.

The rooms in the new building are excellent, the view from the windows on the river is amazing and, by the way, the WiFi signal is super. The floors are heated, but apparently they turn off at night, there are also issues with water, the first evening the hot water is straight hot, the second is slightly warm. They are fed for slaughter, delicious, varied, but you need to order in advance at the reception. Alcohol is not sold, but there is, as they say, a convenience store nearby and, in general, companies come here with their belongings. The territory is small, but lovely, the dawn is amazing. We were lucky, only one company rested in parallel, made noise until 23, no complaints, there were such themselves, but this should be taken into account by families with young children.

It's a nice place, quiet. As a first-time visitor to this hotel, we were replaced with a room on the second floor for two, with a room on the ground floor with 3 beds and with a small balcony or terrace with two chairs and a table. Food must be ordered: a buffet of 20 Belarusian rubles for an adult and 10 for a child. It's not gorgeous, but we didn't stay hungry. Minus: the TV remote control did not work well in the room.

They were in July 2022. The hotel is great! The territory is not large, but well maintained. There are many gazebos with mangalas, hanging swings, a Playground. There is a magnificent view of the river from the shore. We had a two-room room, with air conditioning. A kitchen combined with a living room, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, two balconies, a hanging chair on the balcony, which delighted the child. The room has a gorgeous view of the Western Dvina, the Windows are large. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. You can order breakfast and dinner, there is a choice. Or you can cook kebabs on the street yourself. You can buy coal, ignition and disposable tableware from the administrator. As well as beer, champagne and wine. Skewers are provided for free. You can rent a boat. For children, paintball and laser tag, with an instructor, by the way, the instructor is cool, but this is for a fee. But everything is not expensive. The exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble to ours is 1:23. Very friendly and sincere staff, we will definitely go there again.

Yes, everything is fine. The room in which we rested is above all expectations. A huge window overlooking the river. Almost new furniture and all plumbing. The decoration in the room looks like everything is new. It's like no one was here before us. In short, the hotel is excellent. I recommend. And I really liked the town. It is a very cozy city. Everything is nearby and everything you need is in it. I would love to come again

A great place to relax or spend the night. Clean, tidy, good water pressure in the shower. The only drawback is a very slippery tile and a tray in the shower, you need to be careful. The breakfasts are very tasty, the cheesecakes are a mess. The view of the river is beautiful. We regretted that we stayed only for one night.

We spent the night in Centaur in May. Like it. Clean, good beds, nice bed linen, TV in the room
Toilet, shower, everything is fine. Hearty breakfast buffet. We arrived late in the evening around 22-00, there was no time to look for a cafe. Ask what you can eat. They offered a menu, it was delicious at home, although they warmed up the finished one.

A very nice and sincere hotel. The restaurant is incredibly hospitable and kind. Svetlana is a star! Educated, with extensive experience, she described in detail her hotel, Polotsk and Novopolotsk.
It's very quiet here. A large number of gazebos with mangalas are located on the banks of the Dvina River, with a wonderful view, at some distance from the hotel. Its own large Parking lot. All the guests are very polite and calm from several regions of Belarus, Russia and some other countries.
We also sincerely thank Ekaterina, Julia and the wonderful Chefs. All the food is delicious. You can eat in the room, in the kitchen, in the banquet hall, in the main hall of the restaurant. We haven't tried paintball, but there's everything for it! Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We had a rest in the first half of September.
And the weather is wonderful here. Even the rain is native)))

The best thing I've seen in the area! After reviewing a variety of accommodation options in the district of Polotsk, I chose this hotel and am very glad! We were in the restaurant at the opening, waiting for salads for an hour and a half. After the salads, we waited another 40 minutes and the hot stuff never arrived. They left after canceling the hot meal. I don't recommend it.

We stayed with our family at the end of February.
We are not very sophisticated in hotel amenities and generally liked it. Friendly and courteous staff. The room stock is clearly tired, BUT the rooms are clean and well maintained (especially visible from the plumbing).
There is a playground.
The food is great. Very tasty, very satisfying and not expensive!
Beautiful nature, view of the Western Dvina River - great!
The only thing that spoiled the impression was the temperature in the room and the lack of adjusting it - it's very hot.
But anyway, we plan to come in the summer.

A clean, inexpensive hotel. Good location. Beautiful, well-maintained territory, with gazebos, swings and a playground on the riverbank.
There is no elevator, it's a bit heavy with a suitcase on the 3rd floor. Mattresses are hard and uncomfortable.

A magnificent hotel! The rooms are clean, the beds are soft and comfortable. The family room has 2 TVs, a refrigerator, a hairdryer in the bathroom. There are barbecues on the street, you can fry a barbecue, a grill or skewers, everything is provided free of charge by the hotel. The view of the Northern Dvina is excellent, there is a ladder for descending directly to the water! Hearty breakfasts for a fee, not expensive for a family of 4 people 1200 Russian rubles. The staff is very friendly, one pleasant experience!
