An excellent hotel for visiting Polotsk by car. It is located outside the city on the river bank. There are new modern rooms, all the infrastructure in the form of a cafe , a game room, a gym. The staff is friendly and courteous. Keep in mind that the cafe is open on pre-order and with a very limited menu, so if you need a restaurant you will have to go to the city

An amazingly comfortable, cute and pleasant hotel for a small town. The prices are very encouraging, the work of the staff is beyond praise. It's a fairy tale, everything is very nice, well-maintained territory. Patio with a hanging sofa. The rooms are clean, the renovation is fresh. The breakfast buffet is delicious and everything is fresh. The staff is friendly. We were there for one day, I booked a room for August, I will celebrate my birthday here. The prices are reasonable.
And the view of the river is simply mesmerizing.

My favorite place on the banks of the Dvina River, where we stay when we come to Belarus! It is always very clean and cozy, very tasty, homemade breakfasts, as if we come to visit our grandmother or beloved aunt.☺️ Always a clear work of the staff . On the downside , a meager menu . A great outdoor playground.

There is no water, kettle, etc. in the room. There is a kitchen on the floor, with water, kettle, microwave and table. To be honest, I don't really like that. I think that a couple of bottles of water can be put in the room... Well, even if it's for money. Because in the morning or in the evening, it's not very convenient to wander around the floor in pajamas. But this is not a huge minus, now in many hotels in Belarus for some reason it is so🤷🏻♀️

A very wonderful place! We lived in an improved double room. Fresh renovation, new furniture.Shower and toilet are combined. The plumbing is in good condition. Linen, towels are not washed.Wonderful landscapes around..River, forest!! The territory is well maintained, there are places, gazebos for barbecue. We will definitely visit Centaur on our next trips!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It is conveniently located by the road, but there is no road noise. Reserved directly through the website with on-site payment. The hotel is large, located on the riverbank. It's probably especially nice here in the summer. The hotel has two buildings - old and new and there are gazebos closed along the shore for feasts. We were in the off-season, we were accommodated in the old building. An absolutely Soviet-style room with very tired colored bed linen. The mattresses are not comfortable. Our room was a family room. The bed is huge and plus there is a children's bed in the niche, where two tomboys can comfortably accommodate. There is an enclosed balcony with a table and armchairs. There is a kitchen on the floor, you can take dishes, there is a kettle and drinking water. There is a huge dining table. You can cook or reheat food. The territory of the hotel is beautiful, there is a large Playground and even a rope park. Everything is clean. There are no foreign odors. The room itself is large. There is a TV and a wardrobe. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, it is paid separately. You need to order it the day before. One breakfast includes two dishes, for example, cheesecakes and an omelette, it is enough for two. Lovely polite staff. But they don't offer help with luggage. Minus one star for the mug that the child broke and we honestly said about it and asked if it was necessary to pay, said it was necessary and took 150 rubles. And this despite the fact that accommodation is not cheap at all for a roadside hotel.

It's a wonderful place, we stopped by on the way home to spend the night. We were checked in in a couple of minutes, the room is clean and spacious. The area is well maintained and pleasant. Breakfasts are just fire, huge portions. The TV is working, there is Wi-Fi, towels, hooks for them in the bathroom. There are screens on the windows, even an air conditioner and a refrigerator in the room. There is also a shared kitchen where you can warm up food or make yourself tea.
If you really find fault, then I didn't like the smell of water in the shower and in the faucet. But I am sensitive to odors, it was not difficult for me to brush my teeth with drinking water.
Another plus, there was an instruction on how to switch modes in the shower. In general, we were satisfied.

A comfortable hotel in a very picturesque place, a large territory with gazebos, barbecue grills, a descent to the river, a pontoon from which you can swim or go by boat. There is a Playground 150m from the hotel, a grocery store 900m away. Breakfast and dinner can be purchased at the hotel itself (maybe lunch, but we didn't have to). It is possible to accommodate five people in 1 two-room room. View from two glazed mini loggias to the adjacent area along the river. Using the MIR CARD, payment is no problem. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The parking lot is not fenced, although they may be looking after ...
Disadvantages: 1) in the "Suite" on the 4th floor there were no mosquito nets, therefore the windows were not opened and it was stuffy and hot to sleep.
2) there was no corkscrew
3) there is no elevator, the suitcases were dragged up to the 4th floor by themselves.

Simple, clean, everything is modern, new, from furniture to plumbing! A very delicious breakfast! And we constantly felt the care and attention from the hotel staff, thank you all very much! The hotel is still young, getting upset, everything is quite cozy, clean, convenient, comfortable.
Magnificent view of the Western Dvina, from our room the landscape is amazing)))
But, there are a couple of "buts" - I would like, and I think it would be more interesting - open balconies ...
And not much is not convenient with food, to order, in my opinion it is more correct to come and eat a choice, even if not a big choice, otherwise I want an omelet for breakfast in the evening, and in the morning I'm going to need pancakes or pancakes to eat.
In general, if we are passing through, we will definitely stop to relax and enjoy the beauty.

We were on the May holidays. I was lucky with the weather. I really liked the hotel. We lived in a new building, in room 210. Everything is new, the mattress is comfortable. Everything is provided in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, soap), hair dryer. I would especially like to mention the terrace and the view of the river and the park - it's incredible!Delicious, varied breakfast (buffet), lunch and dinner on the menu, large portions, delicious homemade cuisine. The breakfasts were very tasteless, it was the first time we had such a tasteless breakfast on our trip to Belarus. The dinner was good, we had dumplings and oliviers, and for breakfast everything was impossible to eat-dried cheese, paper sausages, rubber pancakes. It's very strange, apparently, the chefs are different. And for the stated price in other hotels (Brest, Vitebsk), there was a different quality of products.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. And what a view there is!!!!! Of the minuses (suddenly someone is fundamentally): water really has a slight smell (but when we rested in the sanatorium, we drank medicinal water with almost the same "aroma", it is not recommended to drink tap water here, but there are bottles of drinking water in the kitchen), as well as tap water very tough. I also didn't really like the cafe (breakfast was scheduled, but when we arrived we were told to wait 20 minutes, if we were in a hurry it would be very unpleasant, there was also a smell of some burnt food. Well, for 15 Belarusian rubles in Polotsk you can have a very satisfying meal, but here there were scrambled eggs and small cheese cakes.
