The hotel has a small lobby, which is not usual for Kempinski, there is a fenced parking lot in front of the hotel, you can safely leave a rental car. We got to the hotel late at night, the staff greeted us warmly and promptly settled in. It was the same at the check-out. The hotel itself is not new, the interiors are already tired. But nevertheless the rooms are pleasant. Good fundamental wooden furniture, excellent bed linen.
Excellent breakfasts. It was strange for me to read comments about their scarcity. All kinds of egg dishes are prepared for you and with you, there is a lot of meat from hot: curry pork, peppery, Munich and Nuremberg sausages, a good selection of salads. The waiters are quite efficient with cleaning dishes and bringing drinks.
For dinners, I used a QC both evenings, only good recommendations. (I will issue a separate review)
What I lacked in a 5* hotel was the lack of a coffee machine in the room, no evening service, no champagne at breakfast (but you can pay extra on the spot), no night shoe cleaning, no ironing board with an iron in the room. The modest choice of a mini-bar again poorly corresponds to the entourage.
Great place., the order is exemplary and the staff are helpful!..
.I was a little surprised that sanitation suddenly takes place in a cafe.. Well, yes-every monastery has its own rules!..
Oldish-expensive (in short). The location is almost the very center. The rooms are old, as if smoky, but clean. There is a mini bar-for a fee. Breakfast for three, the choice is weak. For such a price tag per day, you can find something better.
A good hotel, a little out of the center (about 20 minutes to walk), but the optimal price-quality ratio. Two decent restaurants (plus a buffet). Overall I liked it., I would rate it at 4+*. I repeat, the right price-quality ratio.
I lowered my grade because of the breakfasts. The buffet was very, very poor in the early days of the stay. However, later it was completely removed and it could be ordered from the menu. It took 40 minutes to wait for boiled eggs, bread, yogurt and appliances. If it is not profitable to serve breakfast in a buffet format to guests, then the work of waiters and chefs must be debugged!
There was no breakfast, porridge was only one day, cappuccino had to be asked, on the last day the car broke down altogether, then after the hotel was fully occupied by Korean friends, they moved from the big hall to the small one, where they had to sit down....
I do not recommend ((( disappointed with the network(
I didn't like the prices and the general atmosphere. We must pay tribute to the staff-they are very polite and correct. But this is, please, the only plus
