We have been staying at the hotel since July 24, 23.I arrived early in the morning, the reception offered 2 options, we can check in right now, but for one day in a suite (free of charge) or you will wait for your room until 14:00.We agreed to a suite, of course the room is free, two rooms, good repair.The next day we moved into a room of our paid category, standard (we are 4 people, 2 adults, 2 children).The room is of course very small, I have never seen such small rooms anywhere.The hotel is of course beautiful, everything is green, the territory is surrounded by greenery.The food is excellent, there are a lot of fruits (cherries,strawberries, melons,watermelons,peaches,nectarines,grapes, apples, pears,bananas, plums,oranges).The sea is clean, the beautiful landscape on the mountains, the beach is very comfortable to walk, shoes are not needed.I occupied the sun beds at 7 a.m., I didn't like only the canopy on the sea, if there is wind, then the canopy constantly opens and the sun hits.(the canopy is made of thick fabric, which is constantly opened and closed, by the way, there are holes in the canopy in several places)The animation is not bad, but the program is designed for only 7 days, then everything repeats.

We were at this hotel from June 8 to June 15, 2023.I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms, the cleaning is so-so, well, probably like everywhere else. The hotel is simply surrounded by flowers and greenery, you get into a fairy tale. Good animation for both children and adults. The food is beyond praise, bravo to the chefs. The beach is good, there are many sun beds, a large pier with a bar.The territory is not large, but it is cozy and does not seem small.The staff is friendly.The bars don't have bad cocktails.Mostly Russians, Poles and a few English speakers are vacationing.There has never been any ethnic strife.This is the hotel I would return to.

I went to this hotel for several years, in 2019. even twice in the summer. I liked this hotel, although it doesn't look like a 5-star hotel, of course. I understand all your circumstances, but I'm somehow not ready to pay almost 400 thousand rubles for 12 days of staying with you in a small room and with a rather weak service. Your services don't cost that much. I'm sorry, but for such money I had a great rest this year in the UAE, where the service is somewhat better, and in Krasnaya Polyana for half this amount you can rent a hotel with a higher class than yours. There is a choice, but you will have to say goodbye.

I've been on vacation since mid-May 2023. The rains spoiled the rest a little, the forecast showed a week of rains, but in fact it rained only two evenings. For those who like warmth, of course, it's early to go and I recommend taking warm clothes anyway. The weather is 22-24, the sea is 22 degrees. We swam and tanned! a good approach to the sea is small pebbles. There was a storm, a lot of garbage was thrown up and the staff who tirelessly monitors order and cleanliness collected everything, and there was no trace in the morning.Pierce, special thanks! With a bar, lots of sun beds and a gorgeous view of the mountains. On Wednesday there was live music (saxophone) on the pier and a buffet!coffee shop with Turkish brewed coffee and tea, lukum! Thanks! It's also like a pastry shop during the day. The rooms are small and cozy with everything you need, swans and cleaning in my room every day. Disposable slippers. Beach towels are very convenient. The animation is super, games, dancing, volleyball. Mineral and drinking water, ayran, juice in several refrigerators in different dreams of the hotel are freely available. Very decent shows in the evenings!! About the restaurant! Very tasty! It's diverse! Lots of meat, grilled fish (dorado, salmon, sea bass)10 out of 5 points!!The hotel is surrounded by greenery, flowers, relict pines. the Internet works everywhere, but if the hotel is very busy, then you need to connect all the time (there are a lot of people on weekends)The site doesn't load a lot of photos, but I want to share them. The first day on vacation. We arrived at this hotel. I am writing in hot pursuit. I would not recommend it to anyone here. We traveled all over the coast of Kemer and here we are so fucked up. The number of the meter is 4 or 5 sq. m. I can't even describe the dampness in the air conditioner. I can imagine how much damage I will do to myself. We opened a balcony room by the road with a view of the trash and parking lot. The balcony is along two stools. I don't always have a room with a sea view. I like the view of the mountain in Kemer. But this time, 2023 is not cheap. We chose, chose, paid very dearly for a vacation, and so... I can't sleep ..... the noise from the road... also, cats are yelling and the staff is not talking quietly under the windows. This is the first time I haven't seen any bakals in 5 years. Tables, sofas, stands for suitcases. I don't see anything at all.... bed and bed linen🤦♀️. In Turkey, everything is always snow-white and the beds are as they should be. Now my husband's feet don't fit on the bed. The bed is shaking, it's kind of shaky. I don't know if I should go to the beach to sleep. We managed to go swimming. The beach is good. We managed to have dinner. Well, food and food.... at least fly back .... it's not good at all. Very far from the word at all🤦♀️

The rest turned out Great! Great location, gorgeous clear sea, magnificent grounds, excellent family rooms with two toilets and showers. Excellent nutrition, they even give baby food in jars for the little ones. Every evening there is an entertainment program, live music by the sea! Minus: not very good room cleaning, be careful on excursions, guides take you to where they get a percentage! For example, the olive museum, yes, everything is interesting, BUT the prices of sweets and butter are twice as much as you will buy from merchants! The pool has very cold water, for kids too, although we were in September from 17 to 27, the air temperature is 30 degrees. Thanks to the attentive girls at the reception, for taking into account the wishes when checking in and other issues, especially Elena! In general, I can say one thing, I have been vacationing only in Spain, Tenerife and Mallorca for 10 years, I say it is 100% better here! Price and quality by 200%!!!!!

We visited this year for the second time, and again in September!
Pros: great food, respect for chefs and pastry chefs!
Cons: dirty pool and the surrounding area, animators - the program and music are the same every year!
The bartenders at the bar next to the pool are arrogant, not professionals, and most importantly, they are vacationers! I'm sorry, but it felt like we were in the distant 80s in the Crimea! Some grandmothers who ran to dinner with sticks and took seats in the restaurant, not noticing small children in strollers! Children and adults were shot down! A nightmare! There are very dangerous stairs on the pools, for descending into the water, they are shaking and very slippery, for the second year!!!! The rest is not very cheap, but it was like in the USSR! We won't go there anymore, it's not that anymore!

We were in this hotel from 18.09 to 27. 09.23. Honestly, the hotel is not worth the money. The territory is beautiful: lots of greenery, pine trees, mountains, houses with rooms look interesting, but this is all of the advantages. There is no elevator in more than one building, so you will have to carry your suitcase yourself. Stairs everywhere. We were initially settled in a room that smelled of cat sacks, sewage, mustiness, its size was very small, everything was dirty, old. We went to the reception, explained, we were quietly moved to another room, already as in the picture. The girls at the reshepshen are good . Refrigerator: filled at check-in once: pepsi, Fanta, sprite, mineral water, juice and plain water. And then only water, but what kind of ultra is it all inclusive?! No one has put water in the freezer. But again, everything in the room is old, shabby, dilapidated. The joke is that hot water should be drained for 15 minutes or more. But at the same time, it is written in the brooch if you brush your teeth, turn off the water, but it turns out the opposite. The room is cleaned well, so for a C. For 10 days, the bed linen has not been changed once, the towels have long been white, they were even given with stains. The shower stall and sink were never washed in the bathroom, the table on the balcony was not wiped, the ashtray was not washed, the shower gel ran out two days after check-in, so it was not added anymore. The staff is so-so. No one practically says hello. The food is varied of course, but not to say that it is straight tasty. The coffee is terrible. About the beach: the fact that they have a type of awnings is just terrible. I have to move the chaise longue to be in the shade. Cocktails in bars are so-so. They took bloody Mary, they never drank such filth, and so all the cocktails. Tables will not be wiped. The animation is absolutely not energetic. They go around despondently, like calling for games, but in fact they pretend. The evening program is almost all the same: different groups, but the theme is the same: acrobatics, gymnastics, etc. After the show, there are programs like a disco, but again, music should be put on so that people dance, and not sit. In general, the hotel is so-so and not worth the money.

The place is wonderful!
For children: the sand on the beach is for games, the kids club is exciting, the hotel is very green with lots of shady places.
They treat cooking responsibly, they were lucky with the cook, or rather vacationers.
We got to know the guys and found out that many people go to this place all the time and believe that the service and food are at a high level from year to year.
Personally, I like to change places, but I'm ready to return to this cozy hotel.

My wife and I were at this hotel 2 years ago. That vacation made a lasting impression on us. Everything was great. Making a trip this time, from 10/13/2022 to 10/21/2022, we were worried that the hotel might change and were incredibly glad - everything remained at the same high level. It's like they never left. Hotel, cleaning, kitchen, beach, animation, bars,waiters, pastry chef....Everything is great. The familiar faces of the staff and even sometimes vacationers are everywhere.. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

I had a rest from 05/28/12 to 06/07/12. We arrived for the second time. I liked the hotel. But there is an opinion that the second time is not so interesting. The animation does not change, everything is learned by heart))) the shows are of the same type, the entertainment by the pool is the same. I would like to mention a wonderful restaurant with good and rich food. Five points for the chefs)))!! The rooms are good, but you need to take the first floor with access to the lawn. The room has a large bed, an armchair, a mini bed built into the windowsill, a large shower room and a beautiful old wardrobe)))) If you are settled in a bad room, ask and you will be moved. The sea is pleasant, the stones and sand do not float at all when setting. It is better to take sun beds until 7:30))) The staff is 90% adequate and responsive. On the beach, touts for massage and hammam are straining....this is a big minus for the hotel!!! They blatantly lie and inflate prices.In general, it's good, but we won't go back there. I want something new.

The hotel is generally good, a large area with places for privacy, cafes, outdoor, always half-empty water slides, and of course vegetation with shade, for the first time I was not particularly drawn to go outside the hotel or, conversely, sit out in the heat in the room. Interesting architecture, the feeling that you are relaxing in some old town, and not in a hotel, there are no crowds of people.
The saddest thing is the rooms are small, the entrance from the street directly into the room, there is no hallway, mold in the bathroom. But on the second day you put up with it and don't pay attention.
The sea is pleasant, the approach is a little rocky, if there is unrest, mud floats in the evening (but this is a lot of places), the bottom is "dead".
I was very pleased with the cuisine, fish every day and different, a lot of everything else for every taste, ice cream in a package during the day. WiFi in the rooms is semi-divided, but just outside the door or on the terrace is normal.
In general, for those who do not like to roast in the sun, it is the most important thing, half of the pool is always in the shade, even at noon, and you will get a tan anyway.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful area. We visited here about 10 years ago, rested this spring at the end of April. The hotel has become prettier, matured :) management does not skimp on good coffee machines (by the way, you can choose different types of coffee - from filtered, grain, powder, to "Turkish style"), beverage machines (detox fire). You can repeat about the beautiful beach, the gorgeous pier, the bomb food - that's it! But I will make an emphasis that is important for larks. It really matters to me, because I love mornings at sea. And so. Even when the hotel is almost empty, all the dishes are ready by the start of breakfast at 7.00. The cooks on scrambled eggs / pancakes are waiting for you, and do not crawl out by 7:30 to warm up the pans, yawning. Discipline. Handsome guys! It's worth a lot! Special thanks for that!
