Great hotel:
1) The food is simply gorgeous, there are many different meat dishes (no pork), there is always fish, fruits, vegetables. There are no problems with this case at all.
2) the rooms are good, we lived in a medium-sized apartment, there is a lot of space, everything is fine
3) animation: every day there were some shows, themed evenings

My husband and I vacationed from June 7 to June 20, 2023. We immensely liked this hotel) We read a lot of reviews, they are all excellent, and it coincided with reality.
Small, without pathos, but such a sincere, green and blooming hotel! I have not met such a territory, although we have been to many countries and hotels in Turkey. Bravo to the gardeners)
The staff is well-trained. Very professional, friendly, many people speak Russian.
The beach is clean, there are many sunbeds. There was no deficiency.The pier is comfortable.
The room was provided to us more and higher in category than we bought) without additional payment. It was very pleasant.
The rooms are renovated, very neat, with everything you need, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, slippers. Our balcony was normal, with two chairs and a table. Some vacationers complained about the small balcony.
There is water and mineral water in the minibar. There is a safe.
All rooms have a garden view. But that's what we wanted. Singing birds, fir trees, lawns, exuberantly blooming lawns - it's great to look at it)

There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel - you can drive to Kemer or Antalya.

I have been vacationing at the hotel since August 06. I must say right away, do not expect pomposity, fans of expensive hotels like Rixos, consider other options, this is a quiet, calm and cozy hotel for families) General impressions: only positive. I was pleased with the large green area, with many places where you can relax from the sultry heat, the well-thought-out location of the pool and restaurant near the sea, two steps and you are already there, a variety of food (chicken, lamb, turkey, fish, pasta, pizza, lots of side dishes and snacks, fresh and juicy berries, fruits, desserts standard), there were even freshly squeezed juices, the animation was just on top, all the girls were responsive, friendly and friendly, organized leisure activities in the afternoon and evening. I would also like to mention the theme nights, just a bomb, I was impressed. As for the rooms, if we talk about it, it has been renovated for a long time, but there is no shabby furniture or hanging wallpaper, all the maids cleanly clean, towels are changed every day. There are a large number of snack bars on the territory (ice cream, baked potatoes, fruits), just bars with drinks. There is only one pool, but it is quite big, the only thing that was missing was a relaxation pool, away from children. In general, I recommend this hotel to visit, you will not regret it! I had a rest from June 24 to July 8. When I arrived, I did not like the room, they immediately changed it without any problems. The territory is beautiful, there is a lot of greenery. Of course, this is a family hotel, if you want discos and parties, this will not happen. There is a disco, live music in the evening until 24.00. Special thanks to Baha for playing beach volleyball. This is my most vivid impression. The beach is gorgeous, the sea is clean and warm. The food at the hotel is good. Thanks also to the girls who work in the Turkish cafe, my frequently visited place. Thanks to the chefs separately. It is convenient to get from the hotel to Kemer and Antalya. Of course, there are small disadvantages, but this is for the number. As for alcohol, I do not recommend getting carried away with cocktails at the bar. It is better to drink either in a restaurant or beer. In general, I liked everything, I will come again.

I was vacationing with children 18-25.06.24 The hotel looks nice, but we were very uncomfortable. The territory is green, but there is no place to walk, the houses are stuck close together. Windows, balconies are all in the aisle, it is impossible to sit in solitude. There is no wi-fi in the rooms, so I had to sit on the balcony. There were places on the beach, but everything was literally on top of each other. Sun beds are occupied on the pier in the evening... To relax somehow, we rented a separate tent on the beach for 100 euros, the cleaning boy brazenly stole wireless headphones while we were swimming.. the sediment remained very unpleasant.. The kitchen is pretty good, a bit monotonous. Everyone revels in cocktails, they are beautiful, but the alcohol is heavily diluted.. plus, there were no drunks) The water in the sea is clear, but a lot of small plastic debris washes up to the shore, I saw this for the first time in Turkey! it's okay to swim from the pier, but small children are messing around near the shore in a pile of garbage..

We paid 154 thousand for a week for two in October. The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars. The territory is beautiful, the animation, the food - everything is super. But the rooms are very old, it is clear that there has been no repair for a sooo long time.
Wallpaper comes off, chipped tiles, terrible cleaning in the rooms (as if they were not cleaned at all). Clearly not up to five stars. We were moved to another room, but it turned out to be almost the same, the same dirty tiles, bulging wallpaper, very noisy air conditioning, like a plane taking off, leaning furniture. There are no better rooms.
If the room is unimportant for you, it's worth a hundred percent to come here, I really liked everything except the terrible rooms for such a price.

Well, that's not a bad hotel for me. Very green: lots of trees, flowers.. The beach is nice and sandy. The room was not big at all, but my husband and I had enough) the rooms are cleaned, towels are changed, the territory is clean. The staff did a great job! There is plenty of food- they gained a kilogram in 10 days))) There is a hammam and a sauna. Any massage, please! The massage therapists are very good! We were at the hotel for the first time from 3.10.2022 to 13.10.2022. The territory, the food, the beach and the sea are excellent. Of the minuses - no children's animation, if you are not here with children, it's the same thing every day, animators are not interested in engaging with children, a disco every day to the same music and the same movements, on the third day my children refused to go. One of the big disadvantages for me is that vacationers can smoke almost everywhere; in addition, the largest and best half of the beach is reserved for smokers. The beach for children and non-smokers is a small part to the left of the pier. Accordingly, we went to most of the beach, and if Russian tourists are accustomed not to smoke in front of children, well, they are embarrassed at least somehow))) then the local Germans and Turks vacationing at the hotel will smoke with children playing nearby. When asked to move away, they point to a non-smoking area, saying that it is allowed here and I will smoke, and you go where they do not smoke. They smoke everywhere, both in the Turkish cafe and on the street while eating on the restaurant terrace (there is a non-smoking area, but it smells of tobacco anyway) and in the rooms, judging by the ashtray in the room. In short, a smoker's paradise))) Since I don't smoke, it didn't suit me. But we were lucky with the neighbors - no one smoked next to the room. In general, the hotel is not bad, the attitude of the staff is responsive, they will explain everything and help. According to the numbers, I heard complaints, but people were quietly relocated at their request; we were immediately given a good two-room room. Cleaning- even if there is a tip, the floor will be washed only at your request, towels were changed every day.

Cons: the first impression was immediately spoiled by a damp room with mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. One (not a blanket) xb bedspread was allocated for three people and 2 separate beds! Then, of course, we were moved (2 blankets were magically shot in the new room), but the sediment remained. Once, after cleaning, the room smelled of rotten stuff (probably rotten water and soap on the floor). The hotel is old. Small streets that lead to the rooms. You can't walk around here, despite the large territory. I regretted that I chose this hotel - it has not been able to reach 5 stars for a long time. The beach is like everywhere else, people are rude to occupy sun beds in the morning, and there are no places almost after breakfast. The water park is also poor, we must remember about the opening hours. Some paths are littered with construction debris. There are football and volleyball courts next to the violent playground. Sometimes the ball flies dangerously near children - it is not thought out at all. The restaurant staff works very well, they clean constantly, sweep, sometimes they ask what to bring to drink.

On the territory, all the buildings and structures are so organically located that you completely forget that you are not in an old Turkish village, at the beginning of the 20th century, but in a modern hotel. I have never seen such a large number of trees, shrubs, and flowers in any hotel. For the territory, definitely the highest score. There are also no complaints about nutrition, lamb, lamb, beef, chicken, a variety of snacks, side dishes, vegetables and fruits. Grill, fast food, desserts, diet table, baby canned food. There is no a la carte restaurant, but this is not critical. There is a lot of food, everything is delicious. The beach is super, sand, there are stones when entering the sea. it is better to enter from the pier. Sun beds are mainly occupied on the pier, there were always free places on the beach, at any time. Now about what I didn't like, for which the final rating of this hotel was reduced. The first is the smoking of vacationers everywhere and everywhere. In the main restaurant, the main tables are located on the street, vacationers, mostly Turks, smoke right at the tables. It's uncomfortable with children. The same situation is in other locations, on the beach, in bars, in the amphitheater. On the beach, on the left side there are signs with a smoking ban, no one pays attention to them. And so throughout the hotel, cigarette smoke is almost everywhere. Second. Room cleaning is very superficial. They clean it every day, but it doesn't make it any cleaner. The third. The rooms smell of sewage. The water stagnates, leaves badly, and there is almost always an unpleasant smell in the toilet. We lived on the green street, number 620, first floor. Other vacationers also complained about the smell in the toilet, including this is not an isolated case. And the last. There are dozens of cats and cats on the territory. Cats are affectionate and tame, you can do cat therapy all your vacation. But, I myself saw how cats leave their marks everywhere, one marked the stroller in which the baby was sitting, the second buried his kaki in the sand where a little later vacationers played volleyball with excitement, the third slept on a tray with glasses in a cafe. In my opinion, this is too much. And in conclusion. If you ask yourself the question, would you like to return to this hotel again, then rather yes than no.

They got so that they filmed a Turkish TV series twice a week, there were a lot of Turks. Mostly Turks (half) rest, and the other half is shared by Germans and Russians. You can return to the hotel, I recommend it, without super frills, but a good 4+ or 5-, it's up to anyone. I was surprised that there were no shampoos, gels, hair conditioner in the usual bottles in the room, there were stationary dispensers on the wall, where the air conditioner was always absent, I saw this for the first time. This is my favorite hotel now. If in Kemer, then only in Ulusoy! Thanks to the entire hotel team for our happy family vacation! We are impressed by your well-coordinated, clear organization of work and your corporate spirit. When the hotel is fully loaded, every guest is not deprived of attention. The waiters of the restaurant, the cleaners work quickly, are polite to the guests. Our maid was all kindness and cordiality (cleaned rooms 731 and 736). The animators are charismatic and know their business, the girl leading the aqua aerobics is wonderful, thanks to her for the training. Unfortunately, I do not know the names, but I think the management will not ignore my feedback and will reward them for their good work. The hotel itself is located in a pine forest by the sea. Guests should take into account that they will live in the forest and ants with mosquitoes can be your neighbors. It wasn't a problem for us. Just don't bring food to the room, so as not to attract ants and close the balcony doors at night or bring a fumigator from home if, like us, you prefer to sleep with the windows open rather than under the air conditioner. The hotel is built in the style of a Mediterranean city with buildings of 3 floors, located on narrow streets and picturesque courtyards. The territory of the hotel is all in the shade of relict pines, you do not need to wear hats and sunglasses and languish from the scorching sun. In the evening, you can enjoy the aromas from various flowering plants. Our rooms were standard, everything was comfortable, functional, and clean. The Internet is not very fast in public areas, but for normal operation, we had a weak Wi-Fi signal in the room and it was constantly turned off, keep this in mind. If you need fast Internet, it's better to take care of it at the airport by buying a Turkish SIM card (or something else). The beach is beautiful, large, there is a pier with sun beds and a diving area. There is no need to take sun loungers at 6 a.m. even when the hotel is fully loaded. The sea is clear, the fish are swimming. I also liked the food, it was delicious and varied, thanks to the chefs. There is a gym with exercise equipment, take your sports uniform with you, there are volleyball, football and tennis courts freely available, water sports for a fee. The best hotel! We have been with children since the age of 3 in 2017 and 2019, and we plan to go this summer. The territory is green, shady, includes everything you need - restaurants, bars, a water park, excellent pools for children and adults nearby (!), refrigerators with water and ayran are located everywhere on the territory, etc. Animation during the day for adults, in the children's club is exciting and interesting, service at the hotel, on the beach and restaurant - That's great. Wonderful evening shows for adult idols. The beach, if you arrive in May, may still not be covered with sand and is not quite comfortable to enter the sea due to large non-sharp stones, but by June 1, literally in 1 day, the beach is transformed and creates maximum comfort for vacationers. I would also like to note the convenient geographical location of the hotel, there is no city bustle nearby and at the same time the Dino Park is within walking distance (more for small children 3-7 years old, but it will be interesting for the whole family to visit once). You can also walk to the market, there is a public transport stop not far from the hotel, from where you can get to Antalya or Kemer. There is also a mountain canyon not far from the hotel, which can be reached by car rented at the hotel. I wish you all a pleasant stay! I recommend the hotel for families with children.

We have been staying at this wonderful hotel since May 28, 11 days. It was the first time in Kemer, and in Turkey as a whole. The hotel is cool, a large green area, good animation, for all the time, has never been repeated by the way, well, except for live music on Sundays))) The staff is helpful, the food is sooooo delicious and varied! Meat, fish, seafood, a huge table of sweets, sushi even had a couple of times, not ice of course, but they tried :)
The beach is good, because there is a pier from which you can dive! There are stones at the entrance and sometimes it is very uncomfortable to enter, but go a little aside (to the bungalow), there is sand and you can perfectly go barefoot ;)
The bungalow is also good, 50€ per day, it includes a huge plate of fruits and a large refrigerator bag with drinks (they even put a couple of cans of beer, their Turkish)
The pool is clean, a cool children's room, the animators are great! They occupy children by 5+!
Of the minuses…
Hamam! Into which you are literally being dragged! This building is right on the way to the restaurant / to the beach / to the pool, there is no way around it at all! Plus, they still walk along the beach and really get it! I even agreed once to fuck off, they prescribed me massages for 30 thousand, and then I sent them away in a more rude form!
Perhaps this was the only thing that upset me during my vacation, everything else was cool!

The rooms are a little tired, the air conditioning is working, the cleaning is three, but that's not what we're going for. There are no problems with nutrition at all, a large selection of meat! It's important to me. In general, they are fed for slaughter, there is something to eat at any time (around the clock).
