I really liked the interior, but I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table to be available. We ordered and waited a very long time for our dishes, which the waiter warned us about in advance. There are a lot of customers and the kitchen is clearly not coping. A couple of dishes (draniki) that we ordered were over-salted. But since we were very hungry, and there was no time to re-order and wait for more than 40 minutes again, we ate what we brought. After eating, there was a feeling of thirst. My husband complained to the waiter about being too salty and asked for a glass of water, the waitress was unhappy that we didn't tell her right away, but she just wasn't in sight. The Kaza restaurant pleasantly surprised with its atmospheric interior and high level of service. All the staff really cares about their guests, which creates a sense of home comfort. The dishes were prepared with a soul — I especially liked the meat delicacies and original desserts. Each dish surprised with its taste and presentation. I will definitely come back here again! I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to have a pleasant evening!

In my opinion, the most delicious pancakes are only from the pan when there is a crust, but they are soft and salty. The chanterelles were rubbery and also salty. Pumpkin salad is only beautiful. It turns out that there are only a couple of slices of pumpkin and pear, and the base is a basin of arugula, and the pumpkin was fodder, the pear is not tasty. The only thing that was delicious was the tea. Here 's a star for them and a star for the service . The interior is interesting, but for an amateur it is gloomy, it causes a feeling of constriction and discomfort.

On September 20, 2024, we arrived in Brest in the evening after a tour of the palaces. I decided to walk around the center and saw an unusual Kaz restaurant with national cuisine. Of course, there were no seats on Friday evening, but the bartender kindly offered a place at the bar. And I didn't regret it for a second. Unfortunately, I did not remember the name, but the bartender told me everything in detail and what he offered turned out to be incredibly delicious - both a crambambula, and a salad with meat, and of course, pancakes with machanka. To top it all off, there is also live music, an excellent selection of songs and a luxurious soloist. In general, the evening of national cuisine was a success. The stewed beef cheeks, which should melt in your mouth, felt like yesterday's microwaved barbecue. But that's not the most unpleasant thing, the cheeks tasted even worse. The stale, rotten taste of this dish discouraged the desire not only to eat here, but even to drink, although the beer was excellent. Snails were ordered, but how to eat them if special forks (skewers) are not available in the restaurant. We ate like a collective farm with a regular fork. After about an hour and a half, we asked about salads, and it seemed that they had been forgotten about, and only after our question did they start cooking. In short, I give 3 out of 5. I do not recommend it to my friends, and I think I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone until the kitchen and all remaining processes are adjusted there. If a heavy workload, increased demand and first-come, first-served boarding are expected on May 1-9, then the processes in the kitchen should also be prepared for this. In short, the idea of the restaurant is great, the execution is not very good, I would advise you to choose another place for dinner.

Not a restaurant, but a lagging cafe. They wouldn't let us in with our little dog. If a guest comes to the establishment with a pet, he vouches for his behavior. Sometimes you're sitting in a restaurant, and the kids are running around and tearing up the room. But there are no restrictions for children. We found another place for dinner, we only walked a couple of minutes from Kaza.
There were no such problems in the morning either, we had breakfast in the restaurant, we were hospitably welcomed and brought water to our pet.
