Of the advantages:
There is a good territory, there is a children's room, but with a minimum of broken toys and torn books, there are swimming pools, it does not look bad
from the cons:
- bed linen with holes
-towels are dirty with stains
- the room is practically not cleaned, only the floor is washed and the bed is made
- for cleaning, questions when changing towels may not be given enough towels and then the reception will not even bring them at the request, I personally gave money to the cleaner to clean up, but it worked 1 time, then they also did not clean anything
- not tasty food, queues for eggs and omelets, all the pastries are stale, apparently they have been lying for weeks, we got bread for toast with mold, the tables are cleaned simply by throwing crumbs on the floor with a dirty rag, one day I was poisoned with something from breakfast, me and the child were bedridden for 2 days
The air conditioner in the room works like an airplane, you can't sleep with it at night, you can't open the window because of Mosquitoes, there are no nets

Great hotel. We chose it for its beautiful territory, equipped with 3 swimming pools, which we almost never visited))) Breakfasts are like everywhere else. Pastries, fruits, eggs, cereals, vegetables, sausages, cheeses, drinks. Nothing special, but it's enough to have a snack and go to the sea. Breakfast from 6-10 is from 2 to 6 Moscow time. The first days it was difficult to even wake up, not to walk) the rooms are spacious, clean, daily cleaning, the Filipino staff almost do not understand English, not that Russian, but it is not necessary. No one has canceled sign language yet, they understand everything) Wi-Fi in the room is paid, free at the reception. It's a decent 20-25 minutes walk to the sea, but there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to Kata Beach. You can always take a tuk tuk near the hotel and go to any beach. In 2021, the main building was completely rebuilt, but we haven't seen it yet))) we will definitely be back!)

From entertainment: pinpong, a bow with 2 arrows, and the second arrow appeared at the end of our vacation, in the evening cartoons in English with Russian subtitles are shown through the projector.

We went in February 2023, we stopped by without any problems, the room is spacious, air conditioning, safe, everything works. Breakfast is served in the morning, as in many hotels, the food is average. We didn't take lunches and dinners, so we didn't have to. It is located near the sea, near a bunch of cafes, a 7/11 store, prices are cheap. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory. Room cleaning is no problem.

Breakfast is included, but what else is needed in Thailand?! For lunches and dinners, there are a lot of options for every budget. I will not write about food, location- a lot has already been said about this. What I was worried about:
1) iron on request at the reception.
2) there is no dry cleaning in the hotel, there is somewhere outside the hotel nearby. I never got there. To be honest, I did not count on such waste and I did not have enough money. But if you run out of paper money, contact the guide. The rate is 0.33. That is: if you transfer 1000 rubles to a savings bank card, you will receive 330 baht. The course is not profitable, so I advise you to stock up on paperwork right away.
3) we were badly burned on the first day, be sure to smear +50! My son woke up like a Chinese, his whole face was swollen. They said the ambulance won't come if you're just going to die. I applied for insurance at the hospital, by the way, not far from the hotel near Kata beach. By taxi, 400 baht round trip is also 400 baht. Because he was also vomiting, I chose a taxi, for a tuk tuk 200 baht. Walk for 5 minutes at a brisk pace. I paid 1690 baht for the franchise (no one reimburses it) and 30 baht for the medicine , I think so 😅

We rested for 4 days, paid about 360 dollars. In my opinion, the hotel is not worth the money. The food is not varied, one solid onion in dishes or dishes made from onions. Everything is disassembled during breakfast, but the waiters do not have time to adjust it. The room was given without an extra bed, although we informed in advance that there were four of us with two children (the issue was resolved half an hour after arrival - at 23.00 - when it should have been resolved in advance). The room did not match the description - they took the Greenery room # 5001 with a view of the garden from 02/14/2023 to 02/18/2023 - there was no smell of a garden view, a view of the asphalt would be more correct to say. The water didn't go out in the sink, it just gathered water and poured onto the floor from the sink. The room is near the trash. Something similar to spider eggs that were found under the bed was falling out of the extra bed. That's about it. The place did not exactly meet expectations and is not worth the money, in my opinion.
I do not recommend it.
