I had a rest in March 2024. I liked the hotel. But ...Thai Sabai rules. There were three of us in the room. When asked to add a third glass, they smiled sweetly and replied OK. That was the end of it. It's nothing, of course. However... Good varied breakfasts, regular room cleaning. Smiling staff. Phuket is a Paradise on Earth! Sea, sun, fruits! Delicious Thai cuisine! I will live here for 10 days, the hotel did not disappoint) yes, everything is not new, in Thai in preserved condition, very large room, hot / cold water without problems and the air conditioner is very buzzing, but you can get used to it, large balconies) In the morning, birds singing, a beautiful view from the window, if you take a higher floor. Russian russians are there, there is a Russian manager at the reception, $ 100 deposit upon check-in (first time I come across 🤑) everything is at breakfast ) come with children, lots of pools, cozy and more or less clean, well-groomed! We stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks from March 15, together with a 3-year-old child.
The room was taken with a 2-tier bed, lived in the third building.
We have been to Tae many times, there is something to compare it with)
Let's start in order:
It takes about an hour to get from the airport. (An immediate plus).
We were checked in at 14.00, the rooms are large, but very old and tired (
Hard mattresses, half-beaten pillows, tired furniture, a refrigerator that cools poorly, a wildly noisy air conditioner and the cherry on the cake, a terrible bathtub that constantly leaked after every shower, I had to constantly wipe these puddles with a beach towel (
The bed linen and towels were changed, but they were clean but stained, which was not very pleasant.
There is a link to the hotel info in the room. There is a menu conflict in it (if you suddenly break something/ spoil it).
The audibility is high, absolutely everything is audible, the screams of children, endless parties under the windows and night bathing;(
Among the advantages on the balcony there is a dryer, two chairs, a table and an ashtray.
By the way, there is no soap, there is a dispenser with shampoo and shower gel, there is also a bottle opener in the bathtub)
The room opens with a key.
The cleaning is disgusting, the floors are not washed at all, the floor is covered with plaque, there is dust in the corners.
Massage parlor: Right here 5+ 👏 excellent service, prices and attitude)
Breakfasts: very meager, it was always the same, (scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon on request, pancakes, rolls, toast, a bunch of identical tasteless pieces of cupcakes, fruits (watermelon, dragon, pineapple) sometimes croissants, if you have time) baked fruits, fish soups, Thai noodles, rice, sausages, ham sausage, cheese must also be caught in time, sweet potatoes, 2 types of cereals and milk. The plates are often half-empty and you need to wait a long time for pancakes for a child, for example.
Beach: transfers to the beach go every 30 minutes, but from 10 o'clock to 14, in one direction, we rode it once.
It is decent to walk to the beach with a child for 20 minutes in the heat, as a rescue, take a scooter, there is enough parking, it was hard to walk for a week (
Kata beach is white sand, smooth approach, 2 sun beds and an umbrella 200 baht.
You can go to the beach by tuk/tuk the price is 200 baht to Kata/Kata-Noi/Caron or use the Bolt app with taxi)
The area: as we stayed, it became dirtier and dirtier, a lot of garbage, the bar in the pool is dirty, there are buns in the form of promotions for beer and cocktails (happy hours) They're delicious.
The kids' club is without staff, it's hot in it, you need to turn on the air conditioner yourself and sit with the child, there are a lot of broken toys.
The sandbox is in the sun, there are a lot of ants in it, there is a slide and toys. Children play in it early in the morning or in the evening already.
Cinema: as a plus, from 19-22, cartoons and movies are shown in English with Russian subtitles, there are not enough poufs for everyone, you will find out the repertoire in fact.
There are pin-pong balls you buy yourself, a bow with one arrow)
Sometimes life-size dolls walk around the territory (we saw a dinosaur).
Staff: the Thai staff is very polite, they smile at the child, they understand English poorly.
During our final week, an unpleasant situation occurred, the child leaned on the coffee table, which turned out to be very unstable and fell on top of the child and crashed. Fortunately, the child was not injured, only my hand was injured, which I cut while removing this miracle table from the child (a question to the administration of the family hotel, why they put such furniture separately. So after the situation happened, no one came up to us even to ask how the child was, the receptionist and the girls from the reception took a picture of the table and left, and they only asked us for the room number in order to issue an invoice later. The administration did not enter into a dialogue, there were no cameras in that area either, they could not provide me with a recording from the cameras.
As a result, 4280 baht per countertop. Keep in mind and be careful for your health!
By the way, the hotel does not accept union pay cards and when asked how to pay, they say, well, find an ATM =)
Summarizing all the above, it is possible for a short time, but! Dirty, noisy, far from everything.
By the way, the only one in the vicinity of 7/11 is always with queues, you have to go to restaurants.

The rooms are cleaned every day, but the time is not the same, then in the morning at 10, then at 16 it has not been cleaned yet. Since we rested for quite a long time, we had to change the bedding, although according to the regulations they would change it every day. It is convenient that there are 4 pools for adults (of different heating levels) and 2 pools for children. If you do not pay attention to the nuances, the hotel is worth the money.

I stayed at this hotel from December 10 to December 23, I really liked the hotel. The territory is large, green, there are several pools that are cleaned every morning. Room cleaning , replenishment of drinking water and coffee tea daily.
There are pleasant managers at the reception, there is a Russian employee, Olga, who will help solve any issue.
The food is good, it's better to come to breakfast early, then there are fewer people and more choice of dishes. There are fresh vegetables and fruits, muesli, soups, sausage, sausages , cheese, egg dishes, rice, noodles, pastries, jams, etc.
The Internet is free only in the lobby, it was enough to chat morning and evening with family and friends.
It is a 10-minute walk to the beach, 25 minutes to Karon Beach, 30 minutes to Kata Noi Beach. There are many cafes, shops, and travel agencies near the hotel.

I heard from the neighbors that they don't clean well.
But in our case, everything was very good.
Clean bed and fresh water every day. What else is needed? Normal breakfasts. One minus in a local restaurant on my birthday I asked for a glass of champagne for my champagne, they said that you need to pay for each glass of nonsense, I will pay for the order, it seems to me that this is enough.

A spacious hotel with a nice territory and pools to choose from. A huge plus is the location and infrastructure.
It is probably more suitable for a family holiday. The couple was also great - we liked it, we traveled a lot, and we relaxed perfectly between trips.
Kata is the nearest beach. There is a free shuttle service to it. We used to walk.
Life Hack #1. If we know that we will arrive much earlier than check-in.
We have prepared beach accessories in our hand luggage. We changed our clothes right away (there is a suitable bathroom with a shower near the first pool). We inspected the territory while waiting for the shuttle, and went to Katu. On the way from the beach, we found everything we needed: exchangers with a favorable rate, shops, cafes (at the same time we had lunch with tom-yam). Our luggage was waiting for us at the reception. We settled in quietly. It's more fun than waiting at the reception or in the lobby.
But not a single one)
We chose this hotel for its excellent territory and proximity to three good beaches.
For a change, you can walk in the other direction, creak the sand on Karon Beach.
And for Kata to Kata Noi beach. For the lamp atmosphere, and look after the villa on the coast)))
There are plenty of cafes and shops around the hotel for different tastes and budgets. Just around the corner from the entrance is a store with an interesting selection of shoes and accessories made of local brand leather. Bike rental is available at the entrance.
I was pleased with the room in the first building. The view from the 4th floor of the mountains and Big Buddha is especially good at dawn.
The room has everything you need. Clean (by Asian standards), cozy. A fairly spacious balcony (not on all floors) with a dryer, plus a table and chairs, has a view.
Responsive staff, promptly respond to requests. Olga was seen speaking Russian only once, but we found mutual understanding with the rest of the guys easily and cheerfully.
Life Hack #2. If we have not changed towels or water has not been supplied, we just call the reception - everything will be fine. Verified. That's why you need a landline phone. 😁
Breakfast. To some, they seem monotonous. But it's still a buffet. Yes, every morning, plus or minus the same choice, but it is the choice)) I tried something every day, and in two weeks I haven't tried everything. Life Hack #3. If you do not have everything included, you can have lunch and dinner outside the hotel. It's much more diverse and delicious this way. From makashnits to restaurants. And local cuisine, and European, and "Russian".
Wi-Fi. Paid is much more expensive than a package of gigs for a local SIM card. Free in the lobby - only for sophisticated masochists.
Life Hack #4. I bought an unlimited package of gigs for the required number of days for one SIM card in the nearest market. I distributed
WiFi to others. They also used it on trips to the islands. We live happily, we spread stories to the envy of our working colleagues, we communicate with our loved ones.
The territory is well maintained. There are enough pools, most vacationers occupy a heated one. A small fitness center, quite free in the morning.
In the evenings, the cinema on the grass entertains with foreign films and cartoons (especially lucky for those who speak the original language). And an additional charm on the territory from the backlight.
There is also a lot of life outside the territory in the evenings, we strolled, charged up the atmosphere and had dinner in different places.
For a troika in Tae, this is a very decent hotel, in several respects it is almost a four. In terms of price ratio with all the buns, this was the most worthy option at the time of purchase in 2019. I want to come back here.

The only disadvantage (for some reason, a plus for many) is the location. According to the map, it is directly opposite the sea. But it is necessary to go to the sea bypassing a huge fence (another hotel by the sea). 10-15 minutes. Maybe people who are not measured by children have no problems with this, but if you have a small child or worse, a stroller, then you will drag for a long time. And of course, this is relevant for pensioners. They weren't comfortable walking in the heat either (our neighbors are at the hotel). But the hotel is trying to get out of the situation, every day there are 2 or 3 shuttles from the hotel to the sea, but there are only three of them... and they don't go back, only there. That's how it is.

The hotel is significantly better than can be expected by its "stardom" and basic price tag. The area is not very bad, although not very well maintained. The bed linen is very good and is changed every day. The breakfasts are better than you would expect at 3*. The Internet is limited, it will not work from the room. Don't take a paid one - the connection is bad anyway. We did not use the pool - it seemed cold to us, we went to the sea, it took 15 minutes slowly. Beach towels are provided at the hotel and are also changed every day. There is a normal refrigerator in the room - keep an eye on its temperature controller, otherwise freeze everything. The staff is very friendly. The cleaning time is unpredictable, the indicators on the door "Clean the room" do not affect anything. Yes, they give bottled water every day. We used it for the kettle (there is in the room, and tea/coffee bags are brought every day) and for brushing teeth. It is better not to drink tap water and use it for oral hygiene. I recommend the hotel!

Excellent hotel in the price-quality section. We stayed there 3 times. For the first time on the ground floor with access to the pool. We didn't like this room. Plopping drunk from the balcony into the pool is of course a fun entertainment, but it quickly gets boring and becomes a problem from a fun entertainment. The constant dampness in the room from the water, the voices of people floating past your windows are heard and the drunken laughter of those who lingered by the pool until night is annoying. On the second visit, we categorically demanded a room at the farthest and highest. That was a thrill. The balcony is huge, there is nothing in front, so we spent our evenings naked on it and no one saw us. On the 5th floor there is always a breeze and a draft, no dampness and comfortable. The canteen is great if you go to the opening at 6:30 so as not to see pigs licking their fingers despite the napkins on each table, they collect food for fattening pigs so that it does not fit on the table, then they drag them to their rooms right in the plates leaving half half-eaten. Sitting at the next table with pigs loses your appetite, so breakfast is only at 6:30. Thank God Katya has an excellent analogue of Bangla Road and you can have dinner with anything, the only thing that upsets is that all the meat is sweet. Kata Beach is within walking distance and has not yet been completely polluted. If it is not possible to swim on the NaiHarna, then the Kata will do. In any case, there is no more place in Phuket that exceeds the number of advantages over disadvantages than this beach and this hotel
