We came from the Russian Federation to open a card. In Tashkent, they told us to wait at least 3 working days, which did not suit us. We went on a 1-day excursion to Samarkand, went to the branch and voila-in 1 hour the cards are in our hands. We continued to work even during the break! I definitely recommend it!
