A wonderful hotel. The food is very tasty. The two main restaurants are in the hotel and a fast food restaurant by the pool. There are several swimming pools on site, including a river pool with a small current. There is a water park with three slides and a children's pool for small children. Every evening there are various performances, concerts, contests, a children's disco. The entrance to the beach is rocky, so be sure to bring coral jackets and shoes to enter the water. Be sure to take a scuba diving mask, you can admire the variety of fish. There are several bars in the hotel and on the territory - 6 of them with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can drink brewed coffee in the lobby bar on the second floor. Ice cream can be obtained 2 times a day at the main pool.
The rooms are good, larger than in similar hotels. Our family really enjoyed their stay at this hotel. I recommend it for visiting and relaxing

The hotel itself and the rooms inside are very nice. The territory is generally not bad. The pools on the territory are good. But here's what I really didn't like, it can be said that there is a bad beach in everything: 1) Bad entry into the water (the shore was simply filled with some kind of concrete). In the end, algae appeared on this concrete and it became how much, 2) Toli beach, sandy toli pebbles, but in general it is not very pleasant to walk barefoot, 3) Dirty water (different garbage floated every other day and almost every day there was muddy water), 4) When you swim with your feet you touch, and sometimes you can even hurt it will hit some giant boulders lying on the bottom (at a depth too). I still came here to the sea, but the sea itself upset me.

We stayed at this hotel from October 14th to October 24th. A large company of 7 adults and 6 children. We arrived early in the morning. We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 a.m. We drove approximately 2 hours from the airport. We settled in immediately for an additional payment of $ 20. The rooms were given nearby.
Hotel. In principle, the hotel is normal, not tired, there are not big shoals, but they are not particularly visible. The standard room is large. Two adults and two children were accommodated. One double bed with a good mattress. One desk and a folding chair.
Food. There have always been two types of fish, chicken, turkey, lamb and beef in various toasts. In principle, the fish was cooked well. The meat is fatty. Mashed potatoes are not bad for the first time in Turkey. And the most amazing thing is semolina and rice porridge. Manna was sometimes quite successful. The rest is as usual side dishes and salads. Once a week they make rolls, they are disgusting as well as mussels.
Alcohol. Cocktails don't taste good at all. The beer is not bad. Whiskey red label, passport scotch, grants. I haven't tried anything else. The juices are powdered. Bottled sodas. Coffee in a couple of places is not bad.
The pools and the water park are decent, everything is clean, but at the end of October it's a little cold to swim in them.
Animation. There are all kinds of shows every day. There was a foam party for the children a couple of times in the afternoon. There was also karaoke a couple of times. Of the minuses, they did not play volleyball, although there is a playground.
Beach. But honestly, he's creepy. The entrance is a slab with holes, but if you like to swim with glasses there are a lot of fish and crabs. Our kids got away with it.
Weather. The middle of October is a little cold, but from the morning of 18 it warms up by 11-12 o'clock. It gets colder after sunset. Almost everyone had snot. It is necessary to wear a sweater or hoodie. Well, Turkey itself has risen in price.

Good day to all! Honestly, friends, for this money you can find a much better hotel. Personally, I was led to good reviews from last year and the year before last, since we booked in January. And the travel agent said that for that kind of money, you can't find a hotel of this level. I don't know what she meant by the level, last year for less money we went to a much better hotel (by the way, 270 000 rubles, for booking in almost 5 months). Okay, let's start in order.
We arrived early in the morning (we got from the airport about 2 hours), we were perfectly greeted, sent for breakfast, and when we returned we were offered to take a family room instead of the standard with an additional payment of $ 50 (it seems that family rooms were not in demand, since the price is reasonable and we agreed). Then the interesting thing began: Wi-Fi is paid and it is in the ultra all inclusive hotel. Honestly, we have not seen this yet - 1 euro per day for one device. The safe is paid - 2 euros per day. So count it - plus 50 euros for what is already paid....It's very unpleasant. And, however, for the particularly greedy or poor there is an option: you can connect free Internet for one hour a day, works at the reception-))))) Well, have you ever seen this somewhere? Hilarious-)))))
Room: we liked it, the furniture is good, the fittings are of high quality, everything is clean and tidy. One minus - the door to the balcony did not close tightly and since we had a view of the pools, we heard everything that was happening there very well both day and night, and of course the mosque-)))) They cleaned every day, and the towels were also changed. The toilet smelled all the time of something incomprehensible, as if the extractor hood from the kitchen was somehow connected to it. They put only water in the refrigerator, 3 bottles a day, although there are 4 of us.
Food: a lot of everything, but without frills. It's like everywhere else, nothing special. The fish was really very tasty every day, there were no soups, the milk porridge was disgusting, but in general it was not bad. Even on a fish day, don't expect delicacies, no squid, no crayfish (latest photos from 2022), no mussels... nothing like that. There are a lot of desserts, but there are few tasty ones. From fruits: apples, watermelons, bananas are very rare, strawberries never (although the season is), nectarines are not ripe, apricots are unripe-)))) The Turkish night was distinguished by its beautiful decoration and music at the entrance... the food was the same-)))) Well, I would like to say separately about alcohol: cocktails can't be prepared in more than one bar, it's just a disgusting mess, the beer is normal, the wine is disgusting. If you want normal alcohol, pay, it is not included in the price. And I know many people will think that we are greedy majors who went to the super fives before, but then decided to save money. I hasten to disappoint, we always went to budget hotels, but this is really the bottom-)))) One of the advantages for coffee lovers: coffee machines are everywhere and available at any time of the day. The coffee is really delicious.
Territory: very little greenery and beautiful plants, there is practically nowhere to take a picture, most of the free territory is a mangy, shitty field. There is a living area. Well, it's certainly wonderful that children in the children's room can communicate with animals... but unfortunately, we have one child who is already an adult for this club, and the second one has not grown up. As a result, we observed this very fragrant corner from a distance. Although during the animation, you can't hide from the smell on the left side if you sit down. There's a really strong stench and dirt. In the morning, they walk goats in a mangy field. A peacock often walks around the playground. I would like to separately note the cleaning of the territory: if you are early risers, get ready to contemplate the shitty territory in the morning. Pizza slices on the sun beds, empty bottles all over the place, glasses, plates, underpants and so on. This is the norm for this hotel at 8 - 9 a.m. The cleaner crawls out after 10 and starts lazily rowing the garbage, skipping half. I understand that there are a lot of people and they are piggy, but usually hotels are cleaned from 5-6 in the morning. There are several shops outside the hotel, which are quite normal. It seems that Konakly is not far away, but we did not go there. We bought everything here.
The beach: oh, this is generally the worst place in the hotel. Most of the beach is tilted, it is almost always dirty (it is cleaned even less often than on the territory). First comes the sand, then the large pebbles, and then the slabs. I know many people wrote about the plates, but I didn't understand what they were about until I saw them. The whole bottom is a solid slab. And it is not uniform, that is, there are fractures, holes into which the leg can fall knee-deep. After a few meters from the shore, you can get up and find yourself in waist-deep water, and go 50 cm to the left or right with your head under water. In general, no corals will save you from wounds if your leg falls through. The only thing that saved me was that I always swim at the buoys, but my son came with cut legs and this fate did not pass my husband. There are water activities, but they have such a price that it's just ridiculous, for example, a banana of 30 euros-)))) they also throw it off at the end.
Water park and swimming pools: the slides are good, the eldest son appreciated, worn out panties to holes-)))) The lazy river is also super, 4 hours a day is enough. There are practically no free sun beds near the water park from 10, you need to borrow at 8. The pools have the same story - they are occupied in the evening. There are always a lot of people and a crowd. There is no such excitement on the beach.
I would like to say separately about smoking: you can smoke everywhere - on the balcony, on the sun beds near the children's pool, at the water park, near adult pools and even in a restaurant on the street. This is the norm here. And no one gives a shit about non-smokers and children who breathe it. However, they say that this year it is the same in all hotels. I don't know if it's true or not, but I was in deep shock watching a German family in a dining room of 2 adults and 2 children, where both adults were smoking at the children. The hotel is generally aimed at foreign tourists (90 percent of them here) for whom 1 euro is like 1 ruble for us, they constantly and everywhere smoke and eat fast food endlessly (by the way, French fries, nuggets, and onion rings are given for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and half a day hamburgers.
The animation is quite interesting, then there was live music or karaoke, everything ends at 11. There is a disco for up to 2 with paid alcohol. My husband looked in for the sake of interest, there beer costs 3 euros and then incrementally up to 10 euros and there are no people at all. They do gymnastics in the morning. It is not for everyone - one stretch, after 40 years you can not straighten up. Somewhere in 11630 there is aqua aerobics, too, there is nothing to talk about, it's better to just swim, it's more useful.
It seems to have written everything-)))) And one more nuance: foreigners dragged a lot of different food from the restaurant, in plates. Then, apparently, these plates interfered with them in the room and they did not bother to put them on the floor at the door, with food. We didn't take anything for the whole vacation, but on the last day we decided to take a pizza sliced with cheese on the road. In the plate, because it was hot. And what do you think? We were stopped at the door with almost obscenities that the plates could not be taken out. And while I was running around with a container, three foreigners passed by this guard....Yes, with plates. We draw conclusions, gentlemen))))
I want to add in conclusion: it is better to look for another hotel, and if you have already booked - good luck!-))))

The family and the child had a rest in April 2024. We drove 2.5 hours from the airport, arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. No one is waiting at the entrance. They filled out a questionnaire, put on bracelets, and immediately gave me a number. Of course, they offered to pay extra for a family room, we refused. I wrote to the hotel in advance asking for a room on a high floor, they gave it on the ground floor. But since he was actually the fourth, they did not change him. The room itself is quite spacious, there is enough space for three, clean. The air conditioner did not work, it was fixed within an hour, promptly. Slippers were requested additionally, there are no bathrobes at all, soap-snout in bubbles. They were not replenished every day. The mini bar is only water. The cleaning is more than mediocre.The noise insulation is zero, you can even hear the neighbors talking. The territory is quite large, well-groomed, except for a bald lawn in the middle, spoils the whole view. The beach is not very nice, it looks somehow unkempt, although it is equipped with everything necessary. Stones and corals entering the sea save the situation, but you still need to be careful.
The water park is good, the children like it. The river is also super. It is difficult to find sun loungers by the pool and the water park after 10 o'clock, there is always one on the beach.
Bars are at every turn, alcohol flows like a river. Alcohol is not bad, but cocktails are mostly paid. Of the free whiskey-Cola, mahito and a couple of others. There are martinis, baileys, apirolles, champagne, but all for the money. The red wine is terrible. Freshly squeezed juices are also paid.
The food did not produce any wow effect. As everywhere, nothing supernatural. The choice is large, but monotonous, repeats every day. There is meat, mainly stew, chicken, turkey, fish. A lot of spicy dishes, if you don't like them, then carefully.There is no seafood, only fish. Lots of fast food. It's a Turkish night on Friday. It does not differ much from an ordinary day, the only thing was that a kebab was fried on this day, on other days it was not. It was fish day on Monday, too, nothing special, there were no seafood delicacies. There are a lot of sweets, they are beautiful, but they don't taste very good. Baklava was only on Friday. Delicious gozleme. There is a night soup. Ice cream twice a day in a package, delicious. There is ayran, a good one. In general, we were hungry, but nothing special.
The Internet is only paid, 1 euro per day per device. Catches well, everywhere.There is no free service even in lobi. You can only connect for one hour per day.
Animation is not intrusive, entertainment is like everywhere else, in the evening of the show. The kids' club was working, they were painting, making beads, the kid liked it. You can color a football, a bag, a pencil case-15 euros. Mini disco in the evening. There are electric cars, slot machines, but also, of course, for a fee. There was a foam party once. The staff is nimble, friendly, the sellers are not clingy.
The hotel is big, there are a lot of people, it's noisy. The contingent is mainly Europeans, all families with children. There are a lot of drunks, they arrange fights, even fights. The police are coming. Partying, noise and music until morning.
The location is poor, there is nothing around, just a couple of shops with very overpriced prices. The market comes on Sundays, don't even waste time on it. There is nowhere to buy fruit either. The nearest pharmacy is a 20-minute walk away. There are no exchangers. You can drive to Konakla or Alanya. Bus 50 stops right at the entrance of the hotel. The cost is 20 liras to Konakla.
I was a little disappointed, I expected more. If you want a calm, quiet holiday, then definitely not here. The hotel is not a beach hotel, I want the sea. And there are a lot of paid options for ultra all inclusive. Even what should be provided for free under this system.

I stayed at this hotel from 11.05 to 05.21.2022. I really liked the hotel. Everything is just great. Delicious food thanks to the chefs..🤩😋Chicken and fish were especially delicious .Rooms with balconies.There was a clothes dryer on my balcony, which pleased me immensely.Room cleaning is quite good, for a dollar they will also make interesting "sculptures out of towels and decorate them with flowers.The territory is well maintained and there is a place to make a couple of beautiful shots.The beach is also clean and the garbage is cleaned several times a day.The staff understands Russian a little bit, and if they don't understand it, they willingly agree to study.The animation is just super.The Turks are very incendiary with animation (archery, darts and of course bocce).And the Russian girls Dasha and Lisa are trying very hard to adequately do morning exercises and aqua aerobics.And they're great at it. Also, cool children's animators Yasmin and Svetlana do not let children get bored.Any problems that arose were solved through the reception staff in the blink of an eye, which I have never seen before, and I travel often.. Nevertheless, we found two Russians, but again they were not always on the ground. Then, of course, Russian-speaking employees came across on the beach. There are a lot of foreigners. There were few Russians. When checking in, they forgot about us, explained that there was some kind of mistake and because of this our questionnaires were postponed indefinitely, at which we approached the reception more than once and clarified when we would be checked in. We waited patiently until 14:00, but after that we started to get nervous. We were driven from the airport for 5 hours. We bought an excursion from the tour operator Biblio Globus in Pamukal, Honestly I cursed everything that I even agreed to the tour. We were assured that the journey would take 2 hours to reach the place. As a result, we left at 1:30 a.m. and arrived at 12 a.m., the road there is 7 hours and back is 8 hours. A day has been lost and the money is not small.

Vacation with family.
The family rested at the Kahya resort avkva spa hotel from 08/16/26/2021. 3 adults and a child of 10 years old.
We settled in quickly by filling out the questionnaires.
The room was a family room. Two rooms, each with a TV, safe,refrigerator,air conditioning, and other pieces of furniture. There is a table with chairs and a dryer on the balcony. The air conditioner worked properly and did not blow directly, which did not prevent you from sleeping and not getting sick.
The bathroom is normal. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed and shampoos, bottled water, etc. were replenished. The bed linen was changed 2 times a week. The maids pampered us with bedspread compositions, which delighted my grandson.
Beach towels were taken at the spa, exchanged for cards. The spa offered massages. Trial, with foam washing and peeling in the hammam, after a massage. The grandson was provided with a bonus service.
I liked the massage for the price and quality, which we took extra daily, before departure.
The hotel consists of two complexes. Connected by a transparent corridor. There are bars in both buildings and the restaurant is shared and according to the ala map, where you need to make an appointment in advance.
The communal restaurant is large, and the tables are also located on an open shady area.
You can compose songs about the dishes in the restaurant. What is not there! Meat, fish, bird dishes! Mutton, beef, quail, turkey, lamb on a spit. Tongues, crayfish mountains. Mussels, shrimps and a variety of fish. All this is cooked in different flavors, shapes and types. I'm a gourmet in meat and fish dishes, I can't always be pleased), I'm pleased here!
About baked goods and confectionery, this is a separate topic. It is not possible to list them. Even though I don't have a sweet tooth and I have diabetes, but I broke down! After all, you can't pass by such beauty! It tastes like you can swallow your tongue! Various sauces, molasses, chocolate and honey in liquid form, honey in honeycombs.
For fast food lovers. Burgers, nuggets, onion rings, and side dishes are also varied.

But everyone loved the water park with slides and the lazy river. From where neither children nor adults could be torn away, an aquabar also works there. You can relax in the river, it carries you around the circle of the water park.
You can walk to the sea through the hotel and walk through a cool tunnel, along which a road runs from above. And immediately you find yourself on the beach.
There is also a bar on the beach, where, in addition to drinks, you can eat a full meal. In addition to fast food, you will have a fish fried in front of you. If you overslept breakfast, then snack bars and other bars open at 11-30. I liked the cutlet in the burgers, it feels like real meat, although I'm not a fan of fast food. But the grandson was having fun. There are also nightspots where you can eat a light soup. My daughter liked it, she tried it several times. While my grandson and I were sleeping). You definitely won't be hungry. Food, almost around the clock. Fruits, watermelons, melons, mountains. Every other day they gave ice cream, not to everyone in the hand, but as much as you want.
There are changing rooms and washing facilities in several places. And on the territory of the hotel too. The beach is provided by the guys from Water Sports, various water attractions. My daughter, grandson, and I went for a parachute ride. It was an unforgettable pleasure!
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, fruit trees grow. A peacock and peacocks are walking. Cockerel and cats, walking by themselves.

We rested from 06/25/2021 to 07/05/2021. I really liked the hotel. Excellent spacious rooms, cleaned every day. Wonderful meat food (turkey, chicken, beef), all kinds of stews, fruits (melon, watermelons, apples, pears, plums, peaches, apricots, nectarines, grapes, oranges, grapefruits), various desserts, ice cream three times a week - the children ate heartily.The only thing about the fish was that everything was monotonous, it was practically not taken, it was bony. Responsive staff. The sea is clean, the approach is difficult - on pebbles, there were always enough sun beds on the beach and near the pool. One of the disadvantages is the strange empty green lawns with a sufficiently large territory. I probably didn't have enough tennis alleys for a walk, palm trees, more flowers, but in general everything is very, very good! I recommend.

We had a family vacation in July 2021. Comparing with other hotels, we definitely won't eat at this one anymore. Nobody needs anything, the attitude is terrible, the staff does not understand Russian at all. It all started with the fact that when we checked in, they wanted to put three of us in a two-bed room, the tables in the restaurant are not cleaned at all, the dishes are dirty, the vegetables smell rotten, only everything is decorated beautifully and everything, near the pools is also shit, the territory is very large, there are a lot of people, but there is no staff. Sellers of photo services with a parrot deceive us by considering Russians to be greedy creatures. During our vacation, my son fell ill on the third day, they did not know how to stop vomiting and diarrhea, the doctor sitting there also did not understand a word of Russian. Nothing is being processed. I didn't see any animation or entertainment for children there. Of all of them, only one young guy working at the reception could help us. In general, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I very rarely write reviews, but I just wanted to! Choosing a hotel, 2 adults and 2 children stayed at the Kahya Aqua Resort, as this hotel has a high rating and a lot of positive reviews! We rested from 06.10.2021 to 17.10.2021 and what I want to say:
- The hotel is large, two buildings, we were settled in the second building of the standard room and at the same time there were only 3 pillows and 2 blankets in the room for 4 people! We asked for accessories for a day and only after a scandal at the reception did they finally hear us! The room is cleaned every day, but it's hard to call it Cleaning, a lot of hair, dust, dried fruits are lying under the bed, they probably don't clean it at all, they don't wash the toilet at all, they just change towels and throw new shampoos!
- The restaurant is a separate topic! The dishes are dirty, there are dried cakes in the forks, lipstick on the tea glasses, the refrigerators in which there is water are so stained that it is disgusting to touch! During the meal, the waiters drive with some carts collecting half-eaten food in them, the carts themselves are dirty and it is very unpleasant when you eat next to you there is this garbage collector from where it smells terrible! Everyone smokes at the tables on the territory, it's not a pleasant moment when you have breakfast with young children and smoke at the next table and all the smoke is coming at you!!!
-Everyone carries food to the rooms, you get up in the morning and there are a lot of dirty dishes with half-eaten salads and fruits in the corridors on the floors...It's an unpleasant sight!
- Sun beds and tables by the pools are also poorly cleaned, half-eaten food and dirty glasses can stand until the evening even if the sun beds are already free! Dirty socks, paper, etc. are left on the sun beds (of course, these are pig tourists), but she can lie there for several days! They also smoke on sun beds, it's not very pleasant to sunbathe and breathe smoke!
-Animation is not about anything at all, children are not really interested, two songs and handing T-shirts to those who drew, that's the whole animation! They do not play games with children, they do not dance, there are absolutely no contests for them with small gifts to the winners! Animation for adults is more or less interesting!
The cons are probably everything, but for me they are so enough that there is no need to go here anymore, and even more so to advise someone!
Positive:
-Large swimming pools, lots of slides for children and adults, a large area. They give you free ice cream once or twice a week.
Result:
It is completely unclear to me where the hotel has such a high rating, there are a lot of people living, there are not enough staff, Cleaning is at a minimum....I do not recommend this hotel!

We are still resting here. We stopped by late in the evening on July 15 (thanks to the downpour in Sheremetyevo, which delayed the flight for 2 hours). I must say right away - we took the hotel through Pegasus Tourism. I do not recommend getting involved with excursions because of this: a continuous pumping out of money. Gulsana talked about them so much that we were sure that we would be satisfied. And in the end… They took me to the Church of St. George the Victorious and I thought they wouldn't let me out until I bought an icon for $ 135. The red price for it is $ 1, and it is given out for silver with gilding. They took me to the cave and didn't even explain what was special about it. A cave is like a cave. It's just a very long walk to the end and nothing special. Some kind of olive palace is just a place where they SELL oils, syrups and sweets at exorbitant prices! They don't pick olives there, don't get fooled! A sightseeing tour is just disembarking passengers at the funicular and that's it. Then the tourists themselves have to wander and understand where they are going and why. Yes, thanks for the views! But this view can be viewed for much less money.
You can go to Land of legends. Suitable for both children and adults. The local Disney Land. There are not long queues for the rides at all. You can easily get on any slide.
There are no complaints about the hotel at all. An excellent Russian-speaking porter, Emre, will tell you about everything! It is never a pity to tip him 5-10 lire. The pools are always clean! The room is cleaned every day! If you leave a tip for the maid, then blankets in the room will be made in the form of swans or make beautiful shapes out of them. Hotel visitors are not forced to wear masks. Only the staff wears them. At the Moscow airport, the chances of catching coronavirus are many times greater.
By the way, there is always an opportunity to improve the room for a small additional fee. We took a Family room with an additional charge of $150 for 12 nights.
Going to sea is really not very good. Although the stones are round and mostly flat, you can kill your feet at the first entrance. Be careful. There is an underground passage to the sea directly from the hotel from the water slides - it is very convenient. There are always plenty of free deck chairs. The beach bar is open from 11:30 to 16:00. There is food (burgers, chicken, fish, pasta, French fries and onion rings) and various drinks. Everything is free!
Sun loungers by the pools have been occupied since the opening of the Spa (towels are provided there for bathing), that is, from 8:30. They just throw towels on a chaise longue or some things. At 10 a.m., there are no more free sun loungers by the pools. But you can borrow sun loungers by the water slides.
The hotel is far from the city. There is not much place to walk. The city of Konakli is located nearby. There's probably everything there. Credit cards are accepted everywhere.
By the way, the first bus stop from the airport is a platform where money is also pumped out of you to the maximum. Shawarma is sold for 50 liras. This is about 500 rubles. For a completely tasteless and very meager and mediocre shawarma. The journey will take about 2.5 hours. It's better to take some bars with you on the plane.
Don't forget to book a table at the restaurant upon arrival. For vacationers less than 14 days, 1 table reservation is available. For vacationers over 14 days, 2 reservations are available. For some reason, no one here reminds me of this.
The food is often sooo salty. This is especially true for meat. In principle, they do not know how to cook meat here. I'm not talking about the hotel, but in general about the country as a whole. And I ate the most tasteless eggplants in this hotel. There are bones in the mutton.
By the way, we got to Eid al-Adha. The hotel hosted a grand fish dinner. The fish was cold and hot smoked, stuffed mussels in shells, salmon rolls and so on. Tables outside for dinner are already occupied at 18. Dinner starts at 18:30. The elevator has a schedule for the most popular time for eating. Choose more freely, otherwise there will be a problem with the table. The staff is very friendly and tries to help. He even offers to bring drinks to your table.
Will I come here again? Of course! There are few Russians, many Germans, Czechs and Arabs. Stay away from the Arabs. Many of them are very arrogant and piggish anywhere. Although of course there are perfectly polite ones among them. But the brazen ones will easily sit on your chaise longue and take away the table on which your things are lying.
Disco every day until 23:00 on the street. It can be heard in all rooms. After 23:00 it's already inside. The territory is clean and well maintained. Yes, there is a big after and I still didn't understand what it was for, but children can run and jump there. The variety of food is simply amazing! But the cakes are all for the same taste. In Turkey, more than 10 times, always at 4 and 5*, our tour is from 16.10 to 29.10, that is, the end of the season, but, you must agree, this in no way should be reflected in the quality and volume of services provided, especially if these services are paid for. I honestly do not understand those who wrote a positive review about this hotel, misleading other people, there can be no question of any 5*. I'll start with the fact that all Russians are settled in the second building, from the window of which there is a noisy highway, an unloading area, motorcycles, and a mosque in which singing is performed several times a day. In response to requests to relocate, we were offered to pay 10 euros per day, which we refused, since we did not have an extra 140 euros, and in general we saw such an outrage for the first time, on the second day they offered to pay 20 dollars, as a result they relocated for free, realizing that they could not earn money for us. Communicating with other tourists, we learned that this scheme is used by all employees of the reception, the management is probably aware.
The entire territory of the hotel is not well maintained, there are some cracks everywhere, chips, dust, dirt, cobwebs on chandeliers, dirty windows, doors, carpets are all stained, garbage cans are overflowing everywhere, I even saw dried traces of blood in the elevator.
The only advantage of this hotel is the food, there is a lot of it, it is diverse, even I would say bloated, but if, for example, there is a themed fish dinner at the hotel, and you come not at 6.30 , but at 7, alas, there will only be gnawed fish on the tables, and none of the kitchen workers will change the gnawed one the skeleton of a fish will not put a whole one, that is, the principle: whoever managed to eat, ate and did not care that only those who came by 6.30 had time to eat something delicious.
The sea is disgusting, the approach is terrible, either the legs hurt, or only the shoes, almost the whole vacation it is cloudy, with some kind of garbage The beach area is very small.
The pool is icy and dirty, some dry leaves, hair, and a wild smell of chlorine are floating.
The attitude of the staff to tourists is about nothing: the bartenders pretend that they do not know the Russian language, the cocktails that they made can not be called anything other than burda, it was not possible to drink a children's cocktail at all. Some general manager went and took away fruits from people yesterday, which people took to children or themselves, just went up to the tables, grabbed the fruits and threw them in the trash, I've never seen such an attitude towards hotel guests anywhere, couldn't you just ask to remove the fruits, it's better to throw them in the trash.
Well, the cherry on the cake:
we arrived for 2 weeks on an all-inclusive system, that is, we expected that in the evening we could sit at the bar, if we wanted to drink something. So on the second day of vacation, in all the bars of the hotel, we were told that only wine (sour) , vodka and gin were among the drinks. Whiskey, rum, tequila, everything that is in any decent hotel was missing in this hotel, we were told in plain text:It's over and probably won't happen again. A few days later, the gin and sprite ran out. This is with a full hotel of 800 people!!!!That is, in fact, we did not pay for all inclusive, but for a boarding house with three meals a day, I consider this a deception and not a high-quality provision of services, if you have run out, then go and buy, or compensate tourists for unproven services!!!! There is one conclusion: all reviews are registered, no adequate person can write a positive review about this hotel. This is the worst hotel we have stayed in for many years in Turkey!!!!

As for cleanliness, it's a complete failure, such dirt, glasses and mugs are not washed, not wiped, tables in the restaurant after eating are wiped with tablecloths that lie on the tables and put back the same, sometimes greasy ones. They walk right there with "garbage trucks", these are carts where dirty dishes and half-eaten food are put. The tables are covered in blunders and stains, the staff without masks and gloves, wow, it's creepy.
The snack bar is nicer, and the appliances are disposable and the staff are wearing masks and gloves, and everything is behind glass, there are no complaints.
Ala-Kart is good, this is the only day for which I can respond perfectly, tasty, satisfying, beautiful.
Alcohol is fast, cocktails are scarce, ugh, for 5. There is also a paid hammam. As for the room, the room is good, but there are no slippers, they are paid. Fantan at the entrance, not fantan at all😅
In general, the hotel pulls only on a solid 3-4, no more.
I don't recommend it, and I definitely won't go anymore.

There is a gym, sports events, animators assemble teams, morning exercises, even yoga, and a lot of other things. In general, there is always something to do for active people. If it is important for someone, then there are no bathrobes and slippers in the rooms, there is not a single iron in the entire hotel! Wi-Fi worked great even in the room. We communicated with our relatives via video link without any problems. of the cons.. At the beginning of May, the hotel was fully occupied, there were no available rooms. We had a rest in the middle of June. The hotel is very nice. On 5. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the beds/cabinets are moved every cleaning. Animation for 5+. Children's room for 6))). There was tall grass near the children's pool, I asked to cut it - it was done on the same day. Yes, there is a flaw with landscaping - lawns and shrubs are crowded. There is only one gardener for the entire area of the hotel, and it is huge! He's trying, but one person obviously can't handle such an area. This flaw surprised me, because of course I want to see the beauty of nature, and not neglected "vegetable gardens". Otherwise, everything is fine. There is plenty of entertainment!!!!! The child fell in love with archery. They were allowed with difficulty. Children are not allowed ((I had to cheat - my dad was walking, and my son was next to me)
There are a lot of fruits. Plus, you can bribe on the territory. In general, the food was excellent!!!! Chefs of the highest category!!!! There was even a jelly!)) VERY tasty! I was surprised. The cuisine was so delicious and varied, just unexpected. Although I personally am VERY selective in my food. But I liked almost everything here! One minus is that I got better ((( a 5-year-old child also ate a lot. There are many different drinks. The slides are diverse. I really liked the lazy river. Yes, I almost forgot - everyone was scared by a room with a view of the mosque. But we were offered check-in after 20 minutes, or wait, but then not at the mosque. We agreed with the view of the mosque. We have never regretted it. The windows looked out at the sunset. A part of the sea was visible. In the evening, the view is impossible to take your eyes off. The mosque only added color to this background. Sometimes she opened the balcony on purpose to listen. We are in Turkey - why not "take a dip")). In general, I was pleased with this arrangement. The sea is also good. Yes, there were splinters and leaves floating. But not garbage in the sense of the word. But this is the sea, not the pool. When the sea was calmer, there were no sticks. By the way, it's close to the sea, via an underground passage. It feels like the first line, since you don't actually leave the territory.

We had a great vacation at this hotel.
Pros: Decent clean rooms with everything you need, cleaning every day, bows from bedspreads, swans from towels every day. The food is varied, everyone will find it to their liking, both for kids and adults. We should also mention the water park. There are many slides, many pools, its own river, good animation. The sea is nearby, the beach is pebbly.
Cons: the safe is paid, there is a stove in the sea, you can stand on the stones, the sea is transparent, you can see them, but you can also hit your feet. The disco is very late from 00.00 to 3.00, i.e. from 22 to 00.00 there is nothing to do, you have to wait...The evening programs were poor, there was no circus, no foam party.
But in general, the disadvantages did not spoil the impression, it can be worse.
