We had lunch at this institution. I was surprised by the large number of tables, 2 floors, not a lot of tanks, live music in the evenings. We took one lunch (salad 2 spoons, borscht, mashed potatoes with goulash, 2 slices of bread, tea) - 350 rubles very tasty, like at grandma's house) we also took round khachapur + fried trout (450 grams for about 1000 rubles) . Above all praise, I really liked it. Fast service, clean tables. Of the minuses to update tables, sofas (outdated furniture).

We had a rest in May, walked along the embankment and decided to go to a cafe for dinner. We settled at an empty table, the waitress came up and asked us to move to a smaller table, as if people were coming now, and the table we sat at was for a large company, not for two people. We asked the question why there are two girls sitting at the next table, and we shouldn't be sitting at a similar table. The waitress said the girls would leave now. But the girls weren't even going to leave. They left us at the table and did not move us to a small table. The crowds did not come.
We ordered a boat, homemade wine and snacks.
The homemade wine is terrible. We tried it, it tastes like braga.
The boat is delicious, the snacks are ordinary, nothing special. They cook better in other places.
I'll give you one star for live music.

We saw a lot of reviews and high praise — we decided to go. We did not understand how such an assessment was formed. The food is mediocre, the prices are high. Lamb kebab, fried flounder, tea and 150 ml of chacha cost 3,000. And it would be fine if it was awesome delicious, but no.
The service is good, the waiters are polite, and this is perhaps the only advantage of this place.

The waitresses are nervous and aggressive, they ruined the whole impression of the place, but I think it's because of the heavy workload, the heat and the loud music. I measured 90 decebels , it is not possible to communicate, I wanted to leave as soon as possible. The bills were waited for 15 minutes, three waitresses were told, either they did not hear or ignored, I went to the administrator. The bill includes 10%. Zhemchuzhina is the first cafe that we decided to visit when we arrived in Gagra, because the reviews are good - we were very sorry.
On the positive side, I would like to mention the stunning view and live music, but, unfortunately, the staff of this institution ruined everything.
We did not expect a high level of service, but we were frankly surprised by THIS attitude: the dishes on the bill are written by hand and we could not make out the handwriting of the waitress. When she came to pick up the payment, we asked again what was written in the invoice, we couldn't make it out. In response, the waitress shouted: we ate something and wrote it down!
When we left the restaurant, we passed her and another waitress, to whom, pointing at us, she once again loudly and more rudely informed: "They got drunk, then I wrote it down to them."
As for the dishes: the shish kebab is rubber, the wine is terribly sour, the khachapur boat is burnt.

The Pearl is just a zero with a minus. We stopped for an hour to drink beer from the beach.The waitress behaved inappropriately right away, brought us drinks, did not open them. I had to wait for her and call her. After being asked to open it, I opened two bottles out of three. She told us that we hadn't ordered enough. Three beers, pistachios and Cola were ordered for the children. She said that there are few places and now customers will go, apparently more "rich" than us)) I will note right away, we were well and neatly dressed, we did not come under a scarf and for a short time, and not with wet butts, as tourists from the beach can come. In the end, she threw the bill to us in a plastic cup on the table.In general, keep in mind, if you are not a liquid by the decision of the waiter, then you should not come to this institution. It's a good place, they cook with a soul. A boat-you can lick your fingers, a lamb kebab-melts in your mouth. My daughter ordered pasta with seafood-she was delighted! THEY CHEAT IN THE EYES!! We came together with a friend, I ordered a barbecue, the menu indicated 100g 170 rubles. I told the waitress that I was 170 3 times, pointing my finger at the menu that 100grams. As a result, they brought me 3 plates of shish kebab, to which I asked "what is it that costs 170 rubles?" they smiled sweetly and nodded at me in response. As a result, they brought a receipt for 1 kg of barbecue for 1530 rubles!!! At the same time, they took salads and cocktails. 2 plates of shish kebab were still untouched , I refused to pay, the waitress began to tearfully ask to pay. I asked to call the administrator, after 10 minutes I was offered to buy one portion out of two, take it with me. There was no way out. We also asked to take almost whole salads with us, but they were just thrown away, and they only gave us a barbecue. Plus 10% service is immediately entered into the receipt. Of course, you didn't need a barbecue with you, when staying at a hotel with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it just went cold. There was a toxic residue from the establishment.
