I am not the target audience of this cafe. I understand that people come there to smoke, drink and yell to not very good music.
- there is no smoking/non-smoking table section. It is very unpleasant to have dinner in the clouds of someone else's smoke.
- I have been seeking service for 20 minutes. First at the same table, then I went downstairs, but there I also need to win the attention of the waitress.
- the contingent is drunk, they break dishes, yell, the staff does not react to this.
I liked the food, the price tag and the serving, but I won't come anymore. I would have left without dinner anyway, but it was too late to look for something else, and I really wanted to eat.

We've been in a couple of times. We were sitting on the 2nd floor.Since this is a summer cafe, the policy of the institution does not prohibit smoking at the table. Because of this, it is not very pleasant to be when you are eating and there is smoking nearby. Just because of this - 🌟
But I really liked the kitchen, we took soup, salad, dessert. I would also like to mention the service. There was a female waiter who tactfully advised on the choice.

The best place in Gagra. In the evening, you need to book tables in advance. This is a real Pearl of Gagra. The delicious food fully corresponds to its normal price. Good portions and fast service. Breakfasts and lunches are delicious at home and inexpensive . National dances are held on Wednesdays. Colorful live music ;) The Green Fairy cocktail is a masterpiece in composition (if the ice were frape, then it would be fantastic). It even has an energy drink, which is perfect for him. I recommend it to everyone. Have a delicious and inexpensive meal during the day, and in the evening - feel the real Gagra movement, I hope they will keep the brand.

We often visit Gagra. We used to love this cafe very much, now it gets worse from year to year! They are attracted by music and active DJs. The cuisine is disgusting, but the prices are great! We visited several times in April (due to the fact that the rest of the cafes on the embankment have not yet opened, we had to go here) -we took Caesar Salad: cabbage leaves and a mountain of mayonnaise! Instead of crackers, 3 thin toasted croutons, it was not convenient to eat, I had to take them with my hands, take a bite, and then put them back in a plate with salad. We took the Signature dish - Beef 'Pearl '-dry unleavened sole smeared with tomato paste on top -it's terrible! - they couldn't eat it! Baked mussels were taken, but they were not from a fresh catch -the taste of vinegar was clearly felt! We took the lamb kebab recommended by the waiter on a bone (400 rubles per 100gm), -not salty at all, bland, dry-complete disappointment! Last year, the same barbecue could be called divine-this year it sucks! Maybe the chefs have changed, but this is a big minus of the cafe! I can only recommend khachapuri in a Royal way and potatoes in a rustic way. Each visit was left for 4-5 thousand people choosing different dishes in the hope of still having a delicious meal. Alas! I recommend going to this cafe well-fed and taking beer, khachapuri and potatoes, just to sit with friends to music.

Of the minuses, the waiters are not always polite , there is an administrator , but they did not meet us at the entrance. Gypsies no no yes made their way with their red threads (the administrator chases them) Dishes with a price tag of 100g are misleading to many.

We came to the cafe in the evening, decided to have a nice time with our family, but instead we were met by a waitress with an unpleasant tone, and later during the evening she treated us as if she was being whipped here, unfortunately I don't remember her name, well, then she started ordering, asked for separate checks, what do we need they refused, they said only 1 check on the table, the dishes were brought in different order, i.e. first ice cream, and then everything else, although I think everyone knows that dessert is taken out last...
The food was delicious, but literally after 6 hours I started rinsing from all the cracks, my stomach hurt terribly after, while the last time we eat in the morning and only drank water during the day, so other food and departure do not count, it is specifically from this cafe/restaurant.
The only thing I really liked was that there is live music, everyone is dancing, singing

We visited this place the other day (June 2024) - the Pearl restaurant! They gave two stars, this is for the musical accompaniment and for the location! Everything else is a solid fat minus, these are unfriendly waitresses, a terrible toilet, impossible stuffiness on the ground floor, and herds of mosquitoes. As for the kitchen, we ordered only different assorted dishes, so we did not try the kitchen, but as for the wine, we were unpleasantly surprised that the wine was already brought to us, and not opened with us. In general, we no longer plan to visit this institution.

Homemade cognac is alcohol with powder. In the city you can find excellent homemade cognac, for comparison.
Meat. I want to teach them how to make meat, rubber and not a neck. You can make a slingshot out of the pieces and shoot stones from the beach. Jokingly asking the waiter: "Are you marinating meat in the freezer?" the answer was without hesitation: "yes." The whole table is in shock.
Trout fish. More precisely, "Trout", since you can't call a fish on a plate a trout, only if you get drunk "to zero" and look at the table with one eye.
The cost relative to other similar establishments is overstated.
Pita bread is delicious! The sauce is delicious! That's all.
Music.. Ala is a bar in the village, with a local singer singing along. The voice is good, but when he sings on his own. Singing along to any song whenever you want is already a minus star for the institution. It so happened that there were on Victory Day. And singing along and twisting Victory songs in your own way, for example by Lev Leshchenko, is disrespectful.
At the end of the work of the institution, the crowd began, like a fight. Perhaps they didn't put on a brotherly song, and it started. There are 50 people on the street in a minute, and more every minute. Leaving the establishment is a problem.
In general, if you are looking for a decent place to relax in Gagra, pass by this place.
Money, time, nerves... Precious summer evening hours can be spent in more decent establishments. Have a good rest!

If you want to break away completely in all positions)), then you go there. Everyone is having fun, singing and dancing. And my wife and I did not stay away from the general joy. It should be noted that the waitresses are very efficient, the cuisine is very tasty, the sea view and the price tag is quite democratic! And the music is perky. By the way, we rested at the Grand Abkhazia Hotel, which is located 100 meters away. I definitely recommend it, but the cafe.. Yes, it's great too!

I really love this cafe by the sea, but this year I was on May 9th and was saddened that the singer Alyas was gone, they only went to him, I came specially from Adler to listen to him! But! What I liked this time was that we changed the composition of the waitresses, recruited beautiful friendly girls, before there were all locals and forgive me, some evil ones!!! This restaurant has good reviews, a pleasant atmosphere, great music and kind waiters. At the expense of food, I'm upset. Maybe my stomach is weak, although I can't say it, but it was poisoned… My family and I even double-checked them, and we were poisoned again!!! I do not know what they put in there that causes vomiting and diarrhea. For these signs, we thought we had received rotavirus, but this is not the case! Therefore, it is clearly not five stars for this!!!

Two stars for the sea view.
The children did not like the pizza, they bit into it and threw it. The meat of the Abkhazian is delicious, but the portion is negligible. The boat was waiting for eternity, when the whole family had already eaten, they took out a burnt pie, the cheese was baked and did not stretch. To my indignation, the waitress said: it's not burnt yet... The toilet is dirty.
It was the first day of our vacation, the impression was spoiled, we did not return here again.

We are having a rest in Gagra. We went to the Pearl cafe for dinner. We ordered kebabs and drinks. They brought hard rubber burnt meat under the pita bread. Let's go find out what kind of pitch it is?!?! The waiters have a dissatisfied face, they talk through their lips. They refused to pay for such a "dinner", and the staff took the food and did not deign to offer a new one. It can be seen that the alignment is on the fool, it will blow or not. I want to leave a review about this institution. The administrator of the Face is a kind-hearted person. A hospitable girl with whom it is pleasant to communicate. There is live music here. Ashot's Abkhazian voice impressed us so much that we wanted to go dancing. And the kitchen! This is a separate topic for impressions! Khachapuri is disgusting, one dough, one name for cheese. The Pearl salad is the worst salad in my life. Seafood is tasteless, the salad itself is very greasy. The wine is tasteless from the word at all. It is still surprising that the establishment has a rating of 5 out of 5. The service is poor. You fell for the reviews and in vain. Salads for two, as well as eggplant rolls. Pizza, pasta - more or less. The cocktails are good. But the atmosphere let me down - they cook for a long time, the music is too loud, they smoke at every table.
We won't come a second time. There's nothing to do with children here at all. Cards are not accepted. Only cash or transfer. The service is included in the bill +10%.
The change was carried for so long that we decided that it would not be brought anymore.

Cafe on the embankment with a beautiful view. This is where all the advantages end. The menu is very large, there is Russian cuisine, Italian, Caucasian and Thai.... They crammed everything in. Of all that was ordered, only potatoes were edible. The rest is tasteless. The chicken is dry, the kebab is too salty. The waitress served as if we had come there to eat at her expense. At the same time, 10% of the service fee is included in the bill by default.
There is something to compare it with, so two stars. But maybe someone will have this cafe at 5+. There are so many people, so many opinions.
